Arrival time of cash transfer

1. Cash transfer from the securities account to the crypto account
Generally, transfers initiated from your securities account to your crypto account are expected to arrive within 3–5 minutes.
 
However, for transfers made on non-business days (weekends and public holidays) or transfers exceeding USD 100,000 (or equivalent in other currencies), the funds may take up to 1 business day to arrive. Please plan ahead to avoid any disruption to your trading.
 
If the transfer is initiated from your Cash Plus account, the funds will first be redeemed from Cash Plus to your Cash account, and then transferred to your crypto account. Generally, redemption arrival time: submitted before 12:00 PM on day T, expected to arrive by 20:00 on day T+1; submitted after 12:00 PM on day T, expected to arrive by 20:00 on day T+2.
 
Please note that the stated arrival times are for reference only. Actual arrival times may vary depending on processing by our banking partners and upstream providers.
 
2. Cash transfer from the crypto account to the securities account
Generally, the cash will arrive in real time.
