Opening Countdown – Daily Rewards

1. Organiser

This campaign is organised by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (the “Organiser”).

3. Campaign Period

  • This campaign will run during the 14 days prior to the official opening of Moomoo Store-Bugis on 6 March 2026 (the “Campaign Period”);
  • During the Campaign Period, the promotions are valid daily from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 (Singapore Time);
  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend, shorten, suspend or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

4. Eligibility

  • This promotion is open only to users who have successfully completed the moomoo account opening process and whose accounts remain active, valid and in good standing throughout the promotion period.
  • Participants must be an individual and comply with all applicable moomoo platform terms and conditions;
  • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or is found to have engaged in improper conduct.

5. How to Participate

During the Campaign Period, eligible users may participate in the daily lucky draw by:
  1. In accordance with the Organiser’s daily instructions, participants must publish content related to the Moomoo Store-Bugis opening on their personal social media account and must use the image materials provided by the Organiser. Participants may use the caption text provided by the Organiser (for reference only and optional). If participants choose to create their own caption, such caption must be original content, contain no fewer than 100 words, and clearly relate to the Moomoo Store-Bugis opening.
  2. Taking a screenshot of the completed share; and
  3. Uploading the screenshot to the designated campaign page. The screenshot must clearly display the shared post and the posting time, so that the Organiser can verify eligibility for the relevant day’s lucky draw.
A successful entry for our social media contests under this campaign would require participants to set their social media accounts to public and for accounts to remain publicly accessible until the reward redemption date or reward fulfilment date (whichever later);
The Organiser will verify the validity of the submitted post at the time of reward fulfilment;
If the post cannot be found or verified at the time of verification (including but not limited to the post being deleted, set to private, or otherwise inaccessible), the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the participant and withhold the reward, with no replacement or compensation.
Each user may participate everyday during Campaign period, once per day only, subject to the Organiser’s system records.

6. Rewards and Prize Pool

  • One reward will be available each day during the Campaign Period;
  • Daily winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants for that day;
  • Rewards are limited in quantity and available while stocks last;
  • Rewards may include, but are not limited to:
    • Trading cash coupon
    • U.S. stocks (e.g. AAPL, NVDA)
    • moomoo points (various denominations)
    • moomoo merchandise
    • Other physical rewards
The Organiser reserves the right to adjust the types, quantities, and distribution of rewards at its discretion.

7. Winner Announcement and Notification

  • The moomoo ID (MID) of daily winner will be announced on the moomoo community platform under the themed post titled “Countdown to SEA's Largest Moomoo Store - Share and enjoy daily rewards”.
The lucky draw result of the previous day will be published and updated under the same themed post by 6:00 PM (SGT) on the following day.
  • Winners will receive an in-app notification via the moomoo App within 10 business days;
  • Where applicable, winners may be required to complete additional verification or registration steps in order to receive their rewards.

8. Reward Fulfilment and Collection

  • Virtual rewards, including stocks, points, and coupons, will be credited to the winner’s moomoo account in 15 business days;
  • Physical rewards may only be collected after the official opening of Moomoo Store-Bugis on 6 March 2026;
  • Winners must present their in-app reward notification to collect physical rewards
  • All physical rewards must be collected by 31 March 2026, failing which the rewards will be deemed forfeited and no replacement will be provided.

9. Terms and Conditions

  1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on eligibility participant eligibility.
  2. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.
  3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.
  4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.
  5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.
  6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
  7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.
  8. In Singapore, investment products and services available through the Moomoo App are offered through Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Moomoo APP is a financial information and trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. This Campaign/Promotion does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation or financial needs.Moomoo SG does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions.   9. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials related to or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  10. Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
  11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.
  12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
  13. If you do not fulfil all the prescribed conditions of this promotion, Moomoo SG reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or reclaim any benefits or privileges granted under this promotion. Moomoo SG may impose charges in accordance with its prevailing standard rates.
  14. By participating in this promotion, you consent to Moomoo SG’s unrestricted use, reproduction, distribution and public display of any and all image and video materials, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively, the “Content”).
  15. You are solely responsible for all content published on social media (whether using copy provided by Moomoo SG or self-created content). You must ensure that such content: (i) complies with the terms of use and community guidelines of the relevant social media platform; (ii) does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other lawful rights; (iii) does not contain any false, misleading or unlawful information; and (iv) complies with all applicable laws and regulations of Singapore. When using copy and materials provided by the Organiser, you must not: (i) add any exaggerated, false or misleading statements; (ii) include any unauthorised investment advice or profit guarantees; (iii) modify the content in a manner that may contravene financial marketing regulations; or (iv) use the content for any commercial purpose outside the scope of this promotion.
  16. Cash Coupons do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Coupons is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash coupon depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Coupons can be used only once per order. Cash Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Coupons have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Coupons with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Coupons are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Coupons are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Coupons acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
  17. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
