About Cash Plus and the Promotional Offer

 

The "Cash Plus" program is a promotional activity provided by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Moomoo AU", "the Promoter", "we"), ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663. Cash Plus is designed to offer Moomoo AU clients competitive at-call interests on their uninvested cash balances held in their securities trading accounts ("Moomoo AU Account").

 

Moomoo AU is not a bank, and the Cash Plus program is not a bank account.

 

Clients wishing to participate in the Cash Plus program must first open a Moomoo AU account and complete the enrollment by clicking on the "Activate" button on the Cash Plus activation page and following the prompts to finish the registration (hereinafter referred to as "Enroll" or "Enrollment").

 

The Cash Plus program is applicable to uninvested cash balances in AUD and USD held by Moomoo AU clients. It is not applicable to cash balances in HKD or other currencies.

 

Moomoo AU pays interest on uninvested AUD and USD cash balances at a variable bank interest rate (the "AUD Base Rate" and the "USD Base Rate"). This interest is accrued daily and paid monthly. The "Cash Plus Introductory Offer" is a marketing campaign (the "Campaign") provided by Moomoo AU, under which Eligible New Clients (as defined in the Moomoo AU Cash Plus Rules or Terms and Conditions) may enjoy an additional floating standard rate on top of the Base Rate for a period of 30 calendar days. This offer is only applicable to uninvested cash balances up to AUD $80,000 for AUD balances and up to USD $80,000 for USD balances. Uninvested cash balances exceeding these amounts during the 30-day period and all uninvested cash balances outside of the 30-day period will accrue interest at the Base Rate. According to the Terms and Conditions, Eligible Clients may extend the promotional rate period beyond the initial 30 days by meeting the required total transaction value in securities and other financial products in each preceding 30-day period.

 

Eligible Existing Clients, as defined in the Terms and Conditions, can unlock the promotional rate for an additional 30-day period by completing the required transaction amount within the initial 30-day period. Furthermore, they may continue to extend the promotional rate period by meeting the transaction criteria in each subsequent 30-day period.

About the Free Shares Offer

 

The 38 Free Shares Offer is a game of chance promotion offered by Moomoo AU, under NSW Trade Promotion Permit TP/01819. This offer is only available to New Clients (as defined in the Terms and Conditions). New Clients who successfully complete new deposits of AUD $500, $2,500, and $8,000 during the Promotion Period will be eligible to receive 5 + 10 + 15 free shares including fractional shares respectively. After completing the "share on social media" task and uploading a screenshot of the sharing post, the partcipant may be eligible to receive 8 addtional free stocks, including fractional shares. These stocks are randomly selected from a basket containing six different US stocks. Based on close of market share prices and AUD/USD exchange rate observed on 24 July 2025, the prize pool value ranges from a maximum of A$503.56 per share to a minimum of A$2.59 per draw, with a probability-weighted average value of A$2.88 per draw. The winning probabilites are:
