Moomoo AU Limited-Time Referral Rewards Promotion

1. Promotion Period

The Moomoo AU Referral Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”, and the rewards issued under the Promotion as the “Referral Rewards”) is offered by MOOMOO SECURITIES AUSTRALIA LTD (ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663), located at Suite 5.01, Level 5, 570 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (“Moomoo AU” or the “Promoter”).

 

The Promotion is valid from 13 November 2025 at 19:00 AET to 31 December 2025 at 18:59 AET (the “Promotion Period”), and is available exclusively to existing clients of Moomoo AU.

 

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open only to existing clients of Moomoo AU (each, a “Referrer”) who hold a valid and active Moomoo AU trading account (the “Account”).

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • A “Referral Link” refers to a unique link assigned to each Referrer, which may be shared with friends and family.

  • A “Referred Friend” refers to an Australian resident aged 18 or over who:

    • a) has never previously registered a Moomoo account; and

    • b) successfully signs up and downloads the Moomoo app via the Referrer’s Referral Link.

  • A “Successful Referral” means a Referred Friend who completes the actions required under these Terms and Conditions via the Referrer’s Referral Link.

 

3. How It Works

Share your unique Referral Link with friends and family. You will receive the following rewards when your Referred Friend completes the corresponding actions:

 

1. AU$10 Cash Coupon

 You will receive an AU$10 Cash Coupon for each Referred Friend who signs up, downloads, and logs into the Moomoo app for the first time via your Referral Link.

 

2. 1 Free NVIDIA Share (NASDAQ: NVDA)

 You will receive 1 free NVIDIA share in a frozen state for each Referred Friend who, during the Promotion Period — for details, see Clause 5 of the Terms and Conditions:

  • Makes a net deposit of at least AU$2,500 into their Moomoo AU trading account; and

  • Completes at least one trade of any amount.

 

*Important: Your Referral Link must only be shared within your personal network (e.g., friends and family) in a peer-to-peer manner. Sharing, selling, or publicly promoting your Referral Link (including on social media or public platforms) is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable Australian financial services laws and regulations. Breaches may result in legal consequences. For more information, refer to Clause 5 of the General Terms and Conditions below.

 

4. About Cash Coupons for Referrers

  • Cash rewards will be issued as Cash Coupons, which can be exchanged for cash via the Moomoo app.

  • Cash will be credited to your Moomoo AU brokerage account within 3 trading days after the Cash Coupon is redeemed.

 

General rules for using Cash Coupons:

  • You must have a valid Moomoo AU brokerage account to redeem Cash Coupons.

  • Only one Cash Coupon may be used at a time.

  • Each Cash Coupon can only be used once.

  • Cash Coupons must be redeemed in the Moomoo app via: Me > Coupons.

  • Once redeemed, the cash reward will be credited directly to your brokerage account.

5. About Gift Shares for Referrers

Gift Share Allocation & Status

  • The free NVIDIA share will be allocated to the Referrer’s Moomoo AU trading account within 5–7 business days after the corresponding Referred Friend meets all required conditions.

  • Initially, the share will be in a “frozen” status:

    • Frozen shares will not be reflected in your portfolio’s market value and cannot be sold.

    • Shares remain frozen until the Referred Friend maintains a daily average asset value of at least 80% of the net deposit requirement (i.e., AU$2,000) for a 30-day Asset Maintenance Period starting from the date of share allocation.

    • A fluctuation of up to 20% below the AU$2,000 threshold is permissible.

    • If all conditions are met, the share will be unfrozen within 5 business days after the 30-day period.

    • If conditions are not met, the gift share will be removed within 7 calendar days after the end of the Asset Maintenance Period.

Share Ownership

  • Gift shares are issued directly into the Referrer’s Moomoo AU trading account.

  • Once unfrozen, shares are permanently owned by the client until sold or transferred.

Net Deposit Calculation

  • Net deposit = Total deposits made during the Promotion Period – Total withdrawals made during the Promotion Period.

  • Example:

    • If a Referred Friend deposits AU$2,500 and completes 1 trade → The Referrer qualifies for 1 NVIDIA share.

    • If the Referred Friend later withdraws AU$600, reducing the net deposit to AU$1,900, and the daily average asset value falls below AU$2,000 during the Asset Maintenance Period → The gift share will be removed.

Note: The market value of gift shares may fluctuate. The Promoter is not responsible for any differences between indicative and actual market prices.

 

6. FAQs

1. How do I find the referral campaign?

  • Open the Moomoo App → Me → Invite Friends.

  • You may also find it in the Promotion Centre or on the new user landing page.

2. I referred a friend but didn’t receive the reward. Why?

  • The Referred Friend must be a new user who has never registered a Moomoo account. Inviting existing users is not considered a Successful Referral.

  • The Referred Friend must use an Australian IP address. Users from other countries may not be eligible.

3. My friend downloaded Moomoo, but I didn’t get the reward. Why?

  • The app may have already been installed previously on the same device. Repeat installations are ineligible.

  • Your friend must log in to the app after downloading.

7. General Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is provided by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd. ("Moomoo AU"). In Australia, investment products available on moomoo are offered by Moomoo AU which is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The moomoo app is a trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc.

  2. This Promotion is available to eligible clients who hold an account with Moomoo AU (collectively as "Clients") pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. It is not available, and not advertised to the general public.

  3. Investing and/or trading in securities markets carries risks and may not be suitable for all investors. Clients willing to participate in this Promotion must read and understand the Financial Services Guide, Risk Disclosure Statements and other disclosure documents which are available on the website (www.moomoo.com/au) before making any investment decisions.

  4. Clients should seek advice from a tax professional. There may be other applicable taxes to consider. Clients are responsible for any tax consequences, if any, that may result from their participant of this Promotion.

  5. Moomoo AU strictly prohibits any existing customer from sharing, selling or otherwise promoting their referral link(s) on public domains, including social media platforms that are open for public viewing. Existing customers are reminded that such actions are likely a violation of relevant Australian financial services laws and regulations, which may attract legal consequences. Moomoo AU reserves the rights to take further actions against the relevant Clients should any such activities are identified, including but not limited to:

  • Termination or suspension of the Moomoo AU Accounts held by relevant clients invited by such existing customers ;

  • Removal of any allocated or unallocated promotion rewards from the Moomoo AU Accounts held by clients, at the expense of the account holder(s);

  • Disqualify relevant clients from participation in any future promotions or events;

  • Make corresponding reports of misconducts or violation of relevant laws or regulations to regulators, including ASIC.

  1. A text message or e-mail containing relevant information about the Promotion will be sent to participants. If you want to turn off notifications, you can go to "Settings - New Message Notifications - Cancel Notifications" on the Moomoo App.

  2. At its sole discretion, Moomoo AU reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and invalidate any affected participants, or suspend, reclaim or vary a reward, without any further notice or assuming any liability to any person(s).

  3. You can only open one trading account with us and are required to agree to all existing terms and conditions in the Client Services Agreement , as well as all the terms and conditions of this Promotion, or any other promotions or events. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g. including but not limited to registering multiple accounts using the same device, Moomoo AU may, at its sole discretion, cancel your rewards and limit your eligibility to participate in future promotions.

  4. Each device, mobile or desktop, is only entitled to one set of account-opening rewards, deposit rewards, and referral rewards. A user can only be referred once. Using the same Moomoo ID, phone number, or device will all be regarded as a single user.

  5. This Promotion is not available for users on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates Moomoo AU's safety rules, the user will be put on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List". If you need to know more about the list, you can contact the customer service team of Moomoo AU.

  6. This Promotion is not an offer, recommendation or solicitation for the purchase or sale of any securities. It is not intended to be, nor does it constitute any form of financial advice.

  7. Moomoo AU shall not assume any liability to any financial or non financial losses incurred to any person in connection with the Promotion, however arising, including but not limited to losses incurred from trading.

  8. Moomoo AU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits if it believes that the client is ineligible to participate in the Promotion, or that the client is engaging in, has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Moomoo AU's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

  9. Moomoo AU has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo AU's back-end data. In case of any disputes, Moomoo AU reserves the right to make the final decision without any further notice.

  10. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
