Step 1: Go to the Refund page
Access the refund flow from the following entry points:
Tap the [Refund] button on the Deposit Details page
Note: You can also request a refund for an incomplete deposit order by tapping the button at the bottom of the order page.
Step 2: Select your wallet type
Select the type of wallet used for the original deposit.
Step 3A (Self-custody Wallet): Confirm refund details
If the original deposit was sent from a self-custody wallet, the refund address defaults to the original source address and the refund amount is fixed — neither can be modified. Review the details and tap Submit.
Step 3B (Exchange Wallet): Fill in refund information
If the original deposit was sent from an exchange wallet, complete the following steps:
Select the exchange: Choose the destination exchange from the supported list.
If your exchange is not listed, select "Other Exchanges" and enter the name manually.
Enter the refund address: Manually enter the refund receiving address and declare your ownership relationship with that address.
Upload required documents:
Withdrawal record screenshot: A screenshot of the withdrawal transaction history from the exchange, including the transaction hash, transfer address, deposit address, amount, and timestamp.
KYC verification screenshot: A screenshot of the KYC identity verification page from the exchange, including registered name, date of birth, and ID number. If the KYC page does not display identity information, please provide a monthly statement showing your full name instead.
Refund address screenshot: A screenshot of the deposit address at the exchange for this refund, along with the address in text form, to ensure the refund is sent to the correct address.
If the third-party exchange account used for the original deposit is not your own, you must also provide:
A photo ID of the account holder
An explanation of your relationship with the account holder and the reason they made the original deposit
Step 4: Submit your application
Once all information is filled in, submit your application to begin the refund review process.
The refund review may take up to 10 business days. Once approved and completed, you will receive an in-app notification. Please check your wallet or exchange account to confirm the crypto has been returned.
A refund fee will be charged for the refund. For fee details, see Which crypto does Moomoo SG support for deposits?
In accordance with Singapore tax regulations, Moomoo SG collects Goods and Services Tax (GST) at a rate of 9% on the refund fee on behalf of the Singapore government from Singapore tax residents. If you are not a Singapore tax resident, you will not be charged GST.
Please double-check all information before submitting. Errors may result in permanent loss of funds with no possibility of recovery. Once submitted, the information may no longer be editable.
If the refund application contains incorrect or incomplete information, Moomoo SG reserves the right to reject it. Please monitor your application status and resubmit with corrections if needed.
