Ⅰ. Event Eligibility:

Clients who have subscribed to the fund before the start of this event and AI clients, are eligible to participate in the campaign.

 

Ⅱ. Event Period:

Ⅲ. Event Description:

1. Clients may unlock the corresponding rewards upon completion of the task according to the requirements after entering the page and return to the event page to claim the rewards after unlocking, and rewards will be distributed in your account within 1 working day after claiming. There are a total of 5 task levels and rewards to be unlocked:

2. Unlock S$2 cash coupon and 500 points when you complete a USD fund subscrition of US$5,000 or more with your bank account.

3. Unlock S$10 cash coupon when you complete 3 transactions in total of at least S$20,000 or equivalent in USD with your bank account.

4. Unlock S$30 cash coupon when you complete 5 transactions in total of at least S$50,000 or equivalent in USD with your bank account.

5. Unlock S$38 cash coupon when you complete transactions totalling of S$100,000 or equivalent in USD with your bank account.

6. Unlock S$88 cash coupon when you complete a transaction more than S$250,000 or equivalent in USD with your bank account.

 Clients enter the event page to complete the task, unlock and receive the corresponding rewards

All funds including Cash Plus, Balanced Funds, Equity Funds, Bond Funds except Funds of Funds.

 

Ⅵ. Notes:

1. The subscription amount in SGD is calculated at a fixed exchange rate: US$1 = S$1.40

2. Rewards will be unlocked after the subscribed fund shares are confirmed, and different tier rewards can be stacked and distributed.

3. How to subscribe to a fund via bank account and auto currency exchange: 

    1)Deposit Amount: To prevent order failures due to exchange rate fluctuations, the deposit amount is calculated as Deposit Amount = Subscription Amount * Current Exchange Rate * 102%
    2)Exchange Rate: The exchange rate shown on the subscription page is for reference only. The actual exchange rate will be determined in real-time after the deposit has been made
    3)Subscription Amount: The amount you enter on the page is your actual subscription amount, and any surplus funds after currency exchange will be left in your universal account as cash

4. Upon redemption, please refer to the "instructions for use" for cash coupon usage.

 

Ⅶ. Disclaimer:

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. 4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7. In Singapore, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd., a dealer licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. 11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
