Tasks Description

1. Once the user visits the landing page, they are considered to have successfully joined the promotion. After participating, they can receive rewards by completing the corresponding deposit tasks.

2. Stock rewards will be issued within 7 business days after SK Hynix listing. Eligible users will first receive a "SK Hynix Coupon".

3. Funds can be freely traded after deposit. Minor fluctuations in asset value will not affect reward unlocking. If losses exceed 20%, fund-locking tasks may fail—please contact customer service for reissuance.

4. All free shares from this promotion (including lucky draw prizes) are denominated in USD (conversion rate fixed at USD:MYR=1:4.05. After unlocking the bonus stocks (completing the 60-day fund-locking task), the number of stocks credited will be calculated based on the current price or the previous trading day’s closing price at the time of unlocking. moomoo shall not be liable for fluctuations in the value of bonus stocks due to stock price movements during the period from purchase to crediting.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How is cumulative net deposit calculated?

Cumulative net deposit = Total deposits during the promotion period − Total withdrawals (including withdrawals made after using any cash coupon)

Example 1: User A deposited RM1,000 on 9 July 2026 and used the funds to buy stocks. If the stock value drops to RM500 due to market fluctuations, User A is still eligible for the free stock, because User A’s cumulative net deposit is RM1,000.

Example 2: User B deposited RM1,500 on 9 July 2026. On 14 July, User B withdrew RM500. User B is eligible for the free stock, because User B’s cumulative net deposit after the withdrawal is RM1,000.

Example 3: User C deposited RM1,500 on 9 July 2026. On 14 July, User C withdrew RM800. User C is not eligible for the free stock , because User C’s net deposit after the withdrawal is only RM700.

2. Didn't receive reward after depositing?

After meeting the deposit threshold, the system automatically distributes rewards, then complete the 60-day asset maintenance task. The reward will be issued within 10 trading days and can be viewed under [App → Me → My Rewards].

3. Does trading after depositing affect the reward?

No, it does not. You may trade freely. You only need to ensure that your net deposit meets the corresponding reward threshold (RM1,000).

Minor declines in net value due to fluctuations in holdings will not affect reward unlocking. Subsequent deposits and withdrawals do not affect unlocking.

4. Can stock transfers replace deposits?

No. Deposits refer only to cash transfers from your bank account to your Moomoo MY universal account. Stock transfers do not qualify for this task.

5. How long is the stock cash coupon valid for?

The stock cash coupon is valid for 30 days after successful activation.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). The Moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc. Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including thrid parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
