[1] General Campaign and Reward Terms

The actual value of NVIDIA fractional shares is denominated in USD, and the reward value shown above is calculated based on the exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.29 SGD as of 05 April 2026. Minor rounding differences may occur due to currency conversion.

*The 8% Fund Yield Coupon can be applied to bond funds, equity funds, hybrid funds, liquidity funds, commodity funds and alternative funds, excluding money market funds. The yield enhancement period lasts 15 days at an enhanced rate of 8%. The minimum eligible order amount to activate the coupon is S$1,500, with a maximum capped order amount of S$10,000 for yield uplift. Its value is up to S$30. After claiming, the Fund Yield Coupon is valid for 60 days.

Once you complete the task and click the "Claim" button, the corresponding rewards will be credited to your account. However, any rewarded fractional shares will remain frozen, while the remaining S$50, S$30 and S$20 trading cash coupons will be available for use. To unlock the frozen rewards, you must maintain the required minimum asset balance during the asset maintenance period specified in the table above. The asset maintenance period for each reward commences on the date the respective reward is credited to your account. Any frozen rewards that are not unlocked by the end of the applicable maintenance period will be forfeited.

To qualify for higher-tier rewards, you must make the minimum net deposit specified in the table above within 30 days from the date of your first deposit. If you fail to fulfill the cumulative net deposit requirement within this 30-day period, you will not be eligible for higher-tier rewards.

The reward can only be credited to your account after you click the claim button on the Campaign page before the Campaign ends. If you do not click to claim your reward, the reward will not be credited automatically to your account, and any unclaimed rewards will be forfeited. There may be a delay in issuing your reward after it is claimed. If you are eligible, the reward will be issued within 1–3 business days.

Commission-free trading benefits under this Campaign are exclusively applicable to eligible orders placed through the Moomoo SG universal account and shall not be available for any transaction made through the CDP-linked account. Upon completing the Account Opening task, you must activate the issued commission-free cards to enjoy these benefits.

All rewards issued under this Campaign are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be traded or sold to any third party. All asset calculations and timestamps shall be based on Singapore Standard Time (SGT).

[2] Trading Cash Coupon Terms

The trading cash coupons under this Campaign are applicable to the buy orders for the following categories of financial instruments：

• Hong Kong: stocks, funds (ETFs), funds (leveraged and inverse products), and funds (REITs);

• United States: stocks, funds (ETFs), funds (REITs), options (stock options, index options);

• Singapore: stocks, funds (ETFs), funds (REITs).

The S$20, S$30, and S$50 trading cash coupons are valid for 60 days from the date the coupon is credited to your account. During the validity period, the trading cash coupon will be automatically applied to eligible buy orders that meet the minimum order amount and are placed for the purchase of eligible financial instruments in the applicable markets.

Only one trading cash coupon can be used for a single order. The cashback amount, equal to the coupon value, will be credited to your Moomoo SG universal account within T+7 trading days after the eligible order is successfully settled.

Trading cash coupons are exclusively applicable to eligible orders placed through the Moomoo SG universal account. The coupon cannot be used for any transaction made through the CDP-linked account.

（1）Reward Validity and Issuance

1.1 Validity Period: All coupons under this campaign are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Please refer to the expiration date indicated on the coupon. Expired rewards will not be reissued.

1.2 Distribution: Trading Coupons will be issued within 7 business days after the referee completes the corresponding task and can be viewed under "Me > My Rewards" in the moomoo app.

1.3 Eligibility: A Moomoo SG Universal Account is required to redeem rewards. Users without an account must open one prior to redemption.

（2） Asset Maintenance Requirements

For rewards requiring asset maintenance by referees: • Rewards will be credited to the referrer's account upon the referee's completion of qualifying deposits. However, such rewards will remain in a locked status and will not be available for use until the referee has fulfilled the asset maintenance requirements. • The required average daily asset balance must remain locked throughout the holding period. • Any early withdrawals by the referee that causes the average daily net asset balance to fall below the threshold as specified during the lock-up period will permanently invalidate the reward without possibility of reissuance.

（3）Tiered Total Reward Eligibility:

Tiered total rewards are only valid if completed within the campaign period. Post-event, all tier progress will be reset.

（4）Referral Expiry:

The referral relationship with friends remains valid for 30 calendar days only from the date of establishment. If the referee fails to complete the deposit/transfer task（s） within 30 days, the invitation will be automatically invalidated, and the referrer's associated rewards will be forfeited.

（5）Daily Net Average Assets Calculation

5.1 Daily Net Average Assets Calculation = (Average Daily Net Deposits) – (Average Daily Net Withdrawals)

5.2 During the lock-up period, trading and stock price fluctuations will not affect the unlocking of reward.

（6）Member Extra Bonus: Depends on whether the referrer is a member when the referee deposits at least S$3,000.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. The referee previously opened a Moomoo SG universal account and had not made any deposit before the campaign period. Is referrer still entitled to the rewards?

A. If the referee registered before this campaign and:

Had an referrer (within the 30-day invitation validity period) → The referrer qualifies for rewards if the referee completes their first deposit/transfer during this campaign period.

B. If the referee registered before this campaign but never had an referrer:

The referee must have registered at least 30 days ago.

The referee must establish a new invitation relationship via the referrer’s link before depositing → The referrer then qualifies for rewards.

2. Will I still receive rewards if my referral relationship with my friend has exceeded the validity period?

Yes, but your referee must re-establish the referral relationship with you. This can be done by clicking on your new exclusive sharing link, which will be valid for another 30 days, and completing the login process again. Please note that the re-referral must occur before the referee completes the deposit.

3. If the referee has made a deposit before the start of the event but did not meet the S$3,000 tier, and then makes another deposit after the event begins to meet requirements, is the invitation still valid?

No, the invitation is invalid. The referee is required to complete their initial subscription/ deposit tasks during the stipulated campaign period for it to be considered valid.

4. How can I determine if my referral relationship with my referee is active or inactive?

Your friend must register using your sharing link or invitation code. Once their registration is successful, the invitation relationship will be automatically established. The relationship must be established before the referee makes a deposit and/or transfer in order to successfully receive the referral deposit rewards. You may check your invitation records by navigating to the activity page, click "Referral Record" to check the validity of each referral relationship.

5. If I am not a member (V1, V2, V3) when I sent the invitation, but became a member (V1, V2, V3) at the time the referee deposited S$3,000, how much reward will I receive?

The reward eligibility is determined by your membership status at the time the referee deposits S$3,000. In this case, since you are a member when the deposit occurs, you will qualify for the member bonus reward. The bonus reward will be credited after the referee successfully maintains the required deposit amount.

Terms and Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). 14. By participating in this Campaign, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").

15. Trading Coupons do not have any buying power until the face value of the Trading Coupons is credited to your brokerage account. The use of Trading Coupon depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Trading Coupons can be used only once per order. Trading Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Trading Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. 1. Campaign Period

2. Eligibility

3. Campaign Mechanics

     3.1 Moo Mart Match

     Participants who visit a participating Moomoo SG retail store may participate in the Moo Mart Match game.

     Participants are required to match selected traditional Singapore mama shop items displayed in-store to the corresponding SG-listed companies on the Moo Mart Match game card.

     Upon successfully completing a Bingo line and having the game card verified by store staff, participants will receive one (1) Small Prize Pool lucky draw chance.

     3.2 Deposit Rewards

5. Prize Redemption

Workshop Details

1. A series of educational workshops held by Moomoo SG will be conducted at the Moomoo Bugis Store (Singapore). Before joining any workshop, you should take a moment to read and agree to the MooAcademy Terms & Conditions. By registering for or attending any Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood the terms, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Registration & Cancellation Policy: Registration and cancellation for all Workshops close two (2) hours prior to the session starting time. For example, for an 11:00 AM workshop, you must register or cancel by 9:00 AM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early, as entry will not be permitted after the session has begun, to ensure an uninterrupted experience for all participants.

3. Schedule Changes: Moomoo SG reserves the right to change workshop schedules or cancel sessions at its sole discretion. In the event of such changes, Moomoo SG will notify registered participants via the moomoo app, email, or other provided contact methods.

4. Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner. Moomoo SG reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without liability.

New User Promotion: Frequently Asked Questions

1. I opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the Campaign Period, but I have not made any deposits yet. Am I still eligible to participate in the Campaign?

1. Yes. If you opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the Campaign Period but haven’t deposited any funds or transferred any securities into your account, you can still participate in this Campaign.

2. Is it possible to deposit other equivalent currencies?

1. You can deposit any supported currency in your Moomoo SG universal account to complete the deposit task.

3. How can I receive the commission-free cards?

1. To receive the commission-free cards for SG, HK & China-A stocks, you must be a user who has never had a Moomoo SG universal account and complete the Account Opening task during the Campaign Period.

2. Upon successfully opening a Moomoo SG universal account, you will receive a 1-year commission-free card for the SG market and a 30-day commission-free card for HK market & China A-shares. These can be viewed under the "My Rewards" section of the APP.

3. The commission-free cards take effect once clicked to use, and you will start enjoying commission-free trading once it has been credited to your account (the commission-free card for SG market applies only to Singapore stocks denominated in Singapore dollars, as well as ETFs and REITs listed on the Singapore market).

4. How can I receive NVIDIA fractional shares?

1. Complete the corresponding deposit task.

2. Upon completing the task, click on "Claim" on the Campaign page. The corresponding NVIDIA fractional shares will be issued to [My Profile] > [My Rewards].

3. The NVIDIA fractional shares will remain frozen until the asset maintenance requirement for each tier has been met. Once the specified conditions are satisfied, the NVIDIA fractional shares will be unlocked, and the rewarded shares will be automatically credited to your Moomoo SG universal account.

4. After the rewarded fractional shares are unlocked, Moomoo SG will credit them to your My Rewards list within 7 trading days. Once you click to use them, the shares will be credited to your Moomoo SG universal account, and you will then be able to trade them.

5. How can I receive trading cash coupons?

1. Complete the corresponding deposit task.

2. After completing the task, click on "Claim" on the campaign page. The corresponding trading cash coupons will be issued to [My Profile] > [My Rewards].

6. How is the cumulative deposit task calculated?

1. You need to complete the cumulative deposit task within 30 days from the date of your first deposit. Any deposit made after this 30-day period will not count toward the reward.

2. For example, if you make your first deposit of S$3,000 on 16 October 2025, and your cumulative net deposits reach S$5,000 on 17 November 2025, you will only be eligible for S$3,000 tier reward, because by the end of the 30-day period (which ends on 15 November 2025), your cumulative net deposit does not reach the higher tier.

7. Can I claim the reward after the 30-day deposit period has ended?

1. Yes, you can still claim your reward on the Campaign page anytime before the Campaign ends, even if the 30-day deposit period has passed..

2. Once the Campaign ends, you will no longer be able to claim the reward, and any unclaimed rewards will be forfeited.

8. What does asset maintenance mean?

1. Asset maintenance means that to unlock your NVIDIA fractional shares, you need to keep at least the required balance (as shown in the table above) in your account continuously for the specified period. If your account balance falls below the required amount at any time during the maintenance period, the frozen shares and trading cash coupons will not be unlocked and will be forfeited after the maintenance period.

9. Will making an investment affect the completion of the capital locking task during the task period?

1. You can make investments. As long as the total average daily assets are not less than 80% of the task requirement, it will not affect the completion of the maintenance of assets task.

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign (“Campaign”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). 6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

12. This Campaign is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates the safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".

13. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised under the Campaign. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.

The lifetime commission-free in the U.S. Stock Market discount applies strictly to individual client who are：(i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address, which must be either a bill or bank statement within the past three (3) months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients expressly confirmed in writing by Moomoo SG. 16. Only one trading cash coupon can be used for a single order. In the event that multiple trading cash coupons are available in your account at the same time, trading cash coupons with the earliest expiration date shall be applied first. If two or more trading cash coupons share the same expiration date, the coupons with the higher face value shall be applied.

17. Trading cash coupons are unregistered, non-transferable, and each trading cash coupon can be used only once and applied to a single order.

18. Moomoo SG reserves the right to revoke or reclaim any trading cash coupon or cashback acquired by participants through means deemed inappropriate by Moomoo SG, including but not limited to exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
