Mechanism

1. New Year Angpao Bonanza: Claim your Angpao!

During the activity period, everyone with a Moomoo ID or Moomoo MY universal account can claim an Angpao.

During the event, all users with a Moomoo ID or Moomoo MY universal account can send angpaos to friends for free.

Reward:

● When two friends successfully receive the angpaos, the inviter will receive the "God of Wealth Frame" (valid until March 15, 2025);

● When five friends successfully receive the angpaos, the inviter will receive a one-time RM20 stock cash coupon.

Notes:

① Friends who open the angpao after logging into Moomoo/registering with MY mobile phone number on the sharing page will be deemed to have received the angpao successfully.

1. Can I participate in the "Share moomoo & Get Free TSLA Together" event while also taking part in this one?

Yes, you can participate in two activities at the same time, and the rewards from the two activities can be stacked.

2. Do I need to bear the cost to send angpaos to friends? Is there a limit to how many I can send?

No, Moomoo pays and you gift angpaos. You will not need to bear any cost, and there is no limit to the number of angpaos you can send.

3. I have already received an angpao, but now my friend is sending me another one. Can I claim another?

No, the event stipulates that each user can only receive one angpao. However, you can receive rewards of up to RM20 stock cash coupons by sending angpaos to your friends.

4. If the referrer from the MY region refer a friend who opens an account in the SG region, how will the rewards be distributed?

The rewards will be distributed according to the activity details for the region where the referree is located. In this case, the referrer will receive the referral rewards applicable to the SG region.

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion.

By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
