Eligibility

This Promotion is only applicable to Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY") customers who:

• are at least 18 years old;
• are legal residents of Malaysia with a valid NRIC;
• have an active universal account with Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY").

We will not be able to award any bonuses to participants who no longer have an active universal account with Moomoo MY.

1. How to Participate

To participate, users must:

(1) Share your livestream insights and screenshots to the community;

• Tag the Moomoo MY community topic: #2 Million Downloads Special Livestream: Watch, Share & Win Rewards#

• Share your livestream thoughts (post length >20 words) and include a livestream screenshot under the community topic to earn 200 points.

• Share a screenshot from the livestream on X, Facebook, Instagram, or RedNote with a caption of >20 words and the hashtag #moomoomalaysia. Then, paste a screenshot of your social post in this community topic to earn 400 points.

• The TOP 10 users with the highest combined interactions (reposts, likes, and comments) on a single post under the community topic will receive an RM10 stock cash coupon.*

(2) Content must:

• Be original and reflect the participant's own views or experiences;

• Not contain any illegal, offensive, defamatory, misleading, or inappropriate content;

• Not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

(3) Ensure that the posted content remains publicly visible during the verification period.

(4) The organizer reserves the right to reject any social media posts that are incomplete, set to private, deleted, inaccessible, offensive, misleading, unrelated to the event, or deemed inappropriate.

 

2. Winner Selection & Bonus

2.1 Winner Selection

(1) Moomoo MY will tally the actual number of reposts, likes, and comments on all eligible posts under the community topic as of 19:30 on 4 September 2026 MYT. The final count shall be based on the data captured by Moomoo MY's backend system.

(2) The top 10 participants with the highest number of likes will each receive one (1) stock cash coupon worth RM10.

(3) Only the first valid post submitted by each participant will be counted for ranking purposes. If a participant submits multiple posts, only the likes on the first valid post will be counted; likes from multiple posts will not be aggregated.

(4) In the event that two or more participants have the same number of likes, the winner will be determined by submission time, with the earlier submission taking priority.

(5) If a participant is found to have inflated their like count through any illegitimate means, including but not limited to purchasing likes, using bots, utilizing fake or suspicious accounts, or joining mutual-like groups, the participant will be immediately disqualified. Any rewards already distributed will be clawed back, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to take further legal action.

(6) Within 7 working days after the event ends, Moomoo MY will announce the list of winners within the moomoo app.

(7) Winners will receive one (1) stock cash coupon worth RM10 (please refer to the Stock Cash Coupon Terms and Conditions for specific usage requirements and restrictions). The stock cash coupon will be credited to the winner's Moomoo MY integrated account within 30 working days after the event ends. The coupon is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Coupons that are not used before expiry will be automatically forfeited and will not be reissued or extended.

 

2.2 Points

(1) Transferability: Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be sold, traded, or assigned to another person.

(2) Distribution Timeline: Eligible participants will receive Moo Points credited to their Moomoo account within seven (7) business days.

 

2.3 Stock Cash Coupon

(1) Stock Cash Coupons are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance of the reward.

(2) Stock Cash Coupons are applicable to Moomoo MY universal account.

• Applicable markets: US Stock, MY Stock, SG Stock, HK Stock, China A-shares

• Applicable category: Stock, ETFs, REITs, Options

• Applicable Currencies: USD / MYR / SGD / HKD / CNH

• Starting Amount: MYR 200 (342 HKD / 43.734 USD / 300 CNH / 58.461 SGD）

• Issuance method: After the transaction of the order meeting the conditions of the coupon within the validity period of the coupon, the cashback will be issued to the universal account in 3 business days.

Clients should pay attention to the expiration date of the coupon, which can be viewed in [Me - Coupons].

(3) Stock Cash Coupons are denominated in USD, with an exchange rate of USD:MYR = 1:4.05.

(4) Stock Cash Coupons can be used only once per order. Stock Cash Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon.

(5) By default, Stock Cash Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or moreStock Cash Coupons have the same expiration date, by default, the Stock Cash Coupons with the higher denomination will be used first.

(6) To use moomoo’s desktop platform and mobile app’s features and benefits you’re your computer or mobile devices, you need the most up-to-date version of your web brower and moomoo app. For the best experience, update your browser and moomoo app to the latest version.

(7) Stock Cash Coupons are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once.

(8) Stock Cash Coupons are promotion rewards, and moomoo reserves the right to reclaim Stock Cash Coupons acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.

(9) Moomoo reserves the sole discretion to interpret the terms and condition of this promotion.

(10) You must have a universal account with Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY") to redeem Stock Cash Coupons. Points and Stock Cash Coupons may be redeemed only through the moomoo app and have no other value.

 

Disclaimers

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion. 

2. Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants. 

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. 11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
