Step 4: Select your wallet type

We only support deposits from self-custody wallets. Deposits from exchange wallets are not accepted.

Step 5 (Self-custody Wallet): Verify your wallet address

In accordance with regulatory policies and to ensure the security of your assets, wallet ownership verification is required when depositing funds from a personal wallet. The platform currently supports small-amount verification for this process.

If you have already verified an address on this network, you can select it directly to proceed with the deposit.
To verify a new address, follow the on-screen instructions. The system will generate a specific total deposit amount; you must send exactly that amount on-chain to complete verification. For detailed steps, see {.How to complete my wallet address verification?}

⚠️ BTC Address: Most BTC wallets use a change address mechanism, causing your address to change frequently. Please check your wallet's settings. If your address changes, you must re-verify it for every new deposit.

Step 6: Complete the transfer

The system will display the QR code and full deposit address. Copy the deposit address and paste it into the destination address field on your sending platform to complete the transfer.

⚠️ Make sure the deposit amount meets the minimum deposit requirement. Transfers below the minimum cannot be credited or refunded. For minimum amounts by coin, see Which crypto does Moomoo SG support for deposits?

⚠️ The coin and network sent by your sending platform must be the same as those of in Moomoo SG. Selecting the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. For example: BTC → Bitcoin Network；ETH → ERC20；XRP → XRP Ledger；USDC → ERC20；

Deposit Arrival Time

Deposits are processed after the required number of blockchain confirmations. Most deposits arrive within 4 hours. Deposits requiring manual review normally may take up till 3 business days. Additional clarification or supporting information may be requested from you during the review process.

Check Your Deposit Order

Once the on-chain transfer is detected, a deposit order is automatically created. View it at:

Account > All > Crypto > Transfer Records > Deposit
Tap the in-app deposit notification

A created order does not mean funds have arrived. Check the order detail page for any pending actions and complete them as prompted to ensure your deposit is processed successfully.

Appendix: How to Open a Crypto Account

Please update the app to the latest version first.

For users with an existing securities account:

Search for a crypto (e.g., "BTC") in the app, then tap Trade on the quote detail page; or tap Account > All Icons > Account Information > Open Account.
Select crypto on the trading permission activation page. Follow the prompts to complete the risk assessment and read the risk disclosure to open your Crypto account.

Note: Currently, only eligible clients may open a crypto account.
