MooAcademy Workshop Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to all activities under MooAcademy Workshops ("Workshop") organised by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Organiser”).

Workshop Details

Scope and Application: These Terms and Conditions apply to the series of educational workshops conducted from 22 October 2026，1430 SGT with the end time announced separately. The Period may be extended at the sole discretion of Moomoo. These workshops are held at the Moomoo Bugis Store (Singapore). By registering for or attending the Workshop at the specified location and time, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as Moomoo SG’s existing Client Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Registration & Cancellation Policy: Please note that registration closes once the sign-up limit for each workshop is exceeded. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change the sign-up limit for each workshop at its sole discretion.
Schedule Changes: Moomoo SG reserves the right to change workshop timings or cancel sessions at its sole discretion. In the event of such changes, Moomoo SG will notify registered participants via the Moomoo app, email, or other provided contact methods.
Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner. Moomoo SG reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without liability.
Any financial information or educational content shared during the Workshop is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instruments.

Media Consent and Usage Rights

Grant of Consent: By participating in this Workshop, you hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to film, photograph, and record your voice and likeness (collectively referred to as "Content").
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you shall provide written notice to the on-site person-in-charge at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the Workshop. In such cases, Moomoo SG will use reasonable efforts to seat you in a designated "no-film" zone and avoid making you the primary subject of any Content; however, given the nature of the event, Moomoo SG shall not be liable for incidental or background inclusion of your likeness.
Usage Rights: Moomoo SG shall have the irrevocable, royalty-free, and perpetual right to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly display such Content in whole or in part, in any format or medium now known or hereafter devised.
Commercial Purpose: This includes, but is not limited to, usage for commercial reasons, advertisements, promotional materials, social media, and internal communications, both within the moomoo app and on external platforms.
Waiver: Participants waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any advertising copy that may be used in connection with the Content, and waive any claim to compensation for such use.
Personal Data: Participants acknowledge that the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data (including their voice and likeness) for the purposes set out in these terms constitute reasonable purposes for which consent has been given. Participants further acknowledge that such Content may be transferred to, stored, and processed in servers located outside of Singapore for the purposes of global marketing and social media deployment.

External Speakers and Third-Party Content

Independent Views: The Workshop may feature guest speakers, including finance content creators and representatives from finance institutions.
No Endorsement: The views, thoughts, and opinions expressed by these external speakers belong solely to the speakers/organizations and do not reflect the official policy, position, or endorsement of Moomoo SG.
No Warranty: Moomoo SG does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by external speakers.
Limitation of Liability: Moomoo SG shall not be held liable for any investment decisions made or actions taken by Participants based on the information provided by guest speakers. Participants are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence or seek professional advice before making any financial commitments.

MooAcademy Exclusive Deposit Promotion

Promotion Period and Eligibility

Be a Singapore resident and have successfully registered a moomoo ID
Be physically present at, and successfully attend, an eligible MooAcademy Workshop held at either Moomoo Store Bugis, Moomoo Store at 313@Somerset or Moomoo Store JEM.
Complete any required event registration or attendance check-in process specified by Moomoo SG;
Hold a valid Moomoo SG universal account;
Satisfy the relevant New User or Existing User criteria; and
Complete the applicable deposit and asset-maintenance requirements set out below.

The MooAcademy Exclusive Deposit Promotion ("Promotion") commences on 22 October 2026, 10:00 AM SGT 2026 at Moomoo Store Bugis and 12 November 2026, 10:00 AM SGT at Moomoo Store at 313@Somerset and Moomoo Store JEM. The end date of the Promotion will be announced separately by Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.
To be eligible for the Promotion, a participant must:
Moomoo SG may verify physical attendance using its event-registration, check-in and/or other internal records. A participant who has registered for, but does not physically attend, the eligible MooAcademy Workshop will not be eligible for the Promotion.
The type of rewards offered under the Promotion will depend on the content of the relevant MooAcademy Workshop. Each participant will only be eligible for one type of reward under the relevant Workshop and will not be entitled to receive both Trading Coupons and Fund Cash Coupons in the same MooAcademy session.

Definitions
Net Deposit = Deposits - Withdrawals

"Maintenance Period" means the 14 consecutive calendar-day period during which the participant must maintain the applicable Net Deposit threshold.

"Existing User" refers to a user who does not qualify as a “New User” under the latest applicable New User Promotion, based on the eligibility period and terms of that promotion. "Net Deposit" means the total amount deposited into the participant's Moomoo SG universal account, less any withdrawals.

For the purposes of this Promotion:

Deposit and Asset-Maintenance Requirements

To qualify for the reward, participants must make the required Net Deposit into their Moomoo SG universal account and continuously maintain the relevant Net Deposit threshold for 14 consecutive calendar days.
The Maintenance Period starts on the date on which the participant first meets the applicable Net Deposit threshold, based on Moomoo SG's back-end records.
Only deposits made from the participant's bank account into their Moomoo SG universal account will count towards this Promotion. Deposits, assets, transfers, or transactions made through a CDP-linked account will not count towards the deposit or asset-value calculation of this Promotion.
If a participant makes a withdrawal, transfers out funds or securities, or otherwise causes their Net Deposit to fall below the applicable threshold during the Maintenance Period, the participant will not fulfil the relevant task. The corresponding Trading Coupon or Fund Cash Coupon reward will not be unfrozen.
Upon successful completion of the applicable 14-day Maintenance Period, the relevant Trading Coupon or Fund Cash Coupon reward will be unfrozen and usable in the next valid buy trade.

Trading Coupons are applicable only to eligible buy orders placed through the Moomoo SG universal account. Trading Coupons cannot be used for transactions made through a CDP-linked account.
Trading Coupons are applicable to buy orders for the following eligible financial instruments:
Only one Trading Coupon may be used for a single eligible order. The use of a Trading Coupon is subject to the applicable minimum trade amount, product type, market, and other conditions displayed in the relevant Trading Coupon details in the moomoo app.

Trading Coupon rewards may be offered to participants who attend trading-related MooAcademy Workshops.

Fund Cash Coupon Rewards

Fund Cash Coupons are applicable only to eligible fund orders placed through the Moomoo SG universal account. Fund Cash Coupons cannot be used for transactions made through a CDP-linked account.
Fund Cash Coupons are applicable to eligible fund buy orders for USD-denominated and SGD-denominated funds, including but not limited to bond funds, equity funds, hybrid funds, liquidity funds, commodity funds, alternative funds, and money market funds.
Where an eligible fund order using a Fund Cash Coupon meets the applicable minimum investment amount of S$200, a rebate equal to the denomination of the relevant Fund Cash Coupon will be granted, subject to the relevant Fund Cash Coupon terms and conditions.
Only one Fund Cash Coupon may be used for a single eligible order. The use of a Fund Cash Coupon is subject to the applicable minimum trade amount, eligible fund, and other conditions displayed in the relevant Fund Cash Coupon details in the moomoo app.

Fund Cash Coupon rewards may be offered to participants who attend fund-related MooAcademy Workshops.

Reward Issuance and Coupon Restrictions

A limited number of Trading Coupon and Fund Cash Coupon rewards will be allocated for each session on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligible users must be verified by our store staff to qualify for the relevant rewards. Rewards are subject to Trading Coupon and Fund Cash Coupon availability.
Once a participant meets the applicable Net Deposit threshold and is verified by store staff, store staff will provide a unique redemption code for the participant to redeem the relevant Coupon in-app in a "frozen" state, and the 14-day Maintenance Period will commence upon redemption. Upon successful completion of the applicable 14-day Maintenance Period, the Trading Coupon or Fund Cash Coupon will automatically be unfrozen and can be utilised within the next 60 days.
Participants may check the status and details of their rewards in the moomoo app under “Me” > “My Rewards”. Frozen Coupons that fail to meet the maintenance period requirements will be permanently forfeited and cannot be reactivated.
Each participant may only receive the type of Coupon offered in connection with the relevant MooAcademy Workshop. Participants are not entitled to receive both Trading Coupons and Fund Cash Coupons under the same Workshop.
Both Trading Coupons and Fund Cash Coupons are promotional rewards. They are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and cannot be sold, assigned, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another person.
Trading Coupons do not have buying power until the applicable Trading Coupon value is credited to the participant’s Moomoo SG universal account in accordance with the relevant Trading Coupon terms. Trading Coupons may only be used once per eligible order.
Trading Coupons may be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon, where applicable. By default, Trading Coupons with the earliest expiry date will be used first. If two or more Trading Coupons have the same expiry date, the Trading Coupon with the higher denomination will be used first.
The eligible products, applicable markets, order requirements, and other usage conditions of each Trading Coupon and Fund Cash Coupon will be stated in the Coupon details displayed in the moomoo app. Any Trading Coupons and Fund Cash Coupons that is/are not used within its validity period will expire automatically and will not be reissued, extended, exchanged for cash, or replaced.
Trading Coupons are valid for 60 calendar days from the date on which the relevant Trading Coupon is credited to the participant's Moomoo SG universal account following successful completion of the applicable Maintenance Period unless otherwise stated in the Trading Coupon details displayed in the moomoo app. During the validity period, a Trading Coupon will be automatically applied to an eligible buy order that meets the applicable minimum order amount and is placed for an eligible financial instrument in an applicable market, subject to the relevant Trading Coupon terms and conditions.
Fund Cash Coupons are valid for 60 calendar days from the date on which the relevant Fund Cash Coupon is credited to the participant's Moomoo SG universal account following successful completion of the applicable Maintenance Period unless otherwise stated in the Fund Cash Coupon details displayed in the moomoo app. During the validity period, a Fund Cash Coupon may be used for an eligible fund order that meets the applicable minimum investment amount and is placed for an eligible USD-denominated or SGD-denominated fund, subject to the relevant Fund Cash Coupon terms and conditions.
Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim any Trading Coupon and Fund Cash Coupon or reward obtained through inappropriate means, including but not limited to exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, use of multiple accounts or devices, fraudulent conduct, or false pretences.

Other Promotion Terms

Moomoo SG’s back-end data and records, including but not limited to records of workshop attendance, check-in status, account status, deposit amount, withdrawal amount, transfer-out amount, asset value, transaction time, Trading Coupon and Fund Cash Coupon availability, reward issuance and reward use, shall be final and conclusive for the purposes of this Promotion.
This Promotion is not available to users whose names are on the Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List.
Moomoo SG reserves the right to determine participant eligibility and to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, use of multiple accounts or devices, or other suspicious or inappropriate activity.
In the event of any inconsistency between this Section and any advertising, promotion, promotional materials, or other materials relating to the MooAcademy Exclusive Deposit Promotion, this Section shall prevail.

Conditions and Disclaimers

The rewards and offers in this MooAcademy Workshops ("Workshop") are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG”). By participating in this Workshop, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Workshop (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Workshop.
Moomoo SG reserves the right to: (i) amend these Workshop Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Workshop shall be binding on all participants.
You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future workshops.
Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
In Singapore, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd., a dealer licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Moomoo SG is a licensed entity registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) (License No. CMS101000). The moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. Moomoo SG does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions. All types of investments involve risk, and you may suffer losses. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials relating to or in connection with this Workshop, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Workshop and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
This Workshop is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
