1. Campaign Period

From 05/02/2026 at 12:00 to 06/03/2026 at 16:00 (SGT).

2. Campaign Eligibility

The campaign is only open exclusively to Singapore residents who have registered for a moomoo ID. Singapore residents refers to those who are defined as having an IP address in Singapore or have a Moomoo SG universal account when accessing the activity page. （1）Official Angbao from Moomoo SG: During the event, all users with moomoo ID or Moomoo SG universal account may draw a Chinese New Year lucky angbao.

（2）Be God of Wealth & send angbao: All users who are Singapore residents & have registered moomoo ID can become God of Wealth, and send lucky angbao to others for free;

（3）Receive Angbao from “God of Wealth”: When clicking on an angbao from “God of Wealth”, you can only receive the angbao sent by “God of Wealth” if you are deemed as a Singapore resident upon registration or login.

1. Note: Participants are eligible to claim only one angbao during this campaign. The official Moomoo SG Aangbao and the "God of Wealth" Aangbao cannot be claimed together. You must choose one only.

 

3. Activities and Rewards

3.1 How to Receive My Angbao

After opening the angbao, you will receive the rewards randomly.

During the campaign period, all users can gift Angbao to others for free. The more Angbaos gifted, the more additional rewards can be claimed. On the campaign page, click the [Gift Angbao] button to act as the "God of Wealth" and gift Angbao to others.

Notes:

• An Angbao is considered successfully gifted when the other user logs into moomoo or registers moomoo ID via the shared page, is identified by Moomoo SG as a Singapore resident, and successfully claims the Angbao.

• During the campaign, the "God of Wealth" can gift to an unlimited number of users, but you can receive a maximum of 10 rewards for gifting.

 

（2）Gift Angbao to a New User

If you Gift Angbao to a New User, you can earn additional rewards from the Moomoo SG Referral Program.

①Here, a "New User" specifically refers to Regular Referee under Moomoo SG Referral Program.:

Refers to a person who receives the referrer's referral code or link. A referee is eligible to accept the invitation if they meet one of the following conditions:

3.3 Gift Angbao on social media

During the campaign period, publish a graphic post on Red Note(小红书)/Facebook/Instagram and set its visibility to "Public". The caption must include the following three hashtags: #moomoo春节红包 #moomoo新加坡 #moomoo实体店. For your submission to be valid, the provided screenshot must clearly show the complete caption, the accompanying image, and your personal username.

4. Rewards

Each trading cash coupon has a minimum buy order amount and applicable markets.

Each trading cash coupon is valid for 30 days. No reissuance will be made once the coupon has expired.

5. FAQs

Q1: Can I receive both the red envelope sending reward and the new users referral reward by sending it to one new user?

Yes. Please refer to 3.2 for specific rewards.

 

Q2: If I gift angbao to a friend, do I need to pay for it myself? Is there a quantity limit?

You are not required to pay for any angbao you gift to your friend as Moomoo SG will be paying for it, and you can give out unlimited angbaos to anyone.

 

Q3: I have already received an angbao. If my friend gives me another angbao, can I still receive it?

No. The campaign rules state that each user can only claim one New Year Angbao. However, you can earn more Moo points or Trading Cash Coupons by acting as the 'God of Wealth' and Gifting Angbao to friends.

 

Q4: What are the issuance timeline and redemption methods for the Points and Angbao envelopes from the "Give Angbao on Red Note" part?

• 300 Points (Online Automatic Distribution): The screenshot you submitted will be manually reviewed by our backend team. Upon approval, the Points will be automatically credited to your moomoo account within 10 business days.

• New Year Angbao Envelopes (Offline In-store Collection): After your Red Note post receives 5 or more likes, please visit a Moomoo Singapore physical store during business hours. Present the post to our on-site staff for verification to receive your set.

 

Q5: If I send an angbao to a new user who already has a referrer, can I still get the new user referral reward as the angbao sender?

No, you cannot. If a new user already has a referrer and you send an angbao to him/her in this case, you will only be entitled to the angbao sending reward, and will not receive the new user referral reward.

 

6. Terms and Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on participant eligibility.

2. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right tomodify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".

13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
