Authorization Agreement for 2023 Annual Investing Medal

You should read this Authorization Agreement carefully and fully understand the contents in this Agreement before you officially start the 2023 Annual Investing Medal (hereinafter “Medal”or “Activity”). Please stop participating in this Activity, if you disagree with any clauses in this Agreement. By starting the Activity, you will be deemed to have carefully read, fully understood and consented to all clauses in this Agreement.

1. You affirm that, only when you opened an account in Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter “Moomoo SG”) and transactions record was generated, relevant contents in the Activity will be presented to you.

2. You affirm that, you authorize Moomoo SG to search for your client information from January 1(st), 2023 to December 31(st), 2023, including your personal identity information and transaction records to generate your Medal. You consent Moomoo SG will only use the above-mentioned information for aggregated analysis and display the information about this Activity to you. Moomoo SG will not process your authorized information for any purpose other than those listed above. Matters not covered shall be bound by the “Client Agreement” and “Privacy Policy” and other relevant documents signed between you and Moomoo SG.

3. You affirm that, you authorize Moomoo Technologies Inc. (hereinafter “MTI”) to search for your client information from January 1(st), 2023 to December 31(st), 2023, including your Moomoo ID, usage information, social media data and forum data to generate your Statement. You consent MTI will only use the above-mentioned information for aggregated analysis and display the information about this Activity to you. MTI will not process your authorized information for any purpose other than those listed above. Matters not covered shall be bound by the “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy” and other relevant documents signed between you and MTI.

4. You affirm that, your Statement is automatically generated by the system and may deviate from the actual condition. Moomoo SG and MTI does not guarantee the reliability and accuracy of relevant information.[SH1]

5. You affirm that, the Activity page will contain your personal information. When you choose to forward the screenshot of the Activity page to other channels, third parties will see your relevant information. Any losses or consequences arising from sharing and disclosing your Statement, including but not limited to leakage of personal information, shall be borne by you. Therefore, please be careful of sharing relevant information, or take effective measures to protect your personal information by yourself.
