5. Lucky Draw Reward

(I) Lucky Draw

Existing customers who meet the deposit requirements will be entitled to lucky draw entries for the following prizes (subject to availability and while stocks last):

• Grand Prize: Physical Gold (1.5gram) x 1 piece

• Platinum Playing cards x 20 sets

(II) Eligible participants who wish to participate in the lucky draw for physical prizes are required to complete the on-site registration process in accordance with the instructions provided by the staff.

(III) Winners will be selected through a lucky draw after the campaign period has ended. Winners will be notified within seven (7) days after the draw regarding prize collection arrangements. The list of winners will also be published on the MY Moomoo Store Community Account (ID: 106589845).

 

4. In-Store Check-In Challenge

Eligibility

1. This campaign is open to all moomoo users with a successfully opened moomoo account (“MMID”), and participation is limited to in-store submission at designated moomoo physical store locations only.

Each MMID is only eligible to participate once per store location. Multiple participation attempts at the same store location will not be accepted.

2. The following campaign mechanics apply to selected moomoo physical store locations only. Participants must complete the required steps at the respective store to qualify for rewards.

3. Participation availability varies by store location:

• 1 Utama Store: 2026/05/02 9:00AM MYT – 2026/07/31 10:00PM MYT

• Pavilion Bukit Jalil Store: 2026/05/02 9:00AM MYT – 2026/07/31 10:00PM MYT

KLEC Store Mechanics

To qualify for a reward at the KLEC store, participants must:

• Successfully complete one Moojump game attempt provided by store staff;

• Only participants who successfully complete the game challenge will be eligible to redeem a reward;

• Rewards must be redeemed immediately after successful completion of the challenge and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Football Moover Game Special Period (11 June 2026 – 19 June 2026)

• During this period, the Football Moover Game will replace the regular in-store game at the KLEC Store.

• Participants must successfully complete one (1) Football Moover Game attempt to qualify for the reward.

• Eligible participants who meet the challenge requirement will stand a chance to win an exclusive RM100 Stock Cash Coupon*, subject to availability.

1 Utama Store Mechanics

To qualify for a reward at the 1 Utama store, participants must:

• Check in at 1Utama store & tag us on social media, with hashtag #MoomooMYStoreGame;

• Receive one attempt to complete the financial knowledge questions challenge;

• Participants who successfully complete the financial knowledge questions in accordance with the stated rules will receive one (1) Gashapon attempt to redeem a reward;

• Rewards must be redeemed immediately upon successful completion and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pavilion Bukit Jalil (PBJ) Store Mechanics

To qualify for a reward at the Pavilion Bukit Jalil store, participants must:

• Check in at Pavilion Bukit Jalil store & tag us on social media, with hashtag #MoomooMYStoreGame;

• Receive one attempt to complete the golf challenge.

• Participants who successfully complete the golf challenge in accordance with the stated rules will be eligible to receive additional rewards.

• Rewards must be redeemed immediately after successful completion and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pavilion Bukit Jalil (PBJ) Store Mechanics

To qualify for a reward at the Pavilion Bukit Jalil store, participants must:

• Check in at Pavilion Bukit Jalil store & tag us on social media, with hashtag #MoomooMYStoreGame;

• Receive one attempt to complete the golf challenge;

• Participants who successfully complete the golf challenge in accordance with the stated rules will be eligible to receive additional rewards;

• Rewards must be redeemed immediately after successful completion and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prize Information

Rewards available under this campaign will be distributed through a random draw mechanism from the campaign prize pool, upon successful completion of the respective in-store challenge.

The standard reward pool may include:

• Cash Vouchers;

• Stock Cash Vouchers;

• Moomoo Merchandise.

The type of reward received by each participant is random and not selectable, and is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition, a Grand Prize of RM100 stock cash voucher will be added to the prize pool on the 28th of each month (“Pay Day”) during the campaign period. The Grand Prize will also be distributed through the same random draw mechanism and is subject to availability.

All rewards:

• are non-transferable and non-exchangeable;

• are not redeemable for cash;

• are subject to verification by the organiser; and

• may be substituted with items of similar value at the organiser’s discretion without prior notice.

General Terms Applicable to All Locations

1. Each participant is entitled to one (1) participation attempt per location only, unless otherwise stated by the organiser.

2. To complete the photo check-in requirement, participants must:

• Post the check-in photo on their public social media account;

• Tag or mention @MoomooMY official account in the post;

• Include the hashtag #MoomooMYStoreGame in the caption; and

• Ensure the post visibility is set to public at the time of verification.

3. Participants must present the published post to store staff for verification before proceeding with the challenge or reward redemption.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion. 

2. Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants. 

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including thrid parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
