Depending on the type of information you wish to update, please follow the steps below in the moomoo App:
1. Update Contact Details (Phone Number, Email)

Path: Go to Me > Settings > Account and Security Select the contact detail you wish to change and follow the in-app prompts to complete the verification.
2. Update Other Account Details (e.g., Residential Address, Nationality, TFN)
Please Note : Changes to certain account details (like your address or nationality) require a manual review.

Timeframe: Please allow 1 - 3 business days for the review to be completed.
