Beginner Investing Live Tutorial (Master T&Cs)

I. Campaign and Session Details

The registration period, date and time of each session will be announced on the relevant Campaign page. The applicable registration link will be provided together with the relevant session details.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all live sessions conducted under this Campaign, unless otherwise specified. Moomoo SG reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any session or its applicable registration period.

II. Eligibility for Qualified Users

1. All individual clients of Moomoo SG who have successfully registered for a moomoo ID.

2. This event is only open to individual clients.

3. Unless otherwise specified, users can participate in this event and other events simultaneously.

4. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change the applicable participants (eligible clients) of this event.

III. Event Participation Method

Campaign Registration

1. Eligible users must reserve a place or register through the Campaign page during the registration period.

2. Users must register using their moomoo account and the mobile phone number or email address associated with that account.

3. Users shall not register more than once. Multiple registrations will not increase the number of participation opportunities or rewards available to a user.

Participation in the Live Stream

1. Users must access the Zoom live-streaming session through the link designated by Moomoo SG.

2. Users are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection, device, Zoom client and any other required software are functioning properly.

3. Live-streaming seats may be subject to platform capacity limits. Successful registration does not guarantee admission if a user joins late or if the live-streaming session has reached full capacity.

4. Users must not record, reproduce, distribute, sell or otherwise use any live-streaming content without authorization, unless prior written permission has been obtained from Moomoo SG.

Check-in and Check-out Requirements

To qualify for the Campaign Reward, users must complete all of the following tasks:

1. Complete the designated check-in within 30 minutes after the live-streaming session begins;

2. Complete the designated check-out after the live-streaming session ends, in accordance with the instructions provided on the live-streaming page or by the host;

3. Ensure that the information used for check-in and check-out matches the information submitted during registration and the information associated with their moomoo account; and

4. Moomoo SG’s system records, Zoom backend records and Campaign backend data will be used to determine whether a user has successfully completed the check-in, check-out and any other Campaign tasks.

A user may be deemed not to have completed the Campaign tasks if the user completes only the check-in or only the check-out, checks in after the prescribed time, leaves the session early without completing the check-out, or if the system fails to record the user’s participation successfully due to network or device issues, discrepancies in account information, or any other reason.

IV. Reward Details

Campaign Reward

Users who satisfy all Campaign requirements will receive:

• SGD 5 Trading Coupon x1

Reward Distribution

1. Moomoo SG will distribute the Reward to the user’s corresponding moomoo account within 3 business days after the user has completed all Campaign tasks and passed the eligibility review.

2. Users may view the Reward and its distribution record in the moomoo App under [Me-My Rewards] or on another page designated at the relevant time.

3. Reward distribution may be delayed due to eligibility reviews, system processing, public holidays or other reasonable causes.

4. Moomoo SG’s backend records shall be final and conclusive in determining Campaign completion, eligibility review results and Reward distribution status.

V. Other Terms and Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on participants' eligibility.

2. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

8. In Singapore, investment products and services available through the Moomoo App are offered through Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Moomoo APP is a financial information and trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. This Campaign/Promotion does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation or financial needs.Moomoo SG does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions. All types of investments involve risk, and you may suffer losses. All information and data on the webpage are for informational purposes only. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.

9. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials related to or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

10. Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".

13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").

15. Trading Coupons do not have any buying power until the face value of the Trading Coupons is credited to your brokerage account. The use of trading coupon depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Trading Coupons can be used only once per order. Trading Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Trading Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Trading Coupons have the same expiration date, by default, the Trading Coupons with the higher denomination will be used first. Trading Coupons are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Trading Coupons are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Trading Coupons acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
