Eligibility

This campaign is open to all moomoo users with a successfully opened moomoo account (“MMID”), and participation is limited to in-store submission at the KL Ecocity outlet only. Each MMID is only eligible to participate once per campaign round. Multiple entries into different prediction pools are not allowed.

Campaign Mechanism

1. Four (4) selected stocks will be updated weekly for users to participate in earnings movement predictions.

2. Participants are required to select one (1) stock from the four selected stocks and predict its price movement after the earnings announcement by choosing either “Up” or “Down”. Participants must cast their vote into the corresponding prediction pool on-site in order for the participation to be considered valid.

3. After all four stocks have announced their earnings results, winners will be selected from the pool of participants who predicted the correct direction.

Prize Details

From the pool of participants who predicted the correct direction: 12 Prize winners will each receive RM50 stock cash vouchers (minimum usage threshold: RM200, no locking period) . Prize Validity Period: 60 days.

Winner Selection Criteria

Winners will be manually drawn from the respective ''Up'' or ''Down'' prediction pools for each of the four selected stocks. Three (3) winners will be selected from the correct prediction pool of each stock.

Only participants who correctly predict the price movement direction of the respective stock following its earnings announcement will be eligible for the draw.

All lucky draws will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The organizer reserves the right of final decision.

Winner Announcement & Reward Distribution

Winner announcements will be published via the official MY Moomoo Store community (ID: 106589845) and social media. Rewards will be credited via in-app distribution within seven (7) working days after the announcement.

Terms & Conditions

1. The terms and conditions, rewards, and offers in this campaign are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo Securities Malaysia"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings. By participating in this promotion, investors confirm that they have carefully read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Moomoo Securities Malaysia has the final decision on the eligibility of participants for this promotion.

2. Moomoo Securities Malaysia reserves the right to: (i) Modify, add, or delete these terms and conditions (including eligibility screening criteria and qualifying terms and conditions) at any time without prior notice to clients; once effective, all participants must comply. (ii) Change, withdraw, or remove any offer terms without disclosing reasons or providing compensation or remuneration. Moomoo Securities Malaysia decides all details of this offer, and it is binding on all participants.

3. Applicable telephone, internet, and other charges may apply, and participants shall bear such fees and expenses themselves.

5.You can only open one universal account with Moomoo Securities Malaysia. Moomoo Securities Malaysia does not allow a person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e., non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). If you are not the ultimate beneficial owner, please do not open a universal account. Moomoo Securities Malaysia reserves the right to cancel referral challenge prizes, including but not limited to any misdirected/excess rewards caused by any malfunction of computer systems or devices. Moomoo Securities Malaysia owns and reserves the right to terminate the reward program at any time without prior notice. Please pay attention to relevant information on the moomoo app and website.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, is limited to receiving only one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus, and referral bonus. The same user can only be successfully invited once. For the avoidance of doubt, regarding the cancellation, termination, or suspension of this contest by Moomoo Securities 
Malaysia, no party shall be entitled to any claim or compensation against Moomoo Securities Malaysia for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting from the actions of Moomoo Securities Malaysia.

Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials related to this campaign/promotion, particularly in connection with the campaign/promotion prizes/rewards, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo Securities Malaysia does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

11.This campaign/promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo Securities Malaysia Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates Futu safety rules, their name will be added to the "Moomoo Securities Malaysia Event Participation Ban List".

12.Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this campaign/promotion, Moomoo Securities Malaysia reserves the right to cancel any rewards granted, including commission-free trading for US/Malaysia stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, and Level 1 Malaysia market data. Subsequently, Moomoo Securities Malaysia will charge commissions and fees according to normal standards.

13. To ensure the fairness of the campaign, limits are placed on the daily distribution of rewards, the total distribution of rewards, and the reward limit per single user. If the system detects any abnormal participation behavior (including but not limited to the use of mobile device emulators or artificially modifying mobile device IDs), the user's eligibility to participate in the campaign will be automatically suspended.

14. This advertisement has not been reviewed by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC).
