Campaign Eligibility

Existing customers who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in this promotion:

1. New Customers: Customers who have never deposited funds into their Moomoo MY universal account before 2026/01/28 10:00AM MYT, and who accumulate a net deposit of at least RM1,000 into that account during the promotion period.

2. Existing Customers: Customers who have previously deposited funds into their Moomoo MY universal account prior to 2026/01/28 10:00AM MYT, and invited new customers to register and accumulate a net deposit of at least RM1,000 into the account.

3. Both the existing and new customers must visit the physical store together and complete the account opening on-site. Referrals made at different times will not be counted.

Campaign Eligibility

Customers who meet all of the following conditions are eligible for a lucky draw chance:

1. Have successfully participated in and met the reward criteria of either the 'New User Deposit Campaign' or the 'Existing Customer Referral Campaign' as outlined in these rules.

2. Have visited a designated Moomoo physical store in person and completed the relevant procedures during the event period.

Rules for Earning Chances

The number of Lucky Draw Chance is based on the conditions you fulfilled in the qualifying base campaign. Each user can earn up to the maximum chances corresponding to the highest tier achieved per day. Chances cannot be carried over to the next day. Details are as follows:

1. New Customers:

• During the event period, achieve a personal cumulative net deposit of at least RM 1,000 or at least RM 10,000 into the account to receive 1 chance.

4. In-Store Check-In Challenge

Eligibility

1. This campaign is open to all moomoo users with a successfully opened moomoo account (“MMID”), and participation is limited to in-store submission at designated moomoo physical store locations only.

Each MMID is only eligible to participate once per store location. Multiple participation attempts at the same store location will not be accepted.

2. The following campaign mechanics apply to selected moomoo physical store locations only. Participants must complete the required steps at the respective store to qualify for rewards.

Pavilion Bukit Jalil (PBJ) Store Mechanics

To qualify for a reward at the Pavilion Bukit Jalil store, participants must:

• Check in at Pavilion Bukit Jalil store & tag us on social media, with hashtag #MoomooMYStoreGame;

• Receive one attempt to complete the golf challenge;

• Participants who successfully complete the golf challenge in accordance with the stated rules will be eligible to receive additional rewards;

• Rewards must be redeemed immediately after successful completion and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prize Information

Rewards available under this campaign will be distributed through a random draw mechanism from the campaign prize pool, upon successful completion of the respective in-store challenge.

The standard reward pool may include:

• Cash Vouchers;

• Stock Cash Vouchers;

• Moomoo Merchandise.

The type of reward received by each participant is random and not selectable, and is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition, a Grand Prize of RM100 stock cash voucher will be added to the prize pool on the 28th of each month (“Pay Day”) during the campaign period. The Grand Prize will also be distributed through the same random draw mechanism and is subject to availability.

All rewards:

General Terms Applicable to All Locations

Moo Hunt

Campaign Date & Time

22nd July 10AM - 4th August 2026 10PM

Eligibility

• This campaign is open to all moomoo users with a successfully opened Moomoo MY universal account ("MMID"). Participation is valid on-site only at participating Moomoo physical stores.

• Each MMID is eligible to participate once (1) per participating store location during the campaign period. Multiple participation attempts using the same MMID at the same store location will not be accepted.

• Participants must complete all required campaign steps at the respective participating store to qualify for the rewards. Failure to complete any of the required steps may result in disqualification from receiving the rewards.

Participation

1. Participants must visit any Moomoo physical stores (KL Eco City, 1Utama, or Pavilion Bukit Jalil) during the campaign period.

2. Participants must inform a staff member of their intention to join the Moomoo Hunt.

3. Participation is limited to the first ten (10) eligible participants per store per day, on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Each participant will be given sixty (60) seconds to find the hidden Moomoo once the timer starts.

5. Participants who successfully complete all participation requirements will be entitled to redeem one (1) Exclusive Moomoo Merchandise, while stocks last. The first successful participant each day at each participating store will also receive one (1) Special Merchandise, while stocks last.

6. Upon successfully finding the hidden Moomoo, participants must take a photo or video with the hidden Moomoo and publish it on the Moomoo Community platform.

7. The published post must meet the following requirements:

• The post must be set to public visibility

• The post must include the hashtag #MoomooHunt and must follow and tag the official MY Moomoo Store account (ID: 106589845)

8. Participants must present the published post to a Moomoo staff member on-site to redeem the exclusive Moomoo Merch.

 

General Terms Applicable to All Locations

1. Each participant is limited to one (1) attempt per person throughout the entire campaign period

2. Rewards are available on first-come first-served basis while daily stocks last.

3. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion. 

2. Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants. 

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). The Moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. Moomoo MY does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions. All types of investments involve risk, and you may suffer losses. All information and data on the webpage are for informational purposes only. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. This Campaign/Promotion does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation or financial needs. 

8. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 

9. Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including thrid parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
