Diamonds Gift Set Activity Terms and Conditions

1. Eligible Participants

(1) This promotion is open to selected moomoo AU customers by invitation only.

(2)Moomoo AU reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria for this promotion at any time without prior notice.

(3)Each eligible customer may participate in this promotion using only one account.

2. Promotion Period

Promotion Period: 13 March 2026, 10:00 - 30 April 2026, 23:59 (AEST)

Redemption Deadline: 14 May 2026, 23:59 (AEST)

Free redemption vouchers that remain unredeemed after the deadline will automatically expire and will not be reissued.

3. Promotion Details and Rules

3.1 Task Collection

Participants must actively collect tasks on the promotion page before completion. Only after completing the collected tasks may participants receive free redemption vouchers for the Diamonds Gift Set.

If tasks are not collected in advance, free redemption vouchers cannot be obtained even if the relevant conditions are met. Please take note of this requirement.

3.2 Task Completion Criteria

• During the promotion period, accumulate net deposits ≥ A$1,000 (excluding account transfers or transfer-in) to receive one (1) free redemption voucher.

Net deposit calculation: Total deposits - Total withdrawals

• During the promotion period, successfully refer one (1) new user to register a moomoo account, with the new user completing a deposit ≥ A$2,500 AND completing one (1) trade, to receive one (1) free redemption voucher.

Referred individuals must be new customers registering with moomoo for the first time.

• Each task may be completed a maximum of once per person; completing it once yields the corresponding free redemption voucher.

• Tasks will be personalized based on users' investment preferences, trading history, and other factors, subject to actual display on the promotion page.

• Rewards cannot be obtained repeatedly for the same task.

• Some regions may be outside the delivery coverage area, subject to prompts on the redemption page.

Moomoo AU strictly prohibits any existing customer from sharing, selling or otherwise promoting their referral link(s) on public domains, including social media platforms that are open for public viewing. Existing customers are reminded that such actions are likely a violation of relevant Australian financial services laws and regulations, which may attract legal consequences. Moomoo AU reserves the rights to take further actions against the relevant Clients should any such activities are identified, including but not limited to:

• Termination or suspension of the Moomoo AU Accounts held by relevant clients invited by such existing customers ;

• Removal of any allocated or unallocated promotion rewards from the Moomoo AU Accounts held by clients, at the expense of the account holder(s);

• Disqualify relevant clients from participation in any future promotions or events;

VMake corresponding reports of misconducts or violation of relevant laws or regulations to regulators, including ASIC.
