SG-Diamonds Gift Set Activity Terms and Conditions

I. Eligibility

This activity is open to selected Moomoo SG customers by invitation only.

Moomoo SG reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria for this activity at any time without prior notice.

Each eligible customer may participate in this activity using only one account.

II. Activity Period

Activity Period: March 13, 2026, 10:00 AM – April 15, 2026, 11:59 PM (SGT)

Redemption Deadline: April 30, 2026, 11:59 PM (SGT)

Complimentary redemption coupons that remain unredeemed after the deadline will automatically expire and will not be reissued.

III. Activity Details and Rules

3.1 Task Claiming

Participants must proactively claim tasks on the activity page before completion. Only after claiming and completing a task will participants be eligible to receive a redemption coupon for the Block model Collectible Set.

Failure to claim a task in advance will result in ineligibility for the redemption coupon, even if the task conditions are otherwise met. Please take note of this requirement.

3.2 Task Completion Requirements

Participants may obtain complimentary redemption coupons through the following methods (task types vary by individual and are subject to what is displayed on the activity page):

Task 1: Net Deposit Task

Achieve cumulative net deposits of ≥S$2,000 (excluding transfer-in) during the activity period to receive one (1) complimentary redemption coupon.
Net deposit calculation: Total deposits minus total withdrawals

Task 2: Referral Task

Successfully refer one (1) new user to register a Moomoo SG universal account account during the activity period, and the referred user completes a deposit of ≥S$3,000, to receive one (1) complimentary redemption coupon.
The referred individual must be a first-time moomoo registrant.

Task 3: US Options Trading Task

Complete one (1) US options transaction during the activity period to receive one (1) complimentary redemption coupon.

Task 4: Cumulative US Options Trading Task

Complete a cumulative total of five (5) US options transactions during the activity period to receive one (1) 30% discount redemption coupon.

Task 5: Stock Trading Task

Complete a cumulative total of two (2) stock transactions during the activity period to receive one (1) 30% discount redemption coupon.

Task Rules:

Each task can only receive its corresponding reward a maximum of once after completion.
Tasks will be personalized based on user investment preferences, trading history, and other factors. Specific task availability is subject to what is displayed on the activity page.

3.3 Redemption Rules

After receiving a complimentary redemption coupon, please proceed to the "Points Mall" to complete the redemption process.

The Block model Set is available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Each redemption coupon may be used only once and will expire upon redemption.

Redemption coupons are non-transferable, non-cashable, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

All redemptions must be completed by April 30, 2026, 11:59 PM (SGT). Coupons will automatically become void after this deadline.

In the event that the [Block model Set] inventory is depleted during the campaign period, point compensation shall be provided as follows:

Holders of Free Redemption Vouchers: 25,000 points (equivalent to the original product price)
Holders of 30% Off Redemption Vouchers: 7,500 points (calculated as original price 25,000 × discount factor 0.3)

Compensated points shall remain valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance.

3.4 Product Delivery

Upon successful redemption, products will be shipped within 10-30 business days (subject to specifications provided on the product detail page).

Delivery addresses will be based on the information provided at the time of redemption. Please ensure that accurate shipping information is provided.

Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for reshipment if delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues such as incorrect addresses or contact information.

Certain regions may be outside the delivery coverage area. Specific details are subject to what is indicated on the redemption page.

IV. Conditions and Disclaimers：

The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on eligibility participant eligibility.
Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.
You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.
Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.
You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.
Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.
In Singapore, investment products and services available through the Moomoo App are offered through Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Moomoo APP is a financial information and trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials related to or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.
This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.
The fee adjustment such as the US stock commission-free fee is applicable to (i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address which can be either a bill or bank statement within the past 3 months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients confirmed by Moomoo SG. This fee adjustment applies only to individual clients. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change to whom (eligible clients) this fee adjustment applies.
By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").
Cash Coupons do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Coupons is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash coupon depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Coupons can be used only once per order. Cash Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Coupons have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Coupons with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Coupons are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Coupons are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Coupons acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
