Campaign Eligibility

Customers who meet all of the following conditions are eligible for this rewards opportunity:

Have successfully participated in and met the reward eligibility conditions of either the "New Customer Deposit Bonus Campaign" or "Existing Customer Deposit Campaign" as specified in these rules.

Personally visit the Moomoo Moniefest event venue during the campaign period and complete the relevant procedures.

 

1. Enhanced Rewards for New Customer Deposits

Eligibility

You are eligible for this reward if you have never deposited funds into your Moomoo MY universal account before 11 April 2026.

To receive the new user reward, you must successfully complete the tasks on the campaign period.

Important: To be eligible for the bonus reward, you must enter the exclusive deposit code during your first deposit. How to enter the deposit code:

During the promotional period, a cumulative net deposit of at least RM1,000 will receive the following deposit rewards: RM25 cash voucher + RM25 stock cash voucher, and merchandise - Stress ball.	Reward Details: (I) RM 25 Cash Coupon: During the campaign period, new customers who achieve a cumulative net deposit of RM 1,000 or above will automatically receive the cash coupon on the day of participation. (III) Additional Merchandise Rewards During the campaign period, new customers who deposit at least RM 1,000 can receive a moomoo Stressball on-site, subject to actual distribution. (IV) 1 Lucky Draw Chance During the campaign period, new customers who deposit at least RM 1,000 can participate in 1 on-site lucky draw.
During the promotional period, individuals with a cumulative net deposit of ≥ RM10,000 to their account will receive 2 x RM25 cash voucher + 2 x RM25 stock cash voucher, merchandise - card holder, and 1 on-site lucky draw entry.	Reward Details: (I) 2 x RM 25 Cash Coupons: During the campaign period, new customers who achieve a cumulative net deposit of RM 10,000 or above will automatically receive the cash coupons on the day of participation. (III) Additional Merchandise Rewards During the campaign period, new customers who deposit at least RM 10,000 can receive a moomoo Cardholder on-site, subject to actual distribution. (IV) 1 Lucky Draw Chance During the campaign period, new customers who deposit at least RM 10,000 can participate in 1 on-site lucky draw.
During the promotional period, individuals with a cumulative net deposit of ≥ RM30,000 to their account will receive 2 x RM25 cash voucher + 2 x RM25 stock cash voucher, merchandise - Pillow, and 2 on-site lucky draw entries.	Reward Details: (I) 2 x RM 25 Cash Coupons: During the campaign period, new customers who achieve a cumulative net deposit of RM 30,000 or above will automatically receive the cash coupons on the day of participation. 2. Existing Customer Deposit Reward

Eligibility

You are eligible for this reward if you have never deposited funds into your Moomoo MY universal account before 28 March 2026.

Complete the designated tasks during the event period to receive exclusive existing customer rewards.

Upon completing the qualifying deposit task, you will receive a generous existing customer gift package.

Free Stock Distribution and Usage Rules: After completing the asset lock-up task, the stock reward will be automatically distributed to your securities account within 10 trading days. The stock reward is denominated in USD, with an exchange rate of USD:MYR = 1:4.1. Note: After completing the deposit, you can freely trade stocks. Minor declines in holding value due to market fluctuations will not affect reward unlocking. However, if the holding value drops by more than 20%, it may result in task failure. If this occurs, please contact customer service to apply for reward reissuance. (III) Additional Merchandise Rewards During the campaign period, new customers who deposit at least RM 10,000 can receive moomoo merchandise on-site, subject to actual on-site distribution.

3. Lucky Draw Reward

(2) Winners of physical prizes must register on-site following staff guidance, and the prizes will be arranged for distribution. The unlock conditions for online prizes won through the lucky draw: the free stock/stock cash coupon/cash coupon rewards will be unlocked after you maintain net deposited assets (including cash, stocks, and other assets) of RM 1,000 or above (or equivalent assets) for 60 days.

(3) Stock Reward Issuance & Usage Rules: 

After completing the lock-up period, the stock reward will be automatically credited to your securities account within 10 trading days. Stock rewards are denominated in USD, with an exchange rate of USD:MYR = 1:4.1.

Note: After ccompleting the deposit, you are free to trade stocks. Minor fluctuations in portfolio value due to market movements will not affect reward unlocking. However, if the portfolio value drops by more than 20%, the task may be considered failed. If this occurs, please contact customer service to request reissuance of the reward.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion. 

2. Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants. 

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including thrid parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
