About the Free Shares Offer

The 30 Free Shares Offer is a game of chance promotion offered by Moomoo AU, under NSW Trade Promotion Permit TP/01819. This offer is only available to New Clients (as defined in the Terms and Conditions). New Clients who successfully complete new deposits of AUD $1,000, $3,000, and $8,000 during the Promotion Period will be eligible to receive 5 + 10 + 15 free shares including fractional shares respectively. These stocks are randomly selected from a basket containing six different US stocks. Based on close of market share prices and AUD/USD exchange rate observed on 24 July 2025, the prize pool value ranges from a maximum of A$503.56 per share to a minimum of A$2.59 per draw, with a probability-weighted average value of A$2.88 per draw. The winning probabilites are: 
0.01 fractional share of NVDA = 73.50%
0.01 fractional share of AAPL = 21.50%
0.01 fractional share of TSLA = 4.99%
1 whole share of NVDA = 0.004%
1 whole share of AAPL = 0.004%
1 whole share of TSLA = 0.002%

For the purpose of this Promotion, the probabilities of winning each stock vary, and there is no guarantee that any specific stock from the basket can be won by each participant. Redemption of the rewarded shares is subject to minimum account balance requirements for a period of 30 calendar days after the free shares are determined.
