Earning season: up or down challenge

1. Promotion summary

The Moomoo 2026 Earnings Prediction Lucky Draw (hereinafter referred to as the "Activity", and the rewards obtained from this Activity hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Rewards") is a commercial promotional campaign. The organizer of this Activity is Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd (ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663, Address: Suite 5.01, Level 5, 570 George Street, Sydney) (hereinafter referred to as "moomoo AU" or the "Organizer").

The Activity will be held from 10:00 AEST on 17 July 2026 to 18:00 AEST on 16 August 2026 (the "Activity Period"). This Activity is only open to Eligible Users of moomoo AU (as defined below).

2. Eligible users

This Activity is open exclusively to Australian residents who meet all of the following conditions ("Eligible Users"):

• Must be aged 18 years or older at the time of participation;

• Must hold a successfully registered and valid moomoo AU account;

• Must physically visit and participate at one of the following designated offline pop-up event locations during the Activity Period:

Melbourne Central Pop-up Store (Melbourne)
Box Hill Pop-up Store (Melbourne)
Broadway Pop-up Store (Sydney）

3. Rules and rewards

The Activity consists of 4 rounds (weeks). To participate, users must physically visit any of the designated offline locations before the weekly submission deadline to cast their prediction votes on whether the 2 designated US stocks will rise or fall following their earnings releases. Users need to put their votes into the corresponding "rise" or "fall" ballot box to be eligible for the prize draw.

The designated stocks and strict timeline for each week are scheduled as follows:

4. Result Determination & Lucky Draw Mechanism

4.1 Stock Price Movement Determination Standard

All stock price movements for this Activity are determined strictly by the final closing price during Regular Trading Hours (9:30 - 16:00 EST, corresponding to 23:30 to 06:00 AEST the following morning) as officially published by the relevant US exchange. Price fluctuations during extended trading hours (Pre-market/After-hours trading) will be excluded.

• If the earnings report is released Before Market Open (usually before 23:30 AEST): The movement will be calculated by comparing the closing price of the Regular Trading Session on the day of release (locked at 06:00 AEST the following morning) against the official closing price of the previous trading day.

• If the earnings report is released After Market Close (usually after 06:00 AEST): The movement will be calculated by comparing the closing price of the next Regular Trading Session (locked at 06:00 AEST on the third calendar day) against the official closing price of the day of release.

Final Outcome Calculation: A percentage change of ≥0.00% will be determined as a "Up" . A percentage change of ＜ 0.00% will be determined as a "Down"

4.2 Draw & Prize Claim Mechanism

• Winners Allotment: Each week, 3 lucky winners will be randomly drawn from the pool of Eligible Users who successfully predicted the outcome for each designated stock. There will be 6 winners per week, totaling 24 winners across the entire 4-week Activity Period.

• Activity Prize: Each winner will receive a $50 Coles Gift Card.

• Winner Notification: Winners will be notified directly via moomoo in-app message or SMS within 5 business days following the conclusion of each weekly draw.

• Offline Collection Requirement: Winners must claim their prizes in person at the pop-up store which winners participate in the challenge within 10 business days of receiving the notification. Prizes not claimed within this period will be automatically forfeited.
