How do I trade cryptocurrencies?

1. Open a crypto account

Please update app to version 14.24.16608 or above.

Users with securities account can open a crypto account by the following steps:

App > Discover (More) > Account Opening > Activate Trading Products, going to the trading permission activation page and select "Crypto". You need to pass the DPT Risk Awareness Assessment and read the relevant risk disclosure before you can open a crypto account.

 

2. Cash transfer

Crypto accounts require sufficient fiat to trade.

Currently, we only support transferring fiat from a securities account to a crypto account by cash transfer.

Path: App > Account > Transfers > Cash Transfer > Select USD/SGD > Select crypto account for transfer in/out

 

3. Place an order

You can place a trade in the app using one of the following methods:
1. Tap the search icon in the top right corner, enter the trading pair (e.g., BTCUSD), tap the pair to open its quotes page for the trading pair, and then tap the Trade button in the bottom left corner.
2. Go to the Discover (More) page and select Crypto Trading.
