1. Eligible Participants

This campaign is open to specially invited clients of Moomoo Securities Malaysia.

Moomoo Securities Malaysia reserves the right to change the eligible participants of this campaign at any time without prior notice.

Each eligible client may participate in this campaign using only one account.

2. Campaign Period

Campaign Period: March 13, 2026, 10:00 - April 13, 2026, 23:59 (MST)

Redemption Deadline: April 27, 2026, 23:59 (MST)

Free redemption vouchers not redeemed by the deadline will automatically expire and will not be reissued.

3. Campaign Content and Rules

3.1 Task Collection

Participants must proactively collect tasks on the campaign page. Only after completing the tasks can they obtain free redemption vouchers for the [Cube Moo Moo Set].

If tasks are not collected in advance, free redemption vouchers cannot be obtained even if the relevant conditions are completed. Please be sure to take note.

3.2 Task Completion Conditions

Participants can obtain free redemption vouchers through the following methods (task types vary by individual and are subject to actual frontend display):

Each task can be completed a maximum of 1 time per person; completing it once yields the corresponding voucher.

Tasks will be displayed in a personalized manner based on the user's investment preferences, trading history, etc., subject to the actual frontend display on the campaign page.

Rewards cannot be obtained repeatedly for the same task.

3.3 Redemption Rules

After obtaining a free redemption voucher, please proceed to the "Points Mall" to complete the redemption operation.

"Cube Moo Moo Set" is available in limited quantities, first come first served, while stock last.

Each voucher can only be used once and becomes invalid after redemption.

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-cashable, and cannot be used simultaneously with other offers.

Please be sure to complete redemption before April 27, 2026, 23:59 (MST); vouchers will automatically expire after the deadline.

If the "Block Model Set" becomes out of stock during the campaign period, point compensation shall be provided as follows:

• Holders of 70% Off Redemption Vouchers: 7,500 points (calculated as original price 25,000 × discount factor 0.3)

Compensated points shall remain valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance.

3.4 Product Delivery

After successful redemption, products will be arranged for shipment within 10-15 business days (subject to the product details page description).

The delivery address is based on the information provided during redemption; please be sure to provide accurate delivery information.

Moomoo shall not be responsible for reshipping items if delivery fails due to incorrect address, inaccurate contact information, or other reasons attributable to the customer.

Delivery may not be available in certain areas. Please refer to the information as shown on the redemption page for specific coverage.

4. Other Terms and Conditions

4.1 Right to Modify Campaign

By participating in this campaign, participants acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions of the activity.

Moomoo reserves the right to change, modify, add, or delete campaign content at any time, including but not limited to canceling, postponing, rescheduling the campaign, or modifying campaign terms, conditions, rules, etc., without prior notice.

4.2 Anti-Cheating Provisions

Participants shall participate in the campaign through legitimate means and shall not obtain campaign rewards through cheating, fraud, use of third-party programs, or other irregular means.

Moomoo reserves the right to revoke any campaign rewards obtained through system loopholes, violations, or malicious manipulation of orders, and retains the right to pursue relevant legal or other actions.

If irregular behavior is discovered, moomoo reserves the right to cancel the participant's campaign eligibility and the obtained rewards without compensation.

4.3 Data Confirmation

All data Related to this campaign (including but not limited to deposit amounts, referral records, task completion status, etc.) shall be subject to moomoo's backend system records.

In case of any disputes, moomoo reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.

4.4 Disclaimer

This campaign does not constitute any offer, solicitation, recommendation, opinion, or guarantee of any securities, financial products, or instruments.

Campaign rewards are physical goods and do not involve any investment return commitments.

Participants must bear investment risks themselves; moomoo Shall not be held responsible for investment results.

4.5 Tax Liability

By participating in the campaign, participants agree to Moomoo’s collection and use of relevant information for the purposes of campaign management and reward distribution.
