MooFest 2026 X Post Challenge Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the MooFest 2026 X Post Challenge ("Event") organised by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG").

1. Event Period

1.1 The Event Period is from 00:00 on 6 July 2026 to 17:00 on 31 July 2026 (Singapore Time) (the "Event Period").

1.2 Event submissions and the Event questionnaire must be submitted within the Event Period. The deadline for submission is 17:00 on 31 July 2026 (Singapore Time). Late submissions will not be accepted. The submission time shall be determined based on the time captured by Moomoo SG's backend system.

1.3 Moomoo SG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate the Event without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To participate, participants must satisfy all of the following conditions:

(1) The participant has successfully registered for MooFest 2026;

(2) The participant holds a valid Moomoo SG universal account;

(3) The participant must be a Singapore resident aged 18 years or above.

2.2 Moomoo SG reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. If Moomoo SG determines that any participant fails to meet the eligibility criteria, Moomoo SG reserves the right to disqualify such participant without prior notice.

3. Participation Method and Rules

3.1 Participants must complete all of the following steps within the Event Period to be considered as validly participating in the Event:

(1) Successfully register for MooFest 2026.

(2) Follow the @Moomoo SG official X account and publish a post on the X platform focusing on any of the following themes (participants are free to determine the specific content, provided it relates to the selected theme):

The industry insights you are most looking forward to unlocking before MooFest 2026;
Moomoo product features that excite you;
Your most anticipated featured exhibition zone at the event.

(3) The post must focus on the aforementioned themes and must include all of the following hashtags: #moomoo #moomoosg #MooFest2026 #MooFestSingapore

(4) Go to the moomoo APP Task Centre, and via the [MooFest 2026 X Post Challenge] event page, complete the event questionnaire and truthfully provide your Moomoo SG UID and the link to your X post.

3.2 All participation steps set out in 3.1 must be completed by 17:00 on 31 July 2026 (Singapore Time). Any steps completed after the deadline will be considered invalid.

3.3 Any of the following circumstances shall be considered invalid participation: (1) The post content does not focus on the required event themes; (2) The post does not contain all the required hashtags; (3) The posting account is not set to public visibility to everyone at any time before 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (Singapore Time); (4) The post is blocked by the platfrom or deleted by user at any time before 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (Singapore Time); (5) The post is not the participant's own original work, including reposts or plagiarism; (6) The post contains illegal, non-compliant, defamatory, disparaging, pornographic, violent, offensive, or discriminatory content; (7) The post contains false information; (8) The post contains misleading investment advice; or (9) Any other circumstances reasonably determined by Moomoo SG to be non-compliant with the Terms or contrary to the spirit of the Event.

3.4 Moomoo SG reserves the right to review all submissions and to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the submissions comply with the Event rules. In the event of any dispute, Moomoo SG's decision shall be final and binding.

3.5 Each individual may participate in this Event only once. The participants must not use multiple devices or another person's Moomoo ID or attempt to participate repeatedly through other means. In the event of duplicate participation, use of another person's account, or similar circumstances, Moomoo SG reserves the right to disqualify the participant and revoke any rewards issued, without further notice.

4. Prize Selection & Redemption

4.1 Moomoo SG will tally the actual number of "Likes" on the X platform for all eligible posts as of 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (Singapore Time). The final count shall be based on the data captured by Moomoo SG's backend system.

4.2 The Top 10 participants with the highest number of likes will each receive one (1) S$10 Trading Cash Coupon.

4.3 Only the first valid post submitted by a participant will be counted for ranking. If multiple posts are submitted, only the likes on the first valid post will be tallied and the likes of multiple posts will not be aggregated.

4.4 If two or more participants have the same number of likes, the winner will be determined by the time of submission, where earlier submissions take priority.

4.5 Participants found to have inflated their like count through any improper means, including but not limited to purchasing likes, using bots, leveraging fake or suspicious accounts, or joining mutual-liking groups, will be immediately disqualified. Any rewards issued will be clawed back, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to pursue further legal action.

4.6 Within 7 working days after the end of the Event, Moomoo SG will announce the winner list within the moomoo app.

4.7 The winner will receive one S$10 Trading Cash Coupon (minimum trading amount is S$1; please refer to the terms and conditions of Trading Cash Coupon for specific usage requirements and restrictions).The Trading Cash Coupon will be credited to the winner's Moomoo SG universal account within 30 working days after the end of the Event. The voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance. Any unused vouchers after the expiry date will automatically become void and will not be reissued or extended.

5. Prize Details

5.1 Each winner will receive 1 x S$10 Trading Cash Coupon ("Prize").

5.2 There are a total of 10 winning spots in this Event, amounting to a total of 10 x S$10 Trading Cash Coupon.

5.3 The usage rules, validity period, and applicable scope of the S$10 Trading Cash Coupon shall be subject to Moomoo SG's relevant rules and the terms of the cashback voucher.

5.4 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of benefit.

5.5 Moomoo SG reserves the right to replace the original Prize with a prize of equivalent or higher value without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions

The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on eligibility of participant.
Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.
You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.
Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.
You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.
Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.
This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.
By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").
The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
