During the Moomoo Priority validity period, total account assets falls below $1,000,000 for 30 consecutive days, the client will be deemed to have automatically forfeited the Moomoo Priority benefits.

Yes. Client funds with moomoo Australia are held in a designated client trust account with HSBC Bank Australia Limited. These funds are completely segregated from moomoo Australia's own operating funds. In the unlikely event of liquidation, client funds will remain protected.
