Referral Program: Refer Friends to Moomoo, Get Up to RM 6,000*

Campaign Period

Event Period: 9/7/2025 at 4:00 PM MYT - 13/11/2025 at 10:59 AM MYT

Moomoo MY reserves all rights to change the duration of the campaign without prior notice.

 

Eligibility

Referrer Eligibility: User [1] with a moomoo ID or Moomoo MY universal account.

Referee Eligibility: Users[1] have not registered a moomoo ID before Or users[1] have already had a referral invitation but haven't made a deposit.

[1] Users must be Malaysian residents, either by registering with a Malaysian mobile phone number or an IP address in Malaysia.

 

Mechanism

1. Refer Friend(s) to Register (It will be taken offline at 00:00 on October 22, 2025)

During the activity period, refer friend(s) to register for a MY moomoo ID.

Rewards: For every successful referral and registration with a MY phone number, the referrer will receive an RM10 cash coupon. The referrer can refer multiple friends, and there is no limit to the number of referrals, but the maximum reward is capped at RM100.

 

2. Refer Friend(s) to Deposit ≥RM1

(It will be taken offline at 00:00 on October 22, 2025)

During the event period, refer friend(s) to deposit ≥ RM1 via the Moomoo MY universal account.

Reward: For every successful referral and deposit, the referrer can receive a RM30 cash coupon.

Starting from 15:00 on September 17, 2025, cash vouchers received by the inviter will require the invitee to lock in funds for 30 days (Referees’ RM1 assets must remain locked for 30 days, after which the referrer can fully utilize the reward.).

Notes:

① Refer friend(s) to deposit ≥ RM1 is a limited-time mechanism for this campaign: quantity is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

② The referrer can receive referral rewards under two conditions:

If the referee haven't registered, the referee must register a moomoo ID through the referrer's invitation link before completing the deposit task. If the referee was already linked to the inviter's referral relationship, the referrer will receive the referral reward after the deposit task has been completed.

③ During the event period, the referrer can refer multiple friends, and there is no limit to the number of friends referred, but the maximum reward is capped at RM300.

 

3. Refer Friend(s) to Deposit RM1,000:

During the event period, refer friend(s) to complete a deposit of RM1000 via the Moomoo MY universal account.

Reward: For every successful referral and deposit, the referrer will receive an RM100 cash coupon.

Notes:

① The referrer can receive referral rewards under two conditions:

If the referee has not registered, they must register a moomoo ID through the referrer’s invitation link before completing the deposit task.

If the referee was already linked to the inviter’s referral relationship, the referrer will receive the referral reward after the deposit task has been completed.

② During the event period, the referrer can refer multiple friends, and there is no limit to the number of referrals, but the maximum reward is capped at RM2,000.

 

4. Refer Friend(s) to Deposit RM10,000:

During the event period, refer friend(s) to complete a deposit of RM10,000 via the Moomoo MY universal account.

Reward: For every successful referral and deposit of RM10,000 locked for 60 days in the account, the referrer will receive NVDA stock worth RM200. (Referees’ RM10,000 assets must remain locked for 60 days, after which the referrer can fully utilize the reward.)

Notes:

① The referrer can receive referral rewards under two conditions:

If the referee has not registered, they must register a moomoo ID through the referrer’s invitation link before completing the deposit task. If the referee was already linked to the inviter’s referral relationship, the referrer will receive the referral reward after the deposit task has been completed.

② During the event period, the referrer can refer multiple friends, and there is no limit to the number of referrals, but the maximum reward is capped at NVDA stock worth RM4,000.

③ NVDA shares are a special reward for this campaign; quantity is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

④ The free NVDA share will be credited to the referrer’s account within 5 business days after the referee completes the deposit. The stock will automatically be activated once the referee completes the 60-day lock-in task (maintaining account daily assets ≥RM10,000), after which the referrer can use it.

⑤ For every successful referral and deposit, if the inviter is a V2 member, he will receive an additional RM20 stock cash coupon, with a maximum of 10; if the inviter is a V3 member, he will receive an additional RM50 stock cash coupon, with a maximum of 10.

 

Cash coupon usage rules: The cash coupon for this activity will be issued to Me > Coupons. The reward will be directly deposited into your Moomoo MY universal account within 3 working days. To use the coupon, you must have a Moomoo MY universal account. If you do not have an account, you are required to open one before using the coupon.

Usage Rules for Free Share: The gifted stocks will automatically be credited to your account balance within 5 working days.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can I refer friends I've previously invited, but who haven't made a deposit yet, to join this campaign?

As long as your friend is still linked to you and hasn't made a deposit yet, you'll receive the corresponding reward if they complete the deposit task during this event.

Q2: If I successfully refer a total of 11 friends to deposit RM10,000, how many rewards can I receive?

The rewards for inviting registrations and deposits can be combined. You can receive up to RM6,000*.

Q3: I invited a friend to deposit three months ago, and now we've just bound the invitation relationship. Can I still get the reward?

According to the campaign rules, the invitation relationship must be completed within 15 working days after the invitee deposits. Otherwise, the reward will not be issued.

Q4: I bound an invitation relationship with a friend six months ago. After six months, my friend completed the deposit. Why didn't I receive the reward?

According to the campaign rules, if the invitee does not complete the deposit within 90 calendar days after binding the invitation relationship, the relationship will be automatically unbound, and the inviter will not receive the reward. If you wish to re-bind, please contact customer service for assistance.

Q5: I invited a friend to participate in KOC's referral program. Can I still receive the rewards for this program?

If you have invited friends and already received the rewards from the KOC referral program, you will not be able to receive the invitation rewards for this program again.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion. 

2. Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants. 

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). The Moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. Moomoo MY does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions. All types of investments involve risk, and you may suffer losses. Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including thrid parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
