1. During the event period, clients can enter the event page, click the button "Claim Now", and claim the physical reward "Moomoo Options Playbook" with unlocking tasks. By completing the tasks displayed on the page for clients, they can unlock the reward.
2. The event page may display different tasks for different clients, depending on the customer's current account status:
   1. If the client has not yet opened an account, they need to complete the task "Open an account and deposit S$1,500" to unlock the physical reward "Moomoo Options Playbook";
   2. If the client has already opened an account but has not yet made a deposit, they need to complete the task "Deposit S$1,500" to unlock the physical reward "Moomoo Options Playbook";
   3. If a client has currently opened an account but has not completed their first options trade, they need to complete the task "Complete two stock trades" or "Complete one US stock options trade" to unlock the physical reward "Moomoo Options Playbook". Trades executed in paper trading accounts are excluded.;
   4. If the client has already completed their first options trade, they need to complete the task "Complete three US stock options trades" to unlock the physical reward "Moomoo Options Playbook". Trades executed in paper trading accounts are excluded.
3. After the client claims and unlocks the physical reward "Moomoo Options Playbook", they need to make an appointment to pick it up at the Moomoo Stores themselves. Please select a date on or after April 24, 2026 for your appointment. In-store appointments made before this date will not be eligible for rewards redemption.

2. Creator Exclusive Trading Cash Coupon Promotion

• Reward: SGD $10 Trading Cash Coupon exclusive for followers of participating creators. Participating creators are sgbudgetbabe, KelvinLearnsInvesting, XuanKai, jiaxthepiggybanker, theweeblings0 and yourlobangsis. Followers of participating creators must click "Claim now" on the campaign landing page directed from the Creator's unique link.
• Eligibility: Trading cash coupon is only eligible for users who has not completed a first Options trade before 25 May 2026 on the moomoo app.
• Issuance: Upon clicking "Claim Now" on campaign landing page, trading cash coupon will be automatically credited to the "My Rewards" section within the users' moomoo app in the frozen state. Validity of trading cash coupon is set at 30 days upon issuance, meaning if trading cash coupon is not unlocked within 30 days, it will expire and be forfeited. Trading cash coupon will not be reissued after expiration.
• How to unlock frozen trading cash coupon: To unlock trading cash coupon, users will need to complete their first option trade within 30 days of trading cash coupon issuance. Users can only make US Stock Options trade to unlock trading cash coupon. Once unlocked, trading cash coupon is valid for 90 days only. If trading cash coupon is not used within 90 days from the date it is first unlocked, cash coupon will expire and be forefeited. Trading cash coupons will not be reissued after expiration.
• SGD $10 Trading Cash Coupon is subjected to a minimum transaction requirement of SGD $100 per order (or equivalent in other currencies) within the moomoo app.
• Redemption Limit: This reward is strictly limited to one redemption per user
• Non-Transferability: Coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

4. US Stock Paper Trading Master Challenge Promotion

5. US Stock Options Commission-free Card Promotion

Event Participation Method

1. All Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG") account holders who:
   1. Have never traded US stock options; OR
   2. Have traded US stock options, but less than 6 months have passed since their first trade.
2. This activity is open to individual customers only.
3. Unless otherwise specified, users can participate in this activity and other activities simultaneously.
4. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for this activity.

Promotion Mechanics

1. Upon completing a US stock options trade, the system will automatically issue a US Options Commission Reduction Card with a 30-day validity and commission-free limited to US$80 to your Moomoo SG Universal Account within 3 business days.
2. The US Options Commission Reduction Card requires manual activation.
3. You can view your US Options Commission Reduction Card in [My - coupons]. Once activated, it is valid for 30 days.
4. The US Options Commission Reduction Card applies to US stock options trading orders within moomoo, automatically waiving the discounted or full commission portion in real-time.
5. The US Options Commission Reduction Card must be assigned to an account upon activation and becomes effective immediately. Applicable orders executed during the card's effective period will automatically enjoy the corresponding discount without requiring card selection during order placement.
6. The US Options Commission Reduction Card can be used multiple times until its value is exhausted or its validity period expires.
7. Multiple US Options Commission Reduction Card can be activated simultaneously. The system defaults to using the card activated first, but you can manually adjust the automatic usage order of the cards.
8. A single fee item within one order can only benefit from one card's discount at a time.
9. The US Options Commission Reduction Card can be used for US stock options, multi-leg options, and index options trading. If a multi-leg option order includes both option legs and stock legs, only the option leg discount will be applied from the options card's limit.
10. To ensure normal use of coupons, please ensure your software is updated to the latest version.
11. US Options Commission Reduction Card are non-nominative, non-replaceable if lost, non-cashable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-transferable.
12. US Options Commission Reduction Card are activity rewards. Moomoo SG reserves the right to revoke fee reduction cards obtained through abnormal participation, such as system vulnerabilities or rule violations.

Other Terms and Disclaimers

• The rewards and offers in this campaign (“Campaign”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on participant eligibility.

• Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

• Trading cash coupons are unregistered, non-transferable, and each trading cash coupon can be used only once and applied to a single order.
• Moomoo SG reserves the right to revoke or reclaim any trading cash coupon or cashback acquired by participants through means deemed inappropriate by Moomoo SG, including but not limited to exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
