Moomoo AU's "Investment adventure activity " promotion

1. Promotion Description

Moomoo AU's "Investment adventure activity promotion" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is a commercial promotion offered by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd, ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663, of Suite 51701, Level 517, 570 George Street, Sydney (‘Moomoo AU’ or the ‘Promotor’). This Promotion is valid from 6 March 2026 at 00:00 AM AEST to 31 December 2026 at 23:59 PM AEST (the ‘Promotion Period’) and is available only to Eligible Clients of Moomoo AU (see definition below).

 

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is only available to Eligible Clients. Eligible Clients include:

• Clients who have never traded in the moomoo APP as confirmed by Moomoo AU

 

3. Promotion Rules

Complete any of the following actions within the Promotion Period to receive the corresponding rewards according to these terms and conditions:

!During the Promotion Period period, Eligible Clients can visit the designated event page and claim designated tasks. The participation will only be valid upon successful claim of designated tasks;

2. Complete designated tasks, you may have a chance to receive Moomoo points;

3. Claim designated trading tasks and complete buy orders, you may gave a chance to receive corresponding trading rewards (please refer to the below clause 4.2 to 4.4).

*Important Note: The trading tasks are limited to completion of buy orders, and acquiring shares through transfer-in, gift shares obtained from other Promotions organised by Moomoo AU, are not considered valid "buy orders" as required by these terms and conditions.

4. Rewards Description

4.1 About Moomoo Points

You may have chance to win Moomoo points upon completion of designated tasks. Points awarded in this Promotion can only be used within the moomoo app. Moomoo Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or legal tender, and subject to any applicable usage rules issued by Moomoo from time to time.

 

4.2 About Trading Rewards

1. Besides Moomoo points, you may have a chance to receive corresponding trading rewards after claiming and completing different designated trading tasks.

2. Trading tasks and rewards are subject to the information displayed on the designated event page. Please note that only "buy orders" are eligible for trading tasks; other order types may not meet the requirements.

3. The rewards available include US$5 stock cash coupon, US$10 stock cash coupon, and fractional share of NVDA valued at US$15. The value of each reward are below:

4.3 About US$5 stock cash coupon and US$10 stock cash coupon

• The US$5 stock cash coupon for this Promotion is valid for orders of more than 5 USD in the US market market and for 30 days.

• The US$10 stock cash coupon for this Promotion is valid for orders of more than 10 USD in the US market and for 30 days.

4.4 About US$15 NVDA fractional shares

• The US$15 NVDA fractional shares will be credited to your account after you receive and complete the designated trading task, subject to confirmation by Moomoo AU. It takes 1-5 business days to receive the gift shares, and you must claim the gift shares within 30 days.

• The value of the NVDA fractional shares is designed to be US$15, but the actual number of fractional shares received and the actual value upon receipt may vary due to stock price fluctuations. The final number of fractional shares issued and the actual value received are determined by the system, and the actual value received shall prevail. Moomoo AU reserves the right of final interpretation.

• If you are unable to claim the gift shares due to any reason, please contact the Moomoo AU customer service team for assistance.

5. Other Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is provided by Moomoo AU. In Australia, investment products available on moomoo are offered by Moomoo AU which is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The moomoo app is a trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc.

2. This Promotion is available to Eligible Clients who hold an account with Moomoo AU (collectively as "Clients") pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. It is not available, and not advertised to the general public.

3. Investing and/or trading in securities markets carries risks and may not be suitable for all investors. Clients willing to participate in this Promotion must read and understand the Financial Services Guide, Risk Disclosure Statements and other disclosure documents which are available on the website (www.moomoo.com/au) before making any investment decisions.

4. Clients should seek advice from a tax professional. There may be other applicable taxes to consider. Clients are responsible for any tax consequences, if any, that may result from their participant of this Promotion.

5. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo AU reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.

6. Moomoo AU strictly prohibits any existing customer from sharing, selling or otherwise promoting their referral link(s) on public domains, including social media platforms that are open for public viewing. Existing customers are reminded that such actions are likely a violation of relevant Australian financial services laws and regulations, which may attract legal consequences. Moomoo AU reserves the rights to take further actions against the relevant Clients should any such activities are identified, including but not limited to:

• Termination or suspension of the Moomoo AU Accounts held by relevant clients invited by such existing customers ;

• Removal of any allocated or unallocated promotion rewards from the Moomoo AU Accounts held by clients, at the expense of the account holder(s);

• Disqualify relevant clients from participation in any future promotions or events;

• Make corresponding reports of misconducts or violation of relevant laws or regulations to regulators, including ASIC.

7. A text message or e-mail containing relevant information about the Promotion will be sent to participants. If you want to turn off notifications, you can go to "Settings - New Message Notifications - Cancel Notifications" on the Moomoo App.

8. At its sole discretion, Moomoo AU reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and invalidate any affected participants, or suspend, reclaim or vary a reward, without any further notice or assuming any liability to any person(s).

9. You can only open one trading account with us and are required to agree to all existing terms and conditions in the Client Services Agreement , as well as all the terms and conditions of this Promotion, or any other promotions or events. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g. including but not limited to registering multiple accounts using the same device, Moomoo AU may, at its sole discretion, cancel your rewards and limit your eligibility to participate in future promotions.

10. Each device, mobile or desktop, is only entitled to one set of account-opening rewards, deposit rewards, and referral rewards. A user can only be referred once. Using the same Moomoo ID, phone number, or device will all be regarded as a single user.

11. This event is not available for users on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates Moomoo AU's safety rules, the user will be put on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List". 12. This Promotion is not an offer, recommendation or solicitation for the purchase or sale of any securities. It is not intended to be, nor does it constitute any form of financial advice.

13. Moomoo AU shall not assume any liability to any financial or non financial losses incurred to any person in connection with the Promotion, however arising, including but not limited to losses incurred from trading.

14. Moomoo AU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits if it believes that the client is ineligible to participate in the Promotion, or that the client is engaging in, has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Moomoo AU's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

15. Moomoo AU has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo AU's back-end data. In case of any disputes, Moomoo AU reserves the right to make the final decision without any further notice.

16. This Promotion is unrelated to the company issuing the reward stock or its affiliated companies.

17. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
