SG Moomoo CAB (Customer Advisory Board) Community Guidelines

All members must follow the Code of SG Moomoo CAB (Customer Advisory Board) 

By logging onto the community and activating your profile, you are considered to be in agreement with the terms and conditions listed below.

● Be nice and respect moomoo moderators and other users.

●  Communicate with courtesy and respect.

●  Be tolerant towards others’ viewpoints; respectfully disagree when opinions do not align.

●  Do not spam messages.

● Do not spread any fake news, rumors, or MLM content.

● Do not use vulgarities language/attack/fight/argue/threaten/harass or create any drama amongst users or moderators – any hate speech posted will receive a warning or mute.

●  Take care when discussing topics that might make other people uncomfortable (e.g. race, gender, sexuality, political view, religion, age, etc.). If someone has said something that makes you uncomfortable, raise it with our moderators. Harassment of any form is unacceptable – For both in-app and off-app. If you must confront the person, please take them to PM. If argument ensues, please try to intervene and stop it as quickly as possible.

●  If someone has said something that makes you uncomfortable, please raise it with our moderators. 

● Do not share any personal privacy or explicit information.

Personal information such as personal details, banking information, account details etc. By giving it away, you are at risk of scammers or hackers. Our moderators will never request your personal information.

●  No inappropriate or NSFW materials.

● Do not post any images, videos, or messages in chat that are NSFW or inappropriate. 

● Do not contact any CS user in private

The first violation will warrant a warning from SG moomoo CAB moderators; subsequent violations will be followed by disqualification from SG moomoo CAB.

●  The moomoo SG team of Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to delete any non-compliant comments. Please abide by these rules, users who violate the rules of the message repeatedly will be blocked and kicked out of the group. If our moderators or users are subject to personal attacks and other threats, moomoo SG reserve the right to take legal steps.
