During the event period, clients can enter the activity page to claim rewards after completing their first stock transfer-in. Rewards will be distributed based on the highest reward tier reached by the first successful stock transfer-in value during the event period. If any stock is transferred out after registration, the client will be disqualified from receiving rewards.

The transfer amount is based on the market value of assets at the time of initiation of the transfer.
Only long positions in stocks (HK/ US/ SG stocks) are eligible for transfer rewards, short positions are not supported for transfer.
The USD to SGD exchange rate shall be based on the real-time exchange rate on the day when the stock transfer is initiated.
Transfers from brokerage firms under Futu Holdings to Moomoo SG will not be eligible for transfer rewards.
After claiming your reward, you must maintain daily average account assets equal to or greater than the transferred stock value for 90 days, and your net deposit assets must remain ≥ 0 for 90 days in order to unlock the reward. • If you liquidate the transferred assets and subsequently withdraw the funds or transfer them to another broker during the maintenance period, your net deposit assets may fall below zero, and you will no longer be eligible for the reward.
Net deposit assets = Value of transferred-in stocks + Fund inflows – Value of transferred-out stocks – Fund outflows
The 90-day lock-up period begins on the date the reward is claimed, not the date the transfer is completed. • For example, if you complete your first successful transfer and are eligible to claim the reward by August 1, but only claim it on August 10, the 90-day period starts from August 10.
Eligibility: Only clients who have not transferred out stocks before participating in the event are eligible. If any stock is transferred out after participation, eligibility for the subsidy will be revoked.
How to Apply: Send an email to clientservice@sg.moomoo.com with your statement of account from another brokerage firm to apply for the subsidy.
Payout Details: The subsidy will be credited to your Moomoo SG universal account as a cash coupon within 15 working days. Please note that the coupon must be used within the validity period; it will not be reissued upon expiry.
Subsidy Limit: Up to S$200, only applicable to transfers made within the event participation period.
Not Eligible: Transfers from FUTU Group–affiliated brokers are not eligible for the fee subsidy.
Eligibility: The client's first transfer-in during the event period must be a CDP transfer, and the amount of the CDP transfer must be ≥ S$10,000. Only clients who have not transferred out stocks before participation are eligible. Any post-participation transfer-out will result in loss of eligibility.

365-Day SG Stock Commission-Free Card: Valid for 365 days. Expires if unused and will not be reissued.
S$88 Trading Cash Coupon: Requires a minimum buy trade of S$880. Valid for 90 days. Expires if unused and will not be reissued.

How do I redeem my rewards?
After completing your first stock transfer during the event period, the system will assess your first successful transfer-in value and display the rewards you are eligible to claim. You need to return to the event page and click the "Claim Now" button. The status of reward distribution can be viewed in [My Rewards].
After you claim the reward, you need to ensure that you maintain daily average account assets equal to or greater than the transferred stock value for 90 days, and that the net deposit assets over 90 days is ≥ 0 to unlock the reward. If you redeem your transferred assets for cash and withdraw them or transfer them to other brokers during the asset maintenance period, this will make your net deposit assets <0, hence, you will not qualify for the rewards.
For example: If you transfer S$100,000 worth of stocks on August 1st and claim an S$800 reward on August 5th (at this time, the reward is in a locked state), you need to ensure that your daily average account assets are ≥S$100,000 from August 5th to November 3rd, and during this period, the net deposit assets is ≥ 0, then your S$800 reward will be unlocked around November 3rd.
Can the rewards for each layer be stacked?
Each user can only claim 1 reward from 7 layers, and rewards from each layer cannot be stacked.
If I initiate a transfer of less than S$10,000, and I transfer an additional amount of S$10,000/ S$50,000/ S$150,000/ S$300,000, will I still be eligible for an upper reward tier?
No, you will not be qualify for the reward even if subsequent transfers reach the qualifying amount.
However, you will still be able to enjoy the transfer fee subsidy of up to S$200, which is only valid for the clients who have not transferred out stocks before participating in the event.
How many days must I maintain my assets to claim my reward?
You need to ensure that your daily average account assets are ≥ the transferred stock assets for 90 days, and that the net deposit assets over 90 days is ≥ 0 to unlock the reward.
However, if you wish to perform buy/sell trade using your available assets in the event of market performance, you may still continue to do so. Due to stock price fluctuations, the total asset value is allowed to drop by 20% from the stated amount.
How is the transfer fee subsidised?
Upon successful transfer of eligible assets to Moomoo SG, please submit a request to our client service team at clientservice@sg.moomoo.com with your statement of account of the outside broker for the transfer fee.
The subsidy will be issued to the user's Moomoo SG universal account within 15 working days in the form of cash coupons. Moomoo SG will subsidise the expenses deducted from the original brokerage firm due to the transfer, up to a maximum of S$200.
Transfers from brokerage firms under Futu Holdings to Moomoo SG will not be eligible for transaction fee subsidies.
How can I redeem my iPhone 17 Pro Max (512GB)?
When you successfully transfer eligible assets of over S$1,000,000 into your account with Moomoo SG and choose iPhone 17 Pro Max (512GB) as your reward, a virtual reward card representing your iPhone 17 Pro Max (512GB) will be issued in the Reward Center of the moomoo app.
The reward will be unlocked after you maintain a 90-day average daily asset amount ≥ the transfer amount corresponding to the reward to unlock the reward and keep net deposit assets ≥0 for 90 days.
You can contact with your dedicated Relationship Manager to confirm the way you claim the reward. The specific time of reward collection will depend on the procurement time.

Can I withdraw funds during the asset maintenance period after transferring?
Yes, you can withdraw funds during the 90-day asset lock-up period, but you need to maintain net deposit assets ≥ 0. If you redeem your transferred assets for cash and withdraw them or transfer them to other brokers during the asset lock-up period, this may make your net deposit assets fall below S$0, you will not qualify for the rewards.

Moomoo SG reserves the right to continuously manage user eligibility in accordance with its internal risk control systems, security rules, and user agreement. If a user is detected by the system or reasonably determined by Moomoo SG to have engaged in abuse, fraud, or manipulative activities (such as using multiple accounts, devices, or conducting fictitious transactions to obtain rewards) or any other conduct that violates the principles of fairness of the promotion, Moomoo SG reserves the right to immediately disqualify such user from the promotion, claw back any rewards already distributed, place the user's account on its internal risk management list, and restrict the user's participation in any promotional activities. Cash Coupons do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash coupons depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Coupons can be used only once per order. Cash Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Coupons have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Coupons with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Coupons are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Coupons are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Coupons acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
