Eligibility

Moomoo MY customers (both new and existing customers) who have not previously claimed the transfer-in rewards are eligible to participate in this transfer-in campaign and receive the corresponding rewards.

● New Customer: Customers who had no assets in their Moomoo MY Universal Account before 20/11/2025.

● Existing Customer: Customers who had assets in their Moomoo MY Universal Account before 20/11/2025.

Moomoo MY reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria for this campaign.

 

Reward Eligibility

Customers who successfully transfer eligible stock assets to Moomoo MY are eligible to receive one of the following rewards, depending on the task completed:

1. Customers who transfer a cumulative amount of at least RM10,000 are eligible for the transfer-out fee rebate (Please refer to FAQ no. 8.), and can enjoy 180/360 days of 0-commission trading.

2. Asset values for transfers will be recalculated starting from this campaign, and the previous transfers will not be cumulatively considered.

3. The gold reward is limited to the first 50 customers who initiate a cumulative transfer amount of RM800,000 before 31/12/2025 23:59:59 (MYT). First come, first served.

 

Remarks:

① In the event of a transfer failure, you will not qualify for the activity rewards.

③ Transfer amounts are based on the closing market value of assets at the time of arrival of their assets to Moomoo MY universal account.

Notes:

● The exchange rate for USD to MYR is 4.6 based on the exchange rate on 1st August 2024.

● The exchange rate for HKD to MYR is 0.58 based on the exchange rate on 20th January 2025.

● The exchange rate for SGD to MYR is 3.4 based on the exchange rate on 22nd August 2025.

④ Only long stock positions (US/MY/HK/SG stocks) are eligible for transfer rewards. Short positions will not be considered.

⑤ Transfers from Futu Group's brokerage firms to Moomoo MY will not be eligible for all rewards.

⑥ Clients who have never transferred out of stocks before 20/11/2025 at 15:00PM MYT or Clients who have never transferred out of stocks before the first transfer in after 20/11/2025 at 15:00PM MYT.

 

MY Stocks Transfer-in Procedure Guidelines

Step ① Open a Moomoo MY universal account.

Step ② Initiate a transfer-out request with the current broker where you hold your positions. Please provide the following information to the counterparty trader/customer service:

● Moomoo CDS Account Name: MOOMOO NOMINEES (ASING) SDN. BHD. PLEDGED SECURITIES ACCOUNT FOR FUTU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED

● Moomoo CDS Account Number: 062-001-076632678

● Broker Name: Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Step ③ Provide your current broker with the requested information. Requesting a transfer from another broker may vary depending on your account type with that broker and with Moomoo MY. More details: How to request a transfer from another broker?

Step ④ Once your transfer-out request is processed by the other broker, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days for the assets to appear in your account with Moomoo MY.

Note: The processing time may vary depending on your other broker.

Step ⑤ After the successful transfer of stocks, you will receive a notification of the successful transfer. The rewards will be reflected on your account within 30 working days after the event end date.

 

US Stocks Transfer-in Procedure Guidelines

Step ① Enter the Moomoo app and select Transfer In.

Step ② Select your current brokerage & provide the following account details:

A. If transferring from IBKR & Webull:

 Account number with the transfer-out broker

 Your account statement with the transfer-out broker (Please provide your latest account statement in PDF format, including your address, full name and share quantity)

 Stock information

B. If transferring from other brokers:

 Account number with the transfer-out broker

 Stock information

Note: You need to contact the other broker to request a transfer out and share Moomoo MY's transfer details with the other broker.

Step ③ The stock transfer is expected to take 3 to 15 business days, and completion is confirmed upon receipt of a success notification. The rewards will be reflected on your account within 30 working days after the event end date.

 

HK Stocks Transfer-in Procedure Guidelines

Step ① Open a Moomoo MY universal account.

Step ② Send an incoming transfer request email to us at support@my.moomoo.com

Step ③ Submit an outgoing transfer request to the counterparty broker. For the details required for HK stock transfer, please visit this link: Information required for transfer of HK stocks

After receiving your incoming transfer request, we will contact the counterparty broker to verify whether your outgoing transfer request matches your incoming transfer request.

Step ④ After the review is completed, Moomoo MY will add the corresponding assets to your account.

Step ⑤ After the successful transfer of stocks, you will receive a notification of the successful transfer. The rewards will be reflected on your account within 30 working days after the event end date.

 

SG Stocks Transfer-in Procedure Guidelines

Step ① Open a Moomoo MY universal account.

Step ② Send an incoming transfer request email to us at support@my.moomoo.com

Step ③ Submit an outgoing transfer request to the counterparty broker. For the details required for SG stock transfer, please visit this link: Information required for transfer of SG stocks

After receiving your incoming transfer request, we will contact the counterparty broker to verify whether your outgoing transfer request matches your incoming transfer request.

Step ④ After the review is completed, Moomoo MY will add the corresponding assets to your account.

Step ⑤ After the successful transfer of stocks, you will receive a notification of the successful transfer. The rewards will be reflected on your account within 30 working days after the event end date.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I know if I qualify for the reward?

You can calculate the eligible transfer value for rewards by multiplying the closing stock price on the day of successful transfer by the number of shares you transferred. For example, if the stock's closing price on the day of successful transfer is RM100, and you transferred 1,000 shares, then the value of the transfer would be RM100 * 1,000 = RM100,000.

2. Why haven't I received the rewards after transferring RM10,000 / RM50,000 / RM150,000 / RM400,000 / RM800,000?

After the successful transfer, the free shares and the stock cash coupon rewards will be reflected in your account within 30 working days after the event end date 31/12/2025. The eligibility to claim the gold reward will be granted to your account within 30 working days after reaching the cumulative transfer amount of RM800,000. The rewards can be viewed in "moomoo APP - Me - My Rewards". However, the reward issued at this time is in a frozen state. You need to keep the asset limit corresponding to the reward for at least 90 days after receiving reward(s) to unfreeze. Otherwise, the action will be deemed ineligible for the award. Rewards will be automatically unfrozen into your account.

3. Will using my deposit for trading affect the unlocking of the rewards?

No, it won't. Feel free to trade during the lock-in period. Fluctuations in trading activity and stock prices will not affect the unlocking of the rewards. As long as your net assets remain at least RM10,000 / RM50,000 / RM150,000 / RM400,000 / RM800,000 throughout the lock-in period, subsequent deposit and withdrawal activities will not affect the process of unlocking the rewards.

4. If I transfer RM5,000 on 25/11/2025 and transfer RM5,000 on 30/11/2025, can I get rewards?

Yes, you can. If the cumulative transfer amount reaches at least RM10,000 before the event deadline, you will be considered eligible to participate in the event and will receive the respective rewards.

5. I have already received the transfer-in rewards before, can I still participate in this event and receive rewards?

No, the transfer-in rewards can only be claimed once. If you have already claimed the rewards from previous Transfer-in Campaign, then you are not eligible for this campaign.

6. Can I still participate in the event, if I have successfully transferred-in to Moomoo MY prior to this event?

If you are a user who has successfully transferred-in to Moomoo MY but did not meet the rewards requirement in previous campaign, you are still eligible for this new campaign. Asset values for transfers will be recalculated starting from this campaign, and the previous transfers will not be cumulatively considered.

7. Can I join the New Customer Promotion if I have participated in this event?

Yes, you can participate in both campaigns. However, you cannot claim the rewards of New User Promotion by transferring RM10,000 / RM50,000 / RM150,000 / RM400,000 / RM800,000 from other brokerage. The rewards of New User Promotion can only be claimed by transferring cash from a bank account and fulfilling the respective tasks. 8. How is the transfer fee subsidised?

Upon successful transfer of eligible assets to Moomoo MY, please click here to submit a request to our survey link with statements from your other brokerage account to request a transfer-out fee subsidy. Once your application is approved, the subsidy will be issued to the user's Moomoo MY universal account within 30 working days in the form of cash coupons. Moomoo MY will subsidize the fees deducted by other brokers due to portfolio transfer, with a subsidy cap of RM1,000 per user. Transfers from Futu Group's brokerage firms to Moomoo MY will not be eligible for transfer-out fee subsidy.

9. How to activate the 0 commission reward for the transfer-in promotion if I'm already enjoying the new customer 0 commission reward?

The 0 commission from transfer-in campaign will continue after the 0 commission from New Customer Promotion ends. Please manually activate it through the "moomoo APP - Me - My Rewards". You will receive a notification as the 0 commission reward from New Customer Promotion is about to expire to ensure you can timely activate your new 0 commission reward.

10. How long is the validity period of the stock cash coupon?

The stock cash coupon is valid for 90 days after successful activation.

11. If I transfer a cumulative amount of at least RM800,000, can I get all rewards of Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4 and Tier 5?

No, you can only receive reward(s) from one of the tiers depending on the task you completed.

12. What type of assets are eligible for transfer to Moomoo MY to get rewards?

MY Market: Common Stocks, ETFs, Structured Warrants, REITs.

US Market: Common Stocks, ETFs (with market value > $300 million and trade price > US$5 per share)

HK Market: Common Stocks, ETFs

SG Market: Common Stocks, ETFs

13. How can I redeem my Gold?

If you have transferred a cumulative amount at least RM800,000 from another brokerage to Moomoo MY, the system will issue a virtual reward card representing 10g of gold to the reward center in the moomoo app. Once you maintain your asset of RM800,000 or more for over 90 days, our staff will contact you to claim your 10g of gold via email or phone or app notification to head to our office for collection. If there are special circumstances and you are unable to office to collect, you need to contact customer service to provide mailing information and we will arrange for delivery.

14. What happens if the Gold is fully redeemed?

The 

Gold is limited to the first 50 eligible customers on a first-come, first-served basis. If the Gold has been fully redeemed, you can still receive the free share and stock cash coupon from the preceding tier.

If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
