Time: 28 March 2026 (Saturday), 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Registration starts at 9:00 AM)

Venue: Lava Mansion, 46A, Jln Sultan Ahmad Shah, 10050 George Town, Pulau Pinang.

 

Eligibility

This event is open to all users interested in investing. Secure your seat by completing registration within the specified period. Seats are limited; please register only if you can commit to attending on time.

 

Event Description

1. Rewards are exclusive to physical attendees.

2. Registration cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Failure to attend after registration may affect your eligibility for future events.

3. All participants must have a Moomoo MY universal account, which may be verified on-site.

4. Please complete check-in at the venue before the event starts.

5. Moomoo MY staff reserve the right to deny entry to individuals with unacceptable behaviour.

6. Any changes to the event arrangement will be communicated separately.

 

1. Check-in Rewards

Upon successful on-site check-in, you will automatically receive the following rewards (limited to one set per person):

1 x RM20 Stock Cash Coupon + 300 Moomoo Points

Stock Cash coupon Usage Rules: Stock cash coupons are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance. When you purchase and execute a transaction order that meets the coupon usage conditions within the validity period, the coupon amount will be refunded to your account in cash within 5 trading days, rather than directly offsetting the amount of your order. You can view the usage details in My Cards & coupons - Transaction History - Promotion Details.

Points Usage Rules: Points can be used for redemption in the Moomoo app's Points Mall.

 

2. New Customer Deposit Rewards

Eligibility

You are eligible for this reward if you have never deposited funds into your Moomoo MY universal account before 28 March 2026.

To receive the new user reward, you must successfully complete the tasks on the workshop day.

Important: To be eligible for the bonus reward, you must enter the exclusive deposit code during your first deposit. How to enter the deposit code:

① Search for "Exclusive Rewards".

② Go to the deposit page.

③ Enter the exclusive deposit code (obtain from staff).

④ Complete the deposit.

Event Rewards

Bonus Reward Details

Accumulate a net deposit of at least RM1,000 during the event period to receive the following deposit reward:

• 2 x RM25 Stock Cash Coupons

Reward Details:

(I) 2 x RM25 Stock Cash Coupons

Once you achieve a cumulative net deposit of RM1,000 or more at the event, the stock cash coupons will be automatically claimed and issued on the same day. Each of the 2 stock cash coupons can be activated after you complete 1 securities trade with a value of at least RM50.

(II) Trading Task Rules:

Eligible trading products include: Stocks, ETFs, REITs in the Hong Kong market; Stocks, ETFs, REITs, Options in the US market; Stocks, ETFs in the A-share market; Stocks, ETFs, REITs in the Singapore market; Stocks, ETFs, REITs in the Malaysian market.

Trading directions include Buy and Short Sell. Both the order placement and execution must occur within the task validity period.

The reward will be unlocked within 3 trading days after completing the specified trade.

(III) Stock Cash Coupon Usage Rules:

Stock cash coupons are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. When you purchase and execute a transaction order that meets the coupon usage conditions within the validity period, the coupon amount will be refunded to your account in cash within 5 trading days, rather than directly offsetting the amount of your order. You can view the usage details in "My Cards & Coupons - Transaction History - Promotion Details".

Note: After completing the deposit, you are free to trade stocks. Minor fluctuations in portfolio value due to market movements will not affect reward unlocking. However, if the portfolio value drops by more than 20%, the task may be considered failed. If this occurs, please contact customer service to request reissuance of the reward.

 

3. Lucky Draw Reward

Deposit ≥RM10,000 on-site to receive 1 lucky draw chance, with 100% chance to win one of the following US stocks (while stocks last):

• Apple Share (worth RM400)

• Nvidia Share (worth RM300)

• Apple Share (worth RM200)

• Nvidia Share (worth RM100)

• Apple Share (worth RM50)

Unlock Condition: You must maintain net deposited assets (including cash, stocks, and other assets) of RM10,000 or more (or equivalent value) for 90 days to unlock this stock reward.

Stock Reward Issuance & Usage Rules: After completing the lock-up period, the stock reward will be automatically credited to your securities account within 10 trading days. Stock rewards are denominated in USD, with an exchange rate of USD:MYR = 1:4.1.

Note: After completing the deposit, you are free to trade stocks. Minor fluctuations in portfolio value due to market movements will not affect reward unlocking. However, if the portfolio value drops by more than 20%, the task may be considered failed. If this occurs, please contact customer service to request reissuance of the reward.

 

4. Share Page Rewards

Share the event page with your friends and invite them to sign up to receive:

1. 200 Points: For every Penang IP user you successfully invite to sign up, you will immediately receive 200 points. Once you have earned points, you can visit the Points Store to redeem them for merchandise.

2. RM30 Cash Coupon: Invite a newly registered friend to sign up and receive one RM15 cash coupon. Each user can earn up to two cash coupons.

Cash Coupon Terms: Cash coupons do not require a transaction to be made and can be used directly. The cash will be credited to your securities account within three business days after use.

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). 5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. 11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
