Event Rewards

1. Register to enjoy commission-free
When users register for the competition, a commission-free card will be issued to the user and automatically activated. The commission-free card is valid for one month and covers categories including Singapore market stocks and funds (ETFs, REITs).

2. SG Stocks Trading Challenge
2.1 Schedule
-Round 1: 2025.7.30-2025.8.10 (SGT)
-Round 2: 2025.8.11-2025.8.24 (SGT)
-Round 3: 2025.8.25-2025.9.7 (SGT)

2.2 Positive Return - Share S$60,000 in Trading Cash Coupons
Based on the user's holding yield of Singapore stocks and funds (ETFs) in each round, determine whether the user has a positive return in the round.
If the user signs up in the middle of a round, the time range for calculating the return is from the day the user signs up to the end of the round. If the user signs up before the start of a round, the time range for calculating the return is from the start of the round to the end of the round.
After each round, users who meet the following four conditions in their Moomoo SG Universal account can participate in sharing S$20,000 trading cash coupon.
- Singapore stocks (including ETFs) return >0% within round, REITs holdings will not be counted
- Execute at least 2 buy orders (long/short) on Singapore stocks (including ETFs)
- Daily average holding amount of Singapore stocks (including ETFs) >S$2,000 
- On any trading day during this period, the daily return rate of Singapore stocks (including ETFs) shall not be less than -30%

2.3 Points awarded for outperforming the Straits Times Index
On the basis that users are eligible to share the trading cash coupon with positive returns, if the yield in the current stage outperforms the Straits Index, users can also receive an additional reward of 1,000 moomoo points after the end of the current round.

2.4 Results announcement time
The eligibility for the Positive Return Sharing Trading Cash Coupon and the Straits Index Challenge results will be announced within 3 trading days after the end of each round. Users can check the event page to view the results.

3. Participation reward
3.1 Complete tasks to get lucky draw opportunities and moomoo points
Users register for the event and receive tasks. Tasks are only valid before the end of the event. Users need to complete tasks before the end of the event and receive corresponding rewards.
-For users who have not deposited funds, complete the first deposit and the cumulative amount is ≥ S$3,000 to get 1 lucky draw chance
-Users who successfully complete the cumulative transaction amount of Singapore stocks and ETFs ≥ S$10,000, will get 1 lucky draw chance
-Users who successfully invite friends who have not made a deposit to complete any deposit, will get 1 lucky draw chance
-Users who successfully share this event to social media or community, will get 300 moomoo points
-Users who successfully purchased two DLC orders in Singapore market during the event, will get one S$60 cash coupon and 1 lucky draw chance

3.2 Lucky draw
Users must complete the lucky draw on the event page before the competition ends. Unused draw chances will be forfeited after the event ends.

Reward Details

1. Commission-free Card
An activated and effective commission-free card enables you to trade securities in the Singapore stocks, funds (ETFs, REITs) with 0 commission during the effective period. There is no limitation on the number of trades you may make during the effective period.
The commission-free card will automatically be issued and activated when the user registers for this event. If activation is completed during trading hours (pre-and post-market trading hours / regular trading hours)on the trading day, a commission-free card will become valid on the same day. For the rest of the non-trading hours, an activated commission-free card will become valid on the next calendar day.
Only one commission-free card can be activated for a single market. During the effective period of a commission-free card, you cannot activate another card. If you have multiple commission-free cards for the same market, you need to wait until the activated commission-free card is deemed expired before activating a new card. If the user has an activated Singapore Stock Commission-Free Card at the time of registration, the user will need to manually activate the Singapore Stock Commission-Free Card issued for this event later.
The commission-free card issued for this event needs to be activated before the end of the event. After activation, the commission-free card will be valid for 1 month.
Commission waiver records after using a commission-free card to trade designated products can be viewed via ""Accounts - Transfers - Funds Records"".

2. Trading Cash Coupon
You must have a Moomoo SG universal account to receive trading cash coupon.
Trading cash coupons are applicable to trading Singapore stocks (including ETFs) orders on Moomoo SG Universal account, excluding REITs. After use, a cashback amount equal to the face value of the coupon will be credited to your account.
Trading cash coupon earned through trading challenges will be issued within 5 working days after each round ends. Coupons are usable upon receipt, valid for 30 days with a minimum buy trade requirement of S$20.
Trading cash coupon earned through lucky draw will be issued within 1 working day. Coupons are usable upon receipt, valid for 30 days. The S$166 trading cash coupon has a minimum buy trade requirement of S$2,000, the S$1.60 trading cash coupon has a minimum buy trade requirement of S$20.
Trading cash coupons will automatically take effect on first orders that meet the coupon usage conditions within the validity period(Only applicable to buy-to-open orders). The coupon usage conditions include the threshold order amount, trade product type, applicable market, and other conditions. When the order that meets the coupon conditions is completed within the validity period of the coupon, a cashback amount will be credited to your account.
Only one trading cash coupon can be used for an order, but commission cards or trading cash coupons can be used at the same time.
The cashback amount upon a successful trading cash coupon usage will be credited to the Moomoo SG universal account three trading days after the order is settled. You can check the details via ""Accounts - Transfers - Funds Records"".

3. Moomoo Points: 
Points have no cash value. Points can be used to redeem equivalent goods/coupons in the Points Mall. 
Points may not be transferred, converted into cash or used in non-points programs.
Moomoo points earned through trading challenges will be issued within 5 working days after each round ends.
Moomoo points earned through lucky draw and task will be issued within 1 working day. 
Points are valid for 2 years, and expire at 24:00 on the last day of the expiration month. To view your rewards, go to ""Me > My Rewards"".

4. Free Stocks
To receive free stock, you must have a Moomoo SG Universal Account. Please ensure your account is opened before claiming any stock reward. Without it, Moomoo SG will not be able to credit the stocks into your account.
The value of the shares will fluctuate based on market condition. 
The actual fractional shares reward will be in USD and the award value is calculated based on the exchange rate of 1.29 as on 16/7/2025. Minor rounding differences may arise from currency conversion.
The free stocks earned through lucky draw will be issued within 5 trading days. Once received, they can be traded as usual. You can check the changes in your holdings or track the reward status under ""Me > My Rewards"".

5. Cash Coupon
 A customer must have a valid Moomoo SG Universal Account to receive the cash reward.
Cash coupons earned through task will be issued within 10 working day, , valid for 30 days.
Only one cash coupon may be used at any one time. A cash coupon may only be used once.
Cash coupons must be used through the moomoo App by going to ""Me-Coupons"". You can use the cash coupons by exchanging them for cash rewards. Cash will be credited to your Moomoo SG universal account within 3 trading days after you have used the cash coupons.

Calculation Rules

The return calculation includes only Singapore stocks (including ETFs) in the user's Moomoo SG universal account. Other asset types are excluded.

1. Daily Return% = (Daily Return / Daily Cost) × 100%
Where:
Daily Return = (Σ End-of-Day Position Value + Σ Assets Sold Today) - (Σ Prior Day's End-of-Day Value + Σ Assets Bought Today)
Daily Cost = (Opening Position Value + Σ Assets Bought Today) 

2. Total Return% = [(1 + Day1 Daily Return%) * (1 + Day2 Daily Return%) * ... * (1  + DayM Daily Return%)] – 100% 
DayM Return% refers to the Participant’s Daily Return% on the last day of the competition period. 

3. Daily return is set to 0% on days when users receive:
• SG stock IPO allotments
• Position transfers
• Free share grants
• Bonus share issues
• Dividend distributions

4. The organizer has the right to correct the participants' abnormal rate of return to ensure the fairness of the competition.

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). 5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. 
6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.
12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.
14. The fee adjustment such as the US stock commission-free fee is applicable to (i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address which can be either a bill or bank statement within the past 3 months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients confirmed by Moomoo SG. This fee adjustment applies only to individual clients. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change to whom (eligible clients) this fee adjustment applies.
15. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").
16. Cash Coupons do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Coupons is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash coupon depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Coupons can be used only once per order. Cash Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Coupons have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Coupons with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Coupons are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Coupons are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Coupons acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
17. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
