Campaign Eligibility

You are eligible to participate in this event if you have never deposited funds into Moomoo MY universal account before 2025/11/12 10:00 PM MYT.

 

Campaign Rules

1. Users who make their initial deposit of any amounts after 12/11/2025 10:00PM MYT can enjoy 6% p.a. returns on any selected funds of Moomoo Cash Plus. The 6% p.a. is only valid for 30 days. Max subscription amount into any funds under Moomoo Cash Plus for this campaign is RM30,000 for each user. Minimum subscription of RM0.01.

E.g., If the first fund, Maybank Retail Money Market-I Fund chosen by a new user has a 3.5% p.a., Moomoo MY will make up the difference to ensure a 6% p.a. for 30 days after the user's first subscription.

2. Where the fund chosen has returns higher than 6% p.a. as per the selected funds returns will be given accordingly.

Note: New users can only enjoy a 6% p.a. returns on the first fund they subscribe. If the user subscribes two funds at the same time, the promotion will apply to the one with the higher purchase amount. The first fund subscription may be either actively purchased by the user or automatically purchased after the user activates SmartSave. The first fund subscription will be determined according to the subscription time. If the customer is automatically buying through SmartSave, please pay attention to the purchase reminder and monitor the first Cash Plus fund you’ve bought and the remaining days of the subsidy.

During the campaign period, Moomoo MY only guarantees the 6% p.a. for up to 30 days. Principal amount is not guaranteed.

 

Description of Rewards

6% p.a. returns: The difference to be made up by Moomoo MY will be calculated based on the amount held by a user every day.

Daily Bonus = Amount Held * (6% p.a. - Fund's Yield on the Day) / 365.

The additional bonus (i.e. difference between 6% p.a. and the selected fund return) will be credited in lump sum to your Moomoo MY universal account as cash rewards within seven business days after the 30-day period ends.

All 3 funds of Moomoo Cash Plus are eligible for the 30-day 6% p.a. returns, namely:

• United Money Market Fund-Class R
• Maybank Retail Money Market-I Fund
• Eastspring Investments Islamic Income-Class R

During a negative 7-day yield period, the position in either funds invested will be liquidated. Users will still be entitled to the full 6% p.a. for up to 30 days cash coupons guaranteed by Moomoo MY.

Disclaimer

2. If the annual return rate of your subscribed fund is below 6% p.a., Moomoo MY will subsidize the difference for up to 30 days in the form of cash coupons, limited to RM30,000 in your first subscribed fund. New users will receive the subsidy 30 days after their initial subscription.

 

FAQs

1. How to earn a 6% p.a. return?

(1) New customers who make their first deposit during the campaign and subscribe to any designated Moomoo Cash Plus fund (United Money Market Fund-Class R / Maybank Retail Money Market-I Fund / Eastspring Investments Islamic Income Fund-Class R) are eligible for a 6% annualized return for 30 days. This benefit applies only to the first fund subscription, with a maximum subscription amount of RM30,000 and a minimum subscription amount of RM0.01.

(2) If two funds are subscribed simultaneously, the one with the higher amount is the "preferred fund" (determined by subscription time, either manual or automatic via SmartSave). The 6% p.a. yield includes the fund’s inherent yield and Moomoo Securities (Malaysia)’s daily additional subsidy. The total additional return will be issued as a cash coupon to your Universal Account within 7 business days after the 30-day period.

(3) If the fund has a negative return, Moomoo Securities (Malaysia) will still calculate the cash subsidy based on a 6% annualized return.

(4) This benefit provides a maximum 30-day 6% annualized return for subscription amount of RM30,000. Principal is not guaranteed.

2. When does the Moomoo Cash Plus 6% p.a. returns subsidy start?

From the date of first fund subscription confirmation + 30 days. Confirmation times vary by fund:

(1) Eastspring Islamic Income Fund-Class R: Subscriptions before 9:00 MYT → confirmed next day; after 9:00 → confirmed on the third day.

(2) The other two funds: Subscriptions before 12:00 MYT → confirmed next day; after 12:00 → confirmed on the third day. (Extended to the next business day for holidays.)

3. How is the daily subsidy for new customers calculated based on the 6% p.a. return?

• If position amount < RM30,000: Daily new customer subsidy = (6% - Fund's 7-day annualized return) / 365 × Daily position amount.

• If position amount ≥ RM30,000: Daily new customer subsidy = (6% - Fund's 7-day annualized return) / 365 × RM30,000.

Example 1: A customer subscribes to Maybank Retail Money Market-I Fund (7-day annualized return: 3.5%) for RM5,000 on November 14, with stock confirmation on November 16. The daily subsidy on November 14 is (6% - 3.5%) / 365 × RM5,000 = RM0.34.

Example 2: A customer subscribes to Maybank Retail Money Market-I Fund (7-day annualized return: 3.5%) for RM30,000 on November 14, with stock confirmation on November 16. The daily subsidy on November 14 is (6% - 3.5%) / 365 × RM30,000 = RM2.05.

4. For the same Cash Plus fund, if it is purchased twice, how will the 6% p.a. return subsidy be calculated?

The daily subsidy is calculated based on the daily subscription amount.

For example, a customer subscribed to Cash Plus fund for RM5,000 for the first time. 10 days later, the customer subscribed to the same fund again for RM5,000, therefore, the total position reaches RM10,000. To this kind of circumstances, the daily subsidy for the customer in the first 10 days will be calculated based on RM5,000. In the next 20 days, the daily subsidy will be calculated based on RM10,000.

5. Do I need to purchase Cash Plus through the event page?

No. After registering during the campaign, you can purchase Moomoo Cash Plus via any entry to qualify for the additional subsidy.

6. Can I redeem my funds at any time?

Yes. You may redeem your fund investment at any time, but the 30-day subsidy period for the 6% annualized return will not be suspended. Purchasing the fund activates the 30-day 6% annualized return period, during which you may redeem or increase your position freely. After the 30-day period ends, moomoo Securities (Malaysia) will calculate the total return based on your daily position amount over the 30 days. The subsidy will be transferred to your moomoo Securities (Malaysia) Universal Account within 7 working days.

7. Can I subscribe again after a full withdrawal of my initial subscription?

Your first subscription activates a 30-day return period, which continues even after full redemption. As long as you re-subscribe to the same fund within the 30-day period, you can still enjoy the subsidy for the remaining days.

8. What happens after the 30-day return period ends?

Once the 30-day return period ends, you will no longer receive the additional subsidy, but you can continue to earn the fund’s own returns. The additional subsidy will be issued in the form of cash coupons to your account within 7 working days after the initial 30-day period.

9. What happens if the selected fund generates a negative return?

Moomoo MY will calculate the cash reward subsidy based on a 6% p.a.. Customers will still be entitled to the 6% p.a. cash coupon from Moomoo MY, but the investment principal is not guaranteed.

10. Which funds are included in the 6% p.a. return?

The three eligible funds are:

• United Money Market Fund-Class R
• Maybank Retail Money Market-I Fund
• Eastspring Investments Islamic Income-Class R

11. How to check the 6% subsidy returns?

Please log in to the campaign page (activity link: https://www.moomoo.com/my/promotion/cashplus), find the "Cash Plus" section, and click "Return Details" to view the daily subsidy amount. Details will be displayed within 3 days after the first subscription.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion. 

2. Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants. 

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
