Double Store Grand Launch Games

To participate in the following activities, you must visit the physical store during the campaign period and complete the corresponding tasks. Moomoo MY reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for this campaign.

Lucky Draw & Blind Box Eligibility

User who meet any of the following criteria are eligible to participate in the lucky draw & blind box during the grand launch period:

1. New users who make a one-time on-site deposit in accordance with the eligible tier during the grand launch period will qualify for the blind box and lucky draw.

  1. New users who make a one-time on-site deposit in accordance with the eligible tier during the grand launch period will qualify for the blind box and lucky draw.

  2. Existing user are required to complete a one-time net deposit of RM50,000 during the grand launch period to qualify for the lucky draw.
  1. Check-In
Register with store staff.
Inform moomoo retail associate you wish to participate in the Lucky Draw & Blind Box. Moomoo retail associate will verify your eligibility status.
  1. Draw
Participate in the blindbox and lucky draw.
 
Blind Box:
Select one blind box from the board. All blind boxes are identical in appearance to ensure fairness. Pick a blind box and draw a reward slip from the attached box with our staff to discover your prize.

Lucky Draw:
Only users who completed the deposit and obtained a verification chop on the game card are eligible to participate in the lucky draw by placing the stamped game card into the designated lucky draw box.
  1. Claim Prize
Collect your prize (if won).
Blind Box:
Users are required to present the reward slip at the counter to redeem the prize on the spot.

Lucky Draw:
The lucky draw will be conducted weekly throughout the campaign period, with prizes allocated as follows:
  • 24 April – Gold Bar (Each Store)
  • 1 May – iPhone 17 Pro 256GB (Each Store)
Winners will be announced on the respective dates above publicly on Moomoo MY social media platforms. All prizes will be distributed within 30 to 45 days from the date of announcement.

Important Note: By participating in the lucky draw, you consent to allow Moomoo MY to announce your Moomoo ID publicly or on social media for winner announcement purposes.

During the Campaign Period, eligible participants may stand a chance to win one (1) of the following prizes per store:

Blind Box Prizes

During the Campaign Period, eligible participants may stand a chance to participate in the Moo Blind Box Game. Blind Box Prizes include, but are not limited to:
  • Grand Prize: One (1) × iPhone 17 Pro (256GB)
  • Second Prize: One (1) × 2g Gold Bar
  • The winner will receive either the iPhone or the Gold Bar, as determined by the Organizer.
  • Only one (1) grand prize winner will be selected per store unless otherwise stated.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If the specified model is unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute it with a product of similar value.

Important Note: The total prize allocation is the same for both participating stores. Prizes are awarded randomly and while stocks last. Specific quantities and values are determined by the Organizer.

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. 3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including thrid parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

18. These Terms and Conditions have not been reviewed by the SC.
