SpaceX Stock Limited-Time Reward Promotion

Promotion Period

The Promotion will run from 5 June 2026, 10:00 PM SGT to 21 June 2026, 9:59 PM SGT (“Promotion Period”).

The Promotion Period may be extended at the sole discretion of Moomoo SG.

Eligibility to Participate

To participate in this promotion, you must meet the following condition:

1. You must be a Singapore resident who has successfully registered a moomoo ID; and

2. At no time prior to the start of this promotion have you ever deposited any funds or transferred any securities into your Moomoo SG Universal Account, regardless of whether your account status is currently active, restricted, cancelled, or deactivated.

Participants who meet the above conditions and complete the relevant tasks will be eligible to activate the corresponding rewards.

Promotion Rules

• You are required to visit the page (https://www.moomoo.com/sg/events/spacex) during the Promotion Period, complete your first deposit and accumulate a net deposit of ≥S$3,000 (or equivalent currencies of the same value).

• After completion, you will receive SpaceX fractional shares valued at S$30.

• However, this reward will only be distributed within 5 trading days after SpaceX's listing.

• The actual value of SpaceX fractional shares is denominated in USD. The above reward value is calculated based on the exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.28 SGD as of June 2, 2026. Slight rounding differences may occur due to currency conversion.

This promotion is not mutually exclusive with the regular Welcome Rewards. You may participate in Welcome Rewards and receive the corresponding rewards as normal.

Specific Terms Applicable to the Promotion

1. The promotion is intended solely as a marketing campaign and does not constitute:

• an offer, invitation or solicitation to subscribe for, purchase or sell any securities;

• participation in any initial public offering ("IPO");

• a guarantee of allocation of IPO shares; or

• investment advice or a recommendation.

2. Eligibility for any promotional reward does not confer any right, entitlement, priority access, preferential allocation, reservation or participation in any IPO, including any IPO conducted by SpaceX or its affiliates.

3. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, eligible participants may receive a promotional reward in the form of SpaceX listed shares (or fractional shares, where applicable) following a successful public listing of SpaceX, subject to availability, regulatory requirements and operational feasibility.

4. In the event that:

• SpaceX does not proceed with an IPO or public listing;

• the IPO or public listing is withdrawn, postponed, suspended, delayed or cancelled;

• SpaceX shares are unavailable for distribution;

• regulatory, legal, operational or market constraints prevent the distribution of SpaceX shares; or

• Moomoo SG determines, at its sole discretion, that distribution of SpaceX shares is impracticable,

Moomoo SG reserves the right to substitute the promotional reward with another U.S.-listed security, fractional share, cash equivalent, trading coupon, commission waiver or any other reward of substantially similar value, as determined by Moomoo SG in its sole and absolute discretion.

5. The substitute reward may differ in issuer, industry, market value, risk profile, liquidity, performance or characteristics from SpaceX shares. Participants shall have no right to object to or request an alternative reward.

Other Terms and Disclaimers

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign (“Campaign”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on participant eligibility.

2. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Campaign shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign shall be binding on all participants.

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the Moomoo SG universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or devices, virtual machines or, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaign/promotion. The identification of such suspicious activity shall be subject to the exclusive determination of Moomoo SG based on its back-end system records.

8. In Singapore, investment products and financial services available through the Moomoo APP are offered through Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Moomoo APP is an online trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc. Nothing in connection with this Campaign shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. This Campaign does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation or financial needs. Moomoo SG does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions. 9. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials related to or in connection with this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

10. Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

12. This Campaign is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates the safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".

13. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised under the Campaign. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.

15. The Terms and Conditions are written in both English and Chinese. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
