Campaign Eligibility

You are eligible to participate in this promotion if you have never deposited funds into Moomoo My universal account before 2025/09/09 10:00AM MYT.

To claim the New User reward, you need to successfully complete the Task at the store during the event period to claim it on the same day.

Important Note: When making your first deposit, you must fill in the exclusive deposit code to be eligible for the rewards; here is the step to fill in the deposit code:

① Search for "Special Deposit";

② Enter the deposit page;

③ Fill in the Special Deposit Code (get from our staff on-site);

④ Complete the deposit

Rewards

After completing the eligible deposit task, you will have the opportunity to receive a generous new customer gift package.

Each user can only receive the highest level of reward and cannot receive multiple levels of rewards.

The physical store Q3 regular reward and new user regular reward can be received at the same time.

Details of the rewards are as follows:

Tier 1 (Cumulative Net Deposit of 1K):

1. Cash Rewards:
• RM50 Cash Coupon
• Total Reward Value: RM50

2. Merchandise Rewards:
• Moomoo Merchandise

Tier 2 (Cumulative Net Deposit of 10K):

1. Cash Rewards:
• 2*RM50 Cash Coupon
• Total Reward Value: RM100

Tasks Rewards
Successfully open a Moomoo MY Universal account and accumulate a net deposit of at least RM1,000 into the account by 2025/10/26 09:00PM MYT

1. During the promotion period, customers who make a cumulative net deposit of at least RM1,000 will receive the following deposit bonuses:

• Deposit RM1,000: RM50 cash coupon, moomoo merchandise

• Deposit RM5,000: RM50 cash coupon, moomoo merchandise

 

2. Reward Details:

(I) 1x RM50 Cash Coupon

During the promotional period, if your cumulative net deposit reaches RM1,000 or more, you will automatically receive a cash coupon on the day you visit the store to participate in the activity. Once you complete two trades with an amount of 200 MYR or more, you can directly withdraw and use the cash coupon.

 

Trading Task Rules:

1. Eligible trading categories include Hong Kong stocks, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and trusts; US stocks, ETFs, trusts, and options; A-share Connect stocks and ETFs; Singapore stocks, ETFs, and trusts; and Malaysian stocks, ETFs, and trusts.

2. Trading directions are limited to buy and short sell, with order placement and execution times both within the task validity period.

3. The cash coupon will be unfrozen within 3 trading days after completing the designated transaction.

 

Cash Coupon Usage Rules:

After completing two trading tasks, the cash voucher will be automatically credited to your account balance within 5 trading days.

 

(II) Additional Merchandise Rewards

During the event period, visit a physical store to participate in the activity. Upon meeting the corresponding thresholds, you can receive additional merchandise rewards on-site. The merchandise rewards are subject to change irregularly, based on the actual distribution in the store.

 

Note: After completing the deposit, you may freely engage in stock trading. Minor declines in holding value due to market fluctuations will not affect reward unlocking. However, if the holding value declines by more than 20%, it may result in task failure. In such cases, please contact customer service to apply for reissuance of the reward.
Successfully open a Moomoo MY Universal account and accumulate a net deposit of at least RM10,000 into the account by 2025/10/26 09:00PM MYT

1. During the event period, customers who accumulate a net deposit of RM10,000 will receive the following deposit rewards: 2*RM50 cash coupon, moomoo merchandise

 

2. Reward Details:

(I) 2 x RM50 Cash Coupon

During the promotion period, clients who maintain a cumulative net deposit of RM10,000 or more will automatically receive cash coupons upon visiting our branch on the event day. After completing two securities transactions each worth RM200 or more, the first RM50 cash coupon can be directly withdrawn for use. After maintaining a net deposit of RM10,000 or more (or equivalent assets) for 60 days, the second RM50 cash coupon becomes available for direct withdrawal.

Existing customers who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in this promotion:

1. New customers: Customers who have never deposited funds into their Moomoo MY universal account before 2025/09/09 10:00AM MYT, and who accumulate a net deposit of at least RM1,000 into that account during the promotion period.

2. Existing customers: Customers who have previously deposited funds into their Moomoo MY universal account prior to 2025/09/09 10:00AM MYT, and who invite new customers to register and accumulate a net deposit of at least RM1,000 into the account.

Rewards

After completing the eligible deposit task, you will have the opportunity to receive a generous gift package for existing customers.

The details of the rewards are as follows:

1. RM50 Cash Coupon

• Total Reward Value: RM50

2. RM50 Stock Cash Coupon

Tasks Rewards
Successfully referral of new clients to open a Moomoo MY Universal account and accumulate a net deposit of at least RM1,000 into the account by 2025/10/26 09:00PM MYT

1. During the promotional period, completing the task of inviting new customers to deposit funds will earn the following rewards:

1 x RM50 Cash Coupon + 1 x RM50 stock cash coupon + additional merchandise rewards


2. Reward Details: 

(I) 1x RM50 Cash Coupon

During the promotion period, new clients invited during the campaign period who accumulate net deposits of RM1,000 or more will automatically receive the cash coupon on the day they visit the branch to participate. After maintaining a net deposit of RM1,000 or more (or equivalent assets) for 60 days, you can activate the RM50 cash coupon.

(II) 1x RM50 Stock Cash Coupon

During the promotion period, New customers invited with cumulative net deposits of RM1,000 or more will automatically receive the stock cash coupon on the day they visit the branch to participate. After completing two securities transactions with an amount of 200 MYR or above, the RM50 stock cash coupon can be activated.


Stock Cash Coupon Usage Rules: Stock cash coupons are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. When you purchase and execute a transaction order that meets the coupon usage conditions within the validity period, the coupon amount will be refunded to your account in cash within 5 trading days, rather than directly offsetting the amount of your order. (III) Additional Peripheral Rewards

During the promotion period, visit a physical store to participate and invite a new customer to deposit at least RM1,000 to receive additional merchandise rewards on-site. The merchandise rewards are subject to change irregularly, based on the actual distribution in the store.

Customers who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in this promotion:

1. New customers: Customers who have never deposited funds into their Moomoo MY universal account before 2025/09/22 10:00AM MYT, and who accumulate a net deposit of at least RM1,000 into that account during the promotion period.

2. Existing customers: Customers who have previously deposited funds into their Moomoo MY universal account prior to 2025/09/22 10:00AM MYT, and who invite new customers to register and accumulate a net deposit of at least RM1,000 into the account.

How To Draw?

How To Claim Rewards

For Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 winners, we will contact you via our community official account, Moomoo Malaysia, to confirm your reward distribution method and time separately. Except for Samsung, all other prizes will be distributed within 7 business days after the announcement of the winners. Winners will receive a reward distribution reminder in the app.
