Existing customers who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in this promotion:

1. New Customers: Customers who have never deposited funds into their Moomoo MY universal account before 2025/12/12 10:00AM MYT, and who accumulate a net deposit of at least RM1,000 into that account during the promotion period.

2. Existing Customers: Customers who have previously deposited funds into their Moomoo MY universal account prior to 2025/12/12 10:00AM MYT, 

and invited new customers to register and accumulate a net deposit of at least RM1,000 into the account.

3. Both the existing and new customers must visit the physical store together and complete the account opening on-site. Referrals made at different times will not be counted.

4. If you have claimed invitation rewards at moomoo store, you cannot claim rewards from other referral promotions.

4. Christmas Blind Box

Campaign Period

Campaign Eligibility

Customers who meet all of the following conditions are eligible for a lottery chance:

1. Have successfully participated in and met the reward criteria of either the 'New Customer Top-up Bonus Campaign' or the 'Existing Customer Referral Campaign' as outlined in these rules.

2. Have visited a designated Moomoo physical store in person and completed the relevant procedures during the event period.

Rules for Earning Chances

The number of lottery chances is based on the conditions you fulfilled in the qualifying base campaign. Each user can earn up to the maximum chances corresponding to the highest tier achieved per day. Chances cannot be carried over to the next day. Details are as follows:

1. New Customers:

● During the event period, achieve a personal cumulative net deposit of at least RM 1,000 or at least RM 10,000 into the account to receive 1 chance.

● During the event period, achieve a personal cumulative net deposit of at least RM 30,000 into the account to receive 2 chances.

2. Existing Customers:

● Lottery chances for existing customers are directly tied to the reward tier achieved in the "Existing customers to Bring in New customers Campaign," as follows:

Successfully referring 1 new customer (Starter Tier) grants 1 lottery chance;

Successfully referring 3 new customers (Booster Tier) grants 3 lottery chances;

Successfully referring 5 new customers (Achiever Tier) grants 5 lottery chances;

Successfully referring 8 new customers (Elite Referrer Tier) grants 8 lottery chances.

● For a referral to be counted toward the tier's valid number, the existing customer must visit the store simultaneously with the corresponding referred new customer (who has accumulated a net deposit of ≥ RM1,000) to complete the procedures during the campaign period. Existing customers will receive corresponding raffle entries, while each referred new customer will receive one raffle entry.

Event Rewards

1. Lottery Format: This event features a blind box-style lottery. The categories and quantities of prizes available for the daily lottery may vary. Please refer to the actual prizes available in the store on the day.

2. Prize Overview: Grand Prize (Gold Bar), Digital Prizes (AirPods Pro 3), Share Rewards (Meta/Google/Disney share rewards), Moomoo Point rewards, and Exclusive Merchandise (moomoo xmas pin, Money Box, moomoo Cap). The total value of prizes exceeds RM 10,000.

Prize Details

1. Grand Prize (Gold Bar, worth up to RM 1,320)

● Winners must register on-site as instructed by staff after winning. Prizes will be arranged for distribution.

● As gold price fluctuate, the final value shall be based on the actual market price.

2. Digital Prize (AirPods Pro 3, worth up to RM 999)

● Winners must register on-site as instructed by staff after winning. Prizes will subsequently be arranged for distribution.

3. Meta/Google/Disney Share Rewards

● Share Reward Details: Randomly receive a fractional share reward of Meta, Google, or Disney valued at approximately RM 30, RM 50, RM 100, or RM 200.

● Unlock Condition: The share reward can be unlocked after you maintain net deposited assets (including cash, shares, and other assets) of RM 1,000 or more (or equivalent) for 60 days.

● Distribution & Fractional Share Usage Rules: Upon completing the asset maintenance task, the share reward will be automatically credited to your securities account balance within 10 trading days. The reward is denominated in USD, converted at the exchange rate of USD:MYR = 1:4.1.

Note: After completing the deposit, you are free to trade shares. Minor declines in holding value due to market fluctuations will not affect reward unlocking. However, if the holding value declines by more than 20%, it may result in task failure. If this occurs, please contact customer service to apply for reissuance of the reward.

4. Moomoo Points Rewards

● Points Reward Details: You will randomly receive 500 Moomoo Points or 1000 Moomoo Points.

● Points Usage Rules: Points can be used for redemption in the Moomoo app's Points Mall.

5. Exclusive Merchandise Rewards (Moo Moo Christmas Limited Edition Badge, Piggy Bank, Baseball Cap)

● Merchandise Details: Prizes are distributed randomly. Winners can collect the prize on-site after winning.

● Distribution Note: The available merchandise may change periodically and is subject to the actual stock at the store.

 

5. Friday Happy Hour

Campaign Period

The event will be held every Friday between December 12, 2025, and January 12, 2026, specifically from 05:00 PM MYT to 07:00 PM MYT.

Campaign Eligibility

Participants must meet any of the following conditions to qualify as a working professional:

1. Visit the designated store during the above-mentioned Friday event period (05:00 PM MYT - 07:00 PM MYT) and present a company ID badge (lanyard card) or business card displaying the name or logo of their current employer to the staff.

2. Complete the required actions in the moomoo app.

Event Rewards

New customers who visit the store during the event period and successfully complete account opening + first deposit will receive additional cash coupon rewards based on the first deposit amount, on top of regular event rewards:

1. First deposit amount ≥ RM 10,000: An additional cash coupon worth RM 60.

Cash coupon Usage Rules: After maintaining a net deposit of RM10,000 or more (or equivalent assets) for 60 days, the RM60 cash coupon becomes available for direct withdrawal. After completing the capital lock tasks, the cash coupon will be automatically credited to your account balance within 5 trading days.

2. First deposit amount ≥ RM 30,000: An additional cash coupon worth RM 200.

Cash coupon Usage Rules: After maintaining a net deposit of RM10,000 or more (or equivalent assets) for 60 days, the RM200 cash coupon becomes available for direct withdrawal. After completing the capital lock tasks, the cash coupon will be automatically credited to your account balance within 5 trading days.

Note: 

Each eligible new customer can only receive one tier of cash coupon reward, which cannot be claimed repeatedly or accumulated.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion. 

2. Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants. 

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion.

By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
