MooSummit 2026: Options Explained

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to all activities under MooSummit 2026: Options Explained ("Campaign") organised by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Moomoo SG” or "Organizer").

Event Details

1. Event Date: 29 March 2026, 3:00 pm - 6:45 pm (SGT)

2. Event Venue: The workshop is physical. The physical workshop is located at Stephen Riady Auditorium at NTUC, 1 Marina Blvd, #07-01, Singapore 018989.

3. This Campaign is open to all who hold a successful registration for the particular Campaign event(s) listed on the registration page ("Participant"). Due to limited on-site capacity, admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and some registered participants may not be able to attend.

4. Code of Conduct and Right of Refusal: Moomoo SG reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion to refuse entry to or remove any participant from the premises of the Campaign if such participant engages in, or is reasonably deemed likely to to engage in, behavior that is unacceptable or disruptive to the Campaingn in the view of Moomoo SG or Moomoo SG's staff serving at the Venue. Unacceptable or disruptive behavior includes, without limitation, physical violence, verbal abuse, rudeness or disrespect towards Moomoo SG staff or other attendants in the Campaine, or failure or refusal to comply with any rules and regulations as required by Moomoo SG or or other participants in the Campaign, or failure or refusal to comply with any rules and regulations as required by Moomoo SG from time to time.

Door Gift: Options Trading Coupon

1. Participants must deposit at least USD 200 to qualify for a USD 10 options trading coupon. Redemption is available exclusively to those who check in at the event venue; any unredeemed coupon will expire and be forfeited.

2. The options trading coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to Moomoo SG universal account. The options trading coupon is applicable to the buy orders of options with a minimum order amount of USD 200.

3. Substitution or exchange of gifts by Participants will not be entertained. The coupon shall be subject to the prevailing terms and conditions governing its use. Moomoo SG reserves all rights to amend the terms and conditions of the trading coupon at any time without prior notice.

4. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by Participants is permitted. If the prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, Moomoo SG, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize with an alternative prize with similar monetary value.

Refreshement

Light refreshments are provided by Moomoo SG solely as a courtesy and are subject to availability. The Organiser makes no representation or warranty that the refreshments are sufficient for all participants. The Organizer does not collect information regarding Participants' dietary restrictions, allergies, or other health-related considerations, and Participants shall consume refreshments entirely at their own risk. The Organiser expressly disclaims all liability for any injury or illness, or other loss arising from or in connection with the consumption of such refreshments.

Moomoo Options Playbook

Participants who attend the Campaign and complete the official end-of-event survey will be eligible to receive the Moomoo Options Playbook. Fifty (50) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The Organiser reserves the right to determine the selection process. Winners will receive notification and collection instructions by 30 April 2026. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How to Participate in the Lucky Draw?

1. Only users of the Moomoo App with a valid moomoo ID who have registered and checked in for MooSummit 2026: Options Explained at Stephen Riady Auditorium @ NTUC, 1 Marina Blvd, #07-01, S(018989) on event day, will be eligible and added to the lucky draw participant list.

2. The prizes will be drawn at random using a name picker tool. The selected moomoo ID(s) will be announced on screen during the stipulated lucky draw timing.

3. The winners must be present in person at the event venue to receive the prize. If a winner fails to be present, the prize will be forfeited. The Organizer will redraw for the new winner after calling the selected moomoo ID up to 3 times without response.

4. The winners must show their moomoo ID for verification. Each person is entitled to win only one prize. Once a participant has won, their moomoo ID will be removed from any subsequent draw.

*Note: The draw time is approximate and may be changed by the Organizer depending on the actual process of the Campaign.

Conditions and Disclaimers

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign (“Campaign”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG”). By participating in this Campaign, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign.

2. Moomoo SG reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign shall be binding on all participants.

3. Moomoo SG decisions on the winner and the prize are final and no correspondence will be entertained.

4. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns.

5. In Singapore, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd., a dealer licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Moomoo SG is a licensed entity registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) (License No..CMS101000). The moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. Nothing in connection with this Campaign shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. Moomoo SG does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions. All types of investments involve risk, and you may suffer losses. All information and data on the webpage are for informational purposes only. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. This Campaign does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation or financial needs.

6. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

7. Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

8. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

9. This Campaign is not eligible to users whose names are listed on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".

10. By participating in this Campaign, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"), in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose related to the Campaign or Moomoo SG’s promotional, marketing, or commercial activities, without further notice, consent, or any compensation.
