1. Campaign Rules

During the campaign period, you can select any reward to start the referral task. The system will grant a reward amount of random value (subject to the display on the campaign page). If you accumulate the rewards amount within 7 days and make the progress bar on the page reach 100%, you can obtain the reward for free.

2. Campaign Rewards

During the campaign period, by referring friends to give a boost, you can respectively get RM40 in cash, RM100 worth of Alibaba stocks, one whole Pop Mart stock, and RM400 worth of NVIDIA stocks. Rewards will be automatically credited to your account upon completion of the task. Each type of reward can be obtained only once, and all rewards are valid for 30 days.

Note: This campaign offers generous rewards with limited quantities. Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until fully allocated.

3. Boost Methods

Refer eligible users to provide a boost for you; each successful boost grants you a boost package. The amount of reward per package is random, as shown on the progress bar. The more boost packages you get, the quicker you receive your reward!

● Refer a friend who has already deposited funds: They can click to give a boost (+1 boost package).

● Refer a friend who hasn't deposited funds: They can click to give a boost (+1 boost package) and provide a first-deposit boost (+50 boost packages) after depositing.

● Refer a completely new user: They can click to give a boost (+1 boost package), provide a registration boost (+12.5 boost packages), and a first-deposit boost (+50 boost packages) after depositing.

The final boost result is subject to the display on the campaign page. Users can check detailed boost records in the "Boost History" section on the campaign page.

4. Boost Tip

For your first participation in the event, it is recommended to start claiming the simplest RM40 reward. There will be a surprise!

5. Boost Restrictions

● Each referee with a moomoo ID can only successfully click to give a boost once per natural week, but may give a boost to multiple referrers.

● Each newly registered moomoo ID referee can only provide a registration boost once to the referrer who referred them. Returning to the event page after registration is regarded as a successful boost.

● Each referee who has not made their first deposit can only provide a first-deposit boost once to one referrer.

Rewards Usage Rules

1. Stock Usage Rules

(1) Fixed-Value Stocks: Bonus stocks under this campaign will be issued based on a fixed value. The actual value of bonus US stocks is denominated in USD, with an exchange rate of USD:MYR = 1:4.5. After you complete the referral task, moomoo will purchase the bonus stocks at a fixed price (estimated to take 3-5 working days). Once the purchase is completed, the stocks will be credited to your account within 3-5 working days. The number of bonus stocks credited will be calculated based on either the current market price at the time you successfully unlock the reward or the closing price of the previous trading day.

You acknowledge that: During the period from the purchase of the bonus stocks to their crediting to your account, stock prices fluctuate with market conditions, which may cause changes in the value of the bonus stocks. moomoo shall not be liable for any fluctuations in the value of the bonus stocks arising from market volatility.

(2) Whole Stocks: After you complete the referral task, moomoo will purchase the whole bonus stocks for you (estimated to take 3-5 working days). Once the purchase is completed, the stocks will be credited to your account within 3-5 working days.

2. Cash Coupons Usage Rules

Cash Coupons of this campaign will be issued to the [My Coupons] section. Rewards will be directly credited to your Moomoo Securities (Malaysia) Universal Account within 3-5 working days. To use the cash Coupons, you must hold a valid Moomoo Securities (Malaysia) Universal Account. If you do not have an account, you need to open one first before using the coupons.

Q1: Can I know how many friends I need to refer to get the reward?

Friends you refer can provide different types of boosts to earn you different boost packages—the value of each package is randomly determined by the system, subject to the display on the page. Please follow the guidelines on the page!

If you are a first-time participant in the campaign, we recommend starting with the boost task for the RM40 cash coupon.

Q2: I referred a friend to give me a boost, but I didn’t receive the boost package in the end. Why is that?

If you asked a friend to provide a registration boost, please confirm that your friend registered via your referral link and automatically returned to your referee page after registration—only then can they successfully provide a registration boost for you.

If you asked a friend to provide a first-deposit boost, please confirm that your friend did not click on another referrer’s link or make a deposit through such a link.

If you asked a friend to provide a click boost, please check whether they have clicked to give a boost to other referrers this week. If they have, they can only click to give you a boost next week.

Q3: Why does the page show the task has expired even though I’m still referring friends to give a boost?

Each referral task you start has a validity period of 7 calendar days. If this period is exceeded, the task will end automatically, and the previously accumulated boost value will be invalidated.

Q4: The event page shows that there are only 6 days left for the task, but the entire event will end in 3 days. Which one should I take as the standard?

The end of the event will be taken as the standard. The end of the entire event means that the event tasks will also be completed simultaneously.

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. 5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. 11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
