Campaign Period 

The campaign will commence from 22/12/2025 at 12:00AM SGT - 08/01/2026 at 11:59PM SGT (“Campaign Period”).

Campaign period may be extended subjected to Moomoo SG's discretion.

 

Eligibility for Activity Participation

  • This campaign is exclusively available to CoinGecko users in Singapore with registered moomoo IDs

  • New users who have never opened a Moomoo SG universal account and/or deposited funds before 12:00AM SGT on 22/12/2025. Eligibility is determined based on historical activity records, regardless of whether the account is currently active or closed.

  • Existing users who have never deposited funds into their Moomoo SG universal accounts accounts before 12:00AM SGT on 22/12/2025. Eligibility is determined based on historical activity records, regardless of whether the account is currently active or closed.

Task

Rewards

Make your first deposit during the Campaign Period and accumulate a net deposit of at least S$2,000 within 30 days. Once reached, click the claim button before the Campaign ends.

The asset freeze/ maintenance period is calculated from the time the award is credited to the Moomoo SG universal account.

  1. I opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the Campaign Period, but I have not made any deposits yet. Am I still eligible to participate in the Campaign?

Yes. If you opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the Campaign Period but haven’t deposited any funds or transferred any securities into your account, you can still participate in this Campaign.

 

  1. Is it possible to deposit other equivalent currencies?

You can deposit any supported currency in your Moomoo SG universal account to complete the deposit task.

 

  1. How can I receive COINBASE fractional shares?

Complete the corresponding deposit task.

Upon completing the task, click on "Claim" on the Campaign page. The corresponding COINBASE fractional shares will be issued to [My Profile] > [My Rewards].

The COINBASE fractional shares will remain frozen until the asset maintenance requirement for each tier has been met. Once the specified conditions are satisfied, the COINBASE fractional shares will be unlocked, and the rewarded shares will be automatically credited to your Moomoo SG universal account.

After the rewarded shares are unlocked, Moomoo SG will credit them to your Moomoo SG universal account within 7 trading days, and you will be able to trade them once they arrive.

 

  1. How is the cumulative deposit task calculated?

You need to complete the cumulative deposit task within 30 days from the date of your first deposit. Any deposit made after this 30-day period will not count toward the reward.

For example, if you make your first deposit of S$3,000 on 16 October 2025, and your cumulative net deposits reach S$5,000 on 17 November 2025, you will only be eligible for S$3,000 tier reward, because by the end of the 30-day period ( which ends on 15 November 2025), your cumulative net deposit does not reach the higher tier.

 

  1. Can I claim the reward after the 30-day deposit period has ended?

Yes, you can still claim your reward on the Campaign page anytime before the Campaign ends, even if the 30-day deposit period has passed.

Once the Campaign ends, you will no longer be able to claim the reward, and any unclaimed rewards will be forfeited.

 

  1. What does asset maintenance mean?

Asset maintenance means that to unlock your COINBASE fractional shares, you need to keep at least the required balance (as shown in the table above) in your account continuously for 30 days. If your account balance falls below the required amount at any time during the maintenance period, the frozen shares will not be unlocked and will be forfeited after the maintenance period.

 

  1. Will making an investment affect the fulfillment of asset maintenance requirements?

You can make investments. As long as the total average daily assets are not less than 80% of S$2,000, it will not affect the asset maintenance requirements

  5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.

  6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

  7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.
