Campaign Eligibility

Customers who meet all of the following conditions are eligible for this rewards opportunity:

1. Have received an official event invitation from Moomoo and completed online registration within the designated timeframe;

2. Have attended the Moomoo Moofest event venue in person during the designated event period and completed the required procedures in accordance with the event rules, including but not limited to on-site check-in, account deposit, and interactive stamp collection tasks.

Enhanced Rewards for New Customer Deposits

Eligibility: You are eligible for this reward if you have never deposited funds into your Moomoo MY universal account before 9 October 2026.

To receive the new user reward, you must successfully complete the tasks during the campaign period.

Rewards

The unlocking conditions for free stocks won through the lucky draw are as follows: the free stock reward may be unlocked after you maintain net deposited assets (including cash, stocks, and other assets) at or above RM1,000 (or equivalent asset value) for 60 days. Stock Cash Coupons won through the lucky draw will be automatically credited to your securities account within 10 trading days. After you apply a Stock Cash Coupon to a single securities transaction with an amount equal to or greater than 200MYR, the face value of the coupon will be returned to your account in the form of cash within 5 trading days. (iii) Stock Reward Issuance & Usage Rules: After completing the lock-up period, the stock reward will be automatically credited to your securities account within 10 trading days. Stock rewards are denominated in USD, with an exchange rate of USD:MYR=1:4.05.

Note: After completing the deposit, you are free to trade stocks. Minor fluctuations in portfolio value due to market movements will not affect reward unlocking. However, if the portfolio value drops by more than 20%, the task may be considered failed. If this occurs, please contact customer service to request reissuance of the reward.

15.Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once.
