This campaign is opened to all Moomoo MY users.

Rewards WILL NOT be issued to Participants if they do not tap on the button even if they are eligible to it.

Trading Challenge Rewards

1. Grand Leaderboard

At the end of the event, rewards will be distributed based on users’ total return rankings from trading Malaysian stocks (including ETFs) in their accounts.

• 1st Place: 400 shares of TENAGA (5347.MY) (approx. RM5,664 in value), and 1 MacBook Air (13-inch, 16GB, 256GB SSD, Apple Official Price: RM4,499)

• 2nd Place: 400 shares of TENAGA (5347.MY) (approx. RM5,664 in value)

• 3rd Place: 300 shares of TENAGA (5347.MY) (approx. RM4,248 in value)

• 4th Place: RM500 cash coupons x 4 (total value RM2,000)

• 5th Place: RM500 cash coupons x 2 (total value RM1,000)

2. Weekly Leaderboard

The competition lasts for 4 weeks. Rewards will be given based on users’ weekly return rankings.

• 1st Place: 200 shares of GAMUDA (5389.MY) (approx. RM904 in value)

• 2nd Place: RM100 cash coupons x 2, and RM50 stock cash coupons x 8

• 3rd Place: RM100 cash coupons x 2, and RM50 stock cash coupons x 4

• 4th Place: RM100 cash coupons x 2

• 5th Place to 10th Place: RM100 cash coupons x 1

3. Participation Reward

• Users who register for the trading challenge and successfully complete 3 buy or sell trades of Malaysian stocks or ETFs will receive 1 lucky draw chance.

• Users who register for the trading challenge and successfully invite 3 friends to register on moomoo MY and join the trading challenge will receive 1 lucky draw chance.

Each user can receive up to 2 lucky draw chances. Users must complete the lucky draw on the event page before the competition ends. Unused draw chances will be forfeited after the event ends.

Lucky draw prizes include:

• 100 shares of GAMUDA (5389.MY) (approx. RM452)

• 100 shares of MRDIY (5296.MY) (approx. RM170)

• 100 shares of SPSETIA (8664.MY) (approx. RM117)

• 100 shares of MBSB (1171.MY) (approx. RM72)

• RM20 stock cash voucher

• RM15 cash voucher

Free shares are calculated based on closing price on 7/5/2025.

Reward Details

1. Stock Rewards

To receive stock rewards, you must have a Universal Account. Please ensure your Universal Account is opened before claiming any stock reward. Without it, Moomoo MY will not be able to credit the stocks into your account.

The rewarded stocks will be distributed to your securities account within 5 trading days after the end of competition. Once received, they can be traded as usual. You can check the changes in your holdings or track the reward status under “My Rewards > History”.

If any of the Malaysian stocks in the Moomoo reward list enters PN17 or GN3 status, Moomoo reserves the right to replace them with stocks of equivalent value without prior notice.

2. Cash Vouchers

Cash vouchers are promotional rewards offered by Moomoo Securities (Malaysia). Once used, they will be converted into cash and credited to your Universal Account within 3 trading days.

You must hold a valid Universal Account with Moomoo Securities (Malaysia) to receive the cash reward.

• Only one cash voucher can be used per redemption.

• Used vouchers cannot be reused.

• Vouchers earned through tasks will be issued within 3 trading days after completion and can be viewed under “Me > My Rewards”.

• Vouchers obtained via lucky draw are valid for 30 days from the date of claim.

• Vouchers obtained from weekly leaderboard or grand leaderboard are valid for 60 days from the date of claim.

Expired vouchers will not be reissued, so please use them in time.

To use the voucher, go to “Me > Vouchers” in the moomoo app.

3. Stock Cash Vouchers

You must have a broker account opened through moomoo to claim stock cash vouchers. Once used, you will receive an amount equal to the voucher's value in your account. The cash will be credited into your securities account within 3 trading days after the order is fulfilled.

• Stock cash vouchers earned through task completion will be issued within 3 trading days and can be viewed under “Me > My Rewards”.

• Vouchers obtained via lucky draw are valid for 30 days from the date of claim.

• Vouchers obtained from weekly leaderboard or grand leaderboard are valid for 60 days from the date of claim.

Expired vouchers will not be reissued, so please use them in time.

Calculation Rules

The yield calculation includes only Malaysian equities and ETFs in the user's account. Other asset types are excluded.

1. Daily Return% = (Daily Return / Daily Cost) × 100%

Where:

Daily Return =(Σ End-of-Day Market Value of Malaysian Stocks + Σ Dividends from Malaysian Stock Holdings + Σ Proceeds from Malaysian Stock Sales) - (Σ Previous Day's Closing Market Value of Malaysian Stocks + Σ Malaysian Stock Purchases)

Daily Cost =(Initial Market Value of M'sian Stock Holdings + Σ Malaysian Stock Purchases)

2. Weekly Return% = [(1 + Day1 Daily Return%) * (1 + Day2 Daily Return%) *Day3 Daily Return%) *... (1 + DayW Return%)]

DayW Return% refers to the Participant's Daily Return% on the lastday of that week.

3. Total Return% = [(1 + Day1 Daily Return%) * (1 + Day2 Daily Return%) * ... * (1 + DayM Daily Return%)] – 100%

DayM Return% refers to the Participant’s Daily Return% on the last day of the competition period.

4. On the day when the user's new share subscription in Malaysian stocks is credited or the account transfer is credited, the daily rate of return is 0.

5. The organizer has the right to correct the participants' abnormal rate of return to ensure the fairness of the competition.

Competition Ranking Mechanism

1. Weekly Leaderboard Eligibility:

A user will only be included in the weekly ranking if their average daily holdings of Malaysian stocks (including ETFs) during the week are RM500 or more.

If, by the Malaysian stock market’s close on Friday, the user's average daily holdings for the week are below RM500, they will be disqualified from that week's ranking and ineligible for weekly rewards.

2. Grand Leaderboard Eligibility:

At the end of the competition, if a user’s average daily holdings of Malaysian stocks (including ETFs) from the time of registration to the end of the competition is below RM500, they will be disqualified from the overall ranking and overall rewards.

3. Extreme Loss Limitation:

If a user suffers a 90% or more loss in Malaysian stocks (including ETFs) on any trading day from registration to the end of the competition, they will be disqualified from both the current week's and the overall rankings.

Their weekly and total yields will no longer be calculated, and they will not be eligible for any further ranking rewards.

However, they may still complete tasks and participate in the lucky draw.

4. Final Ranking Confirmation:

Weekly ranking results will be finalized on the Tuesday of the following week.

The overall competition ranking will be finalized on 8 July 2025.

5. Tie-Breaking Rules:

If multiple users have the exact same yield, the ranking will be determined based on:

Average daily holdings during the competition period – higher holdings rank higher;

If still tied, the number of trades during the competition period (regardless of order status) – more trades rank higher;

If all three criteria are identical (yield, holdings, number of trades), users will share the same rank.

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). 3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). The Moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
