These terms and conditions shall apply to the 'Seeking the next "big investor" this earnings season! ("Campaign"), the Campaign is organised by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd ("Moomoo AU").

 

Campaign Period

The Campaign is valid on 25 January, 2025 from 18:00 (AEST) to 15 March, 2025 at 23:59 (AEST) ("Campaign Period"), and comments or posts must be submitted during the Campaign Period.

 

Eligibility

All Moomoo AU users.

 

Campaign Rules

1.Moo Community Sharing Rewards

  • 100 Points:

  Share a screenshot of your profit and loss in the designated topic ("Navigating the Market Swings of U.S. and Australian Earnings Season with Moomoo"), including the moomoo features you used.

  *Participate up to 5 times, each with a different post and using different detailed trading records.

  • Extra 400 Points:

  Include an analysis or strategy of over 30 words in the body of the profit and loss screenshot post.

  *Participate up to 5 times, each with a different post and using different detailed trading records.

 

2.Social Media Sharing Rewards

  • 3000 Points + 20 AUD Stock Cash Vouchers:

    • Post on the designated social media platforms and share your real earnings screenshots, using at least three tags from the list below and tagging @moomoo Global Official Account or @moomoo AU official account and attach a star product feature of over 10 words in your posts on the above platforms. Reply with the screenshot to this post to redeem your prizes before the participation deadline.

    • Eligible platforms: Xiaohongshu, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, Product Review, Hot Copper, Reddit

• Screenshots must be of the designated platforms review or post section and clearly show your content in its entirety. Screenshots that include multiple contents, only the content writing interface, the backend, or just a confirmation message of submission will not be accepted. Posts with a set visibility range will not be accepted.

• The Flight Centre gift card will be awarded to: The authors of five high-quality replies posted under the designated post, chosen by Moomoo AU at its sole and absolute discretion.

• If the Moomoo team finds that comments or posts have been deleted or modified during the review period (One week after the end of the Campaign Period7 working days commenced from the Campaign Period), no rewards will be issued.

• Once your review is confirmed approved by us as valid sharing, points or stock cash coupons will be automatically credited to your account within 7 working days after the Campaign ends, and gift cards will be sent via email within 7 working days after the Campaign's conclusion.

• Comments and posts must meet our standards; Moomoo AU reserves the right to determine eligibility for rewards.

• The use of Flight Centre gift card is subject to the terms and conditions established by Flight Centre on its website. For more information, please refer to https://www.flightcentre.com.au/gift-card-terms-and-conditions. These Gift Cards are non-refundable. For other enquiries, please contact Flight Centre directly. In case of any dispute related to the use and handling of the gift card, Flight Centre reserves the right of final decision and Moomoo AU shall not be liable for any dispute.

 

Terms & Conditions

1.This Campaign is provided by Moomoo AU. In Australia, investment products available on moomoo are offered by Moomoo AU which is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission(ASIC). The Moomoo App is a trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc.

2.This Campaign is available to eligible clients who hold an account with Moomoo AU (collectively as "Clients") pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. It is not available, and not advertised to the general public.

3.Investing and/or trading in securities markets carries risks and may not be suitable for all investors. Clients willing to participate in this Campaign must read and understand the Financial Services Guide, Risk Disclosure Statements and other disclosure documents which are available on the website (www.moomoo.com/au) before making any investment decisions.

4.Clients on each participant's personal circumstance and participants should seek advice from a tax professional. There may be other applicable taxes to consider. Clients are responsible for any tax consequences, if any, that may result from their participant of this Campaign.

5.Moomoo AU strictly prohibits any existing customer from sharing, selling or otherwise promoting their referral link(s) on public domains, including social media platforms that are open for public viewing. Existing customers are reminded that such actions are likely a violation of relevant Australian financial services laws and regulations, which may attract legal consequences. Moomoo AU reserves the rights to take further actions against the relevant Clients should any such activities are identified, including but not limited to:

• Termination or suspension of the Moomoo AU Accounts held by relevant clients invited by such existing customers ;

• Removal of any allocated or unallocated Campaign rewards from the Moomoo AU Accounts held by clients, at the expense of the account holder(s);

• Disqualify relevant clients from participation in any future Campaigns or events;

• Make corresponding reports of misconducts or violation of relevant laws or regulations to regulators, including ASIC.

6.A text message or e-mail containing relevant information about the Campaign will be sent to participants. If you want to turn off notifications, you can go to "Settings - New Message Notifications - Cancel Notifications" on the Moomoo App.

7.At its sole discretion, Moomoo AU reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Campaign and invalidate any affected participants, or suspend, reclaim or vary a reward, without any further notice or assuming any liability to any person(s).

8.You can only open one trading account with us and are required to agree to all existing terms and conditions in the Client Services Agreement , as well as all the terms and conditions of this Campaign, or any other Campaigns or events. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g. including but not limited to registering multiple accounts using the same device, Moomoo AU may, at its sole discretion, cancel your rewards and limit your eligibility to participate in future Campaigns.

9.This event is not available for users on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates Moomoo AU's safety rules, the user will be put on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List". If you need to know more about the list, you can contact the customer service team of Moomoo AU.

10.This Campaign is not an offer, recommendation or solicitation for the purchase or sale of any securities. It is not intended to be, nor does it constitute any form of financial advice.

11.Moomoo AU shall not assume any liability to any financial or non financial losses incurred to any person in connection with the Campaign, however arising, including but not limited to losses incurred from trading.

12.Moomoo AU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits if it believes that the client is ineligible to participate in the Campaign, or that the client is engaging in, has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Moomoo AU's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

13.Moomoo AU has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Campaign shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo AU's back-end data. In case of any disputes, Moomoo AU reserves the right to make the final decision without any further notice.

14.The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Q: Is it normal if my review does not appear immediately on the platform?

A: Yes, some platforms may require backend review or additional information. Please follow the platform's instructions to upload or wait 1-2 days. Once the backend review is completed, your comments or posts should appear.

 

Q: How many times can I redeem rewards per platform?

A: For "Moo Community Sharing Rewards", each customer can participate up to 5 times, each with a different post and using different detailed trading records. For"Social Media Sharing Rewards", each customer can participate up to 5 times, each on a different social platform, with one post per platform. You may use the same detailed trading records across different platforms.

 

Q: What if my review is deleted or modified after the Campaign ends?

A: If the Moomoo team finds that a review or post has been deleted or modified during the review period (One week after the end of the Campaign Period), no rewards will be issued. If you need to update your content during the review period, you must resubmit the updated content screenshot.

 

Q: When will the rewards be issued?

A: If your review is approved, points and stock cash coupons will be automatically credited to your account within 7 working days after the Campaign ends. Flight Centre gift cards will be sent via email within 7 working days after the Campaign ends.

 

Q: How will I receive my rewards?

A: If your content is approved, points and stock cash coupons will be automatically credited to your account within 7 working days after the Campaign ends. Customer service will contact Flight Centre gift card winners and send the gift cards via email within 7 working days after the Campaign ends.
