How to Participate

1. During the Event Period, there will be event posted in the moomoo community. Users can simply participate by casting a vote on the closing price of the S&P 500 or Nasdaq Composite Index for the current trading day.

2. Voting cut-off time is 4:00 PM Eastern Time on each trading day.

3. Participation is free of charge and requires no trading.

4. Users may also participate by leaving comments or posts to earn a chance for extra rewards, see details in "Extra Comment Rewards".

Event Rules & Rewards

Guessing Rewards

A. Daily Rewards

• Guaranteed Participation Reward: Every user who submits a vote, will be entitled to share 20,000 Points , regardless of whether their prediction is correct or incorrect.

• Daily Win Bonus: Users who correctly predict the direction will be entitled to share an additional 10,000 Points for that day.

B. Streak Milestone Rewards:

Qualified winners: Users who achieve specific consecutive win streaks will qualify to share (split) tiered prize pools.

• 3-Day Winning Streak: Qualified winners will be entitled to share a 20,000 Points pool.

• 5-Day Winning Streak: Qualified winners will be entitled to share a 30,000 Points pool.

• 10-Day Winning Streak: Qualified winners will be entitled to share a 50,000 Points pool.

Issuance of the guessing rewards: Moomoo team will calculated the participating users and the qualified winners within 30 days after the end date of the Event Period, and the above rewards will be issued upon completion of such calcultaion, i.e within 30 days after the end date of Event Period.

Extra Comment Rewards

• User leaving comments or posts under the voting page during the Event Period is eligible for selection and may have a chance to earn extra comment rewards.

• Daily Selection: The Moomoo community team will at its own and absolute discretion, select 10 high-quality comments/posts each day based on factors including relevance, insightfulness, and community engagement. Comments and posts must meet our standards; Moomoo AU reserves the right to determine eligibility for rewards.

• Comment Reward: Each of the 10 selected users will receive 1,000 Points daily (total daily pool: 10,000 Points). Once your post is confirmed and approved by Moomoo team as the selected post, you will reveive in-app notifications and the rewards will be issued within 30 days after the end date of Event Period.

• If the Moomoo team finds that comments or posts have been deleted or modified after our confirmation (or during the review period, i.e 30 days following the end of Event Period), no rewards will be issued.

1. This Event is not an offer, recommendation or solicitation for the purchase or sale of any securities. It is not intended to be, nor does it constitute any form of financial advice. Investing and/or trading in securities markets carries risks and may not be suitable for all investors.

2. A text message or e-mail containing relevant information about the Campaign will be sent to participants. If you want to turn off notifications, you can go to "Settings - New Message Notifications - Cancel Notifications" on the Moomoo App.

3. At its sole discretion, Moomoo reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Event and invalidate any affected participants, or suspend, reclaim or vary a reward, without any further notice or assuming any liability to any person(s).

4. You can only open one trading account with us and are required to agree to all existing terms and conditions in the Client Services Agreement , as well as all the terms and conditions of this Campaign, or any other Campaigns or events. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g. including but not limited to registering multiple accounts using the same device, Moomoo AU may, at its sole discretion, cancel your rewards and limit your eligibility to participate in future Campaigns.

5. Moomoo shall not assume any liability to any financial or non financial losses incurred to any person in connection with the Event, however arising, including but not limited to losses incurred from any technical failures, internet connection issues, or data delays that may prevent a user from participating or submitting a guess on time.

6. Moomoo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits if it believes that the client is ineligible to participate in the Event, or that the client is engaging in, has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Moomoo's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

7. Moomoo has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Event shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo's back-end data. In case of any disputes, Moomoo reserves the right to make the final decision without any further notice.
