Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from 01 September 2026, 10:00 PM SGT to 30 September 2026, 09:59 PM SGT (“Campaign Period”).

Eligibility to Participate in the Campaign

To be eligible to participate in this Campaign, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You must be a Singapore resident and have successfully registered a moomoo ID before 01 September 2026, 10:00 PM ; and

2. You must not have deposited any funds or transferred any securities into your Moomoo SG universal account at any time prior to the commencement of Campaign Period, regardless of whether your account is active, restricted, closed or otherwise deactivated; and

3. You must have logged in to the moomoo app at least once in the 30 days prior to reward issuance; and

4. The user's account must be in good standing (not suspended, closed, or under investigation for fraud/compliance breaches) at the time of reward issuance to be eligible for any rewards.

Only participants who satisfy the above conditions and complete the relevant tasks will be eligible to activate the corresponding rewards.

The S$10*10 trading coupons are valid for 30 days from the date the coupon is credited to your account.

Trading Coupon Terms

The trading coupons under this Campaign are applicable to the buy orders for the following categories of financial instruments：

• Hong Kong: stocks, funds (ETFs), funds (leveraged and inverse products), and funds (REITs);

• United States: stocks, funds (ETFs), funds (REITs), options (stock options, index options);

• Singapore: stocks, funds (ETFs), funds (REITs).

During the validity period, the trading coupon will be automatically applied to eligible buy orders that meet the minimum order amount and are placed for the purchase of eligible financial instruments in the applicable markets. Any coupon not redeemed within 30 days of issuance will automatically expire. No re‑issuance will be provided after expiry.

Only one trading coupon can be used for a single order. The cashback amount, equal to the coupon value, will be credited to your Moomoo SG universal account within T+7 trading days after the eligible order is successfully settled.

Trading coupons are exclusively applicable to eligible orders placed through the Moomoo SG universal account. The coupon cannot be used for any transaction made through the CDP-linked account.

1. I opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the Campaign Period, but I have not made any deposits yet. Am I still eligible to participate in the Campaign?

• Yes. If you opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the Campaign Period but haven’t deposited any funds or transferred any securities into your account, you can still participate in this Campaign.

2. What if I opened a Moomoo SG universal account and deposited funds or transferred securities before the Campaign Period?

• No. If you made any deposits or transferred any securities into your Moomoo SG universal account before the Campaign Period, you are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

Other Terms and Disclaimers

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign (“Campaign”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on participant eligibility.

2. Your personal data collected in connection with this Campaign will be processed in accordance with Moomoo SG's Privacy Policy.

3. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Campaign shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign shall be binding on all participants.

4. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

5. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

6. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the Moomoo SG universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.

7. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

8. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or devices, virtual machines or, any other device emulation tools, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaign/promotion. The identification of such suspicious activity shall be subject to the exclusive determination of Moomoo SG based on its back-end system records.

9. In Singapore, investment products and financial services available through the Moomoo APP are offered through Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Moomoo APP is an online trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc. Nothing in connection with this Campaign shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. This Campaign does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation or financial needs. Moomoo SG does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions. 10. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials related to or in connection with this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

11. Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

12. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

13. This Campaign is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates the safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".

14. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised under the Campaign. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.

15. Only one trading coupon can be used for a single order. In the event that multiple trading cash coupons are available in your account at the same time, trading coupons with the earliest expiration date shall be applied first. If two or more trading coupons share the same expiration date, the coupons with the higher face value shall be applied.

16. Trading coupons are unregistered, non-transferable, and each trading coupon can be used only once and applied to a single order.

17. Moomoo SG reserves the right to revoke or reclaim any trading coupon or cashback acquired by participants through means deemed inappropriate by Moomoo SG, including but not limited to exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.

18. Trading coupon discount does not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, opinion or any guarantee from Moomoo SG for any securities, financial products or tools. Investment is risky and you must be cautious when entering the market.

19. The Terms and Conditions are written in both English and Chinese. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
