① Content Requirements

• Must be original and reflect the participant's own views or experience.

• Must not contain illegal, graphic, slanderous, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate content.

• Must not infringe upon any third party's rights.

② Ensure that the content remains publicly visible throughout the campaign period.

③ The organizer reserves the right to reject any social media post that is incomplete, set to private, deleted, inaccessible, offensive, misleading, irrelevant to the campaign, or deemed inappropriate.

④ After the task is completed, reward eligibility will be subject to manual review results.

 

2. Winner Selection & Bonus

• Moomoo MY will use October 7, 2026, 23:59 MYT as the cutoff time to count all participants who have submitted community posts that meet the platform requirements. The final statistics will be based on the data captured by Moomoo MY’s backend system. • The Top 30 participants with the highest community engagement will each receive RM50 worth of SpaceX stock.	• Moomoo MY will count all eligible posts under the community topic as of 23:59 Malaysia Time on October 7, 2026. • The Top 10 participants selected by Moomoo MY officials will each receive RM100 worth of SpaceX stock.	Moomoo MY will review all eligible posts submitted during the campaign period. The Top 5 participants selected and officially invited by Moomoo MY will each receive one (1) RM300 SpaceX stock reward.

Reward Description

① Each participant will only have their first valid post submission counted for ranking purposes. If multiple posts are submitted, only the number of likes on the first valid post will be counted; likes on additional posts will not be accumulated.

② If two or more participants have the same number of likes, the earlier submission time will determine the winner; the earlier submission will be prioritized.

③ If a participant obtains likes through improper means, including but not limited to purchasing likes, using bots, using fake or suspicious accounts, or joining mutual-like groups, their eligibility will be immediately disqualified. Reward eligibility is subject to Moomoo MY’s further legal review.

④ Moomoo MY will review and issue creator awards on October 16, 2026.

⑤ Reward issuance and usage rules: All donated rewards will be automatically issued to your securities account within 10 trading days after the winner list is announced. Stock rewards are denominated in USD, with the exchange rate set at USD:MYR = 1:4.05.

⑥ Points are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to others.

1. How do I participate in the event?

Complete any one of the following tasks to participate:

Task 1: Share your Moomoo AI experience in the Moo Community. Your post must include 2 screenshots (one showing your question and one showing the most useful part of the AI’s reply), along with at least 30 words of your genuine user experience, and must mention the keyword "Moomoo AI".

Reward: 2,000 points + 1 lucky draw entry, and you’ll automatically be entered to split the RM10,000 Micron stock pool.

Task 2: In addition to the above, repost your content on social media (e.g., X, Facebook, etc.) with the 3 hashtags: #MoomooAI, #AITrading, and #MoomooMalaysia, and upload a screenshot of your social media post.

Extra reward: 4,000 additional points + 1 lucky draw entry.

2. What are the review criteria for shared content?

The review mainly checks whether:

• Is the content related to Moomoo AI features?

• Does it include two screenshots?

• Does it have at least 30 words and the keyword "Moomoo AI"?

• Are the social media screenshots genuine and valid, and do they include the hashtags #Moomoo AI, #AI Trading, and #Moomoo Malaysia?

If any of the above requirements are not met, the submission will not pass the review.

3. Are there designated platforms for social media sharing? What are the screenshot requirements?

Supported platforms include mainstream social media platforms such as X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and RedNote. The screenshot must clearly show your posted content and posting time for manual review.

4. How can I get lucky draw eligibility?

Each completed task gives you 1 lucky draw entry:

• Complete community sharing → +1 entry

• Complete community sharing and upload a social media screenshot → +1 entry

Each person can receive up to 2 lucky draw entries.

5. Can I win multiple prizes at the same time?

Most prizes can be stacked. However, please note: the Moofest offline sharing award and the highest-quality content award cannot be won repeatedly. If selected for both, the higher-value reward will be granted.

6. What is the Moofest offline sharing award? Do I need to attend in person?

This is an official invitation-only award. If the quality of your shared content is particularly outstanding, you may be invited by the official team to participate in a video recording. The video will be played offline at Moofest.

The TOP 5 selected participants will each receive RM300 worth of SpaceX shares. This award cannot be won together with the Best Quality Content Award.

7. If I publish multiple posts, can I receive multiple lucky draw chances?

Each user may only participate in the lucky draw and award selection with one valid ID. However, publishing multiple high-quality posts may, to some extent, increase the chances of being selected for the Quality Creator Award.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion. 

2. Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants. 

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
