1.Promotion Summary
The Moomoo
US Stock Trivia Challenge Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Promotion’, whereas the rewards issued in the Promotion are hereinafter referred to as "Trivia Rewards") is a promotion offered by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd, ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663, of Suite 5.01, Level 5, 570 George Street, Sydney (‘Moomoo AU’ or the ‘Promotor’). This Promotion is valid from
31 July 2025 at 21:00 AEDT to 31 August 2025 at 21:00 AEDT (the 'Promotion Period') and is available to Eligible New Clients and Exisiting Clients of Moomoo AU.
2.Eligibility
2.1 New Clients

This Promotion is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 who have not held any previous or existing trading accounts with Moomoo AU (each an “Eligible New Client”). Due to local licensing restrictions, residents of South Australia are not currently eligible to participate in the Free Shares Offer.

Each Eligible New Client, and each electronic device used to register and open an account with Moomoo AU, regardless of mobile or computer, is only entitled to participate once in the Promotion and obtain one set of
Welcome Rewards during the Promotion Period.

Existing clients who have already opened an account with Moomoo AU prior to the Promotion Period are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Eligible New Clients who register for new accounts outside of the Promotion Period are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
2.2 Existing Users

This promotion is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 or over and have completed registration and opened a trading account with Moomoo AU prior to 31 July 2025 at 21:00 AEDT (for the avoidance of doubt, residents of South Australia are currently ineligible to participate) (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Existing Users”).

Each Eligible Existing User, and each electronic device (including but not limited to mobile phones and computers) used for registration and account opening with Moomoo AU, may only participate once during the promotional period and receive one trivia reward.

Existing users who registered with Moomoo AU prior to the promotional period are not permitted to create new accounts in order to participate in this promotion multiple times. Duplicate registrations are not eligible.
3.Promotion Mechanics and Reward Details
3.1 Game Rules

Each participant will receive two (2) initial trivia attempts(“a single round”). Trivia attempts will not automatically refresh or reset during the promotion period.
-
Each trivia round consists of four (4) multiple-choice questions. Participants must answer all four questions correctly in a single round to qualify for the promotional reward.
-
If a participant answers any question incorrectly, or fails to answer within the allotted time, the trivia round will end and one (1) attempt will be deducted.

After the initial two (2) trivia attempts have been used, participants may earn additional attempts by completing designated tasks on the promotion page.
3.2 Reward Rules
3.2.1 Existing Users

Eligible Existing Users who correctly answer all four (4) questions in a single attempt of the US Stock Trivia Challenge will receive a stock cash coupon package valued at AUD 5 (comprising five AUD 1 U.S. stock cash coupons, valid for 30 days).

Eligible Existing Users may also earn additional rewards by inviting friends to join Moomoo AU.

Share or copy your unique invitation link and send it to your friends or family. When your invited friend completes the required actions, you will receive the following rewards:

Receive a AUD 10 cash coupon when your invited friend successfully registers, downloads, and logs into the moomoo app for the first time.

Receive a AUD 30 cash coupon when your invited friend makes an initial deposit of at least AUD 100 into their Moomoo AU trading account.
-
Receive a AUD 100 U.S. stock cash coupon package (10 coupons of AUD 10 each) when your invited friend completes five (5) U.S. stock trades of any amount.

In total, you may receive up to AUD 140 in coupons (cash coupons and/or U.S. stock cash coupons) per invited friend who completes all of the above steps (1 to 3).

For every three (3) invited friends who register, download and log into the moomoo app for the first time, successfully open a Moomoo AU trading account, and each complete an initial deposit of at least AUD 500, you will receive one (1) free share of Apple stock (NASDAQ: AAPL) and an additional three (3) bonus shares.
3.2.2 New Users
1.New users who correctly answer all four (4) questions in a single attempt of the US Stock Trivia Challenge will receive a Brokerage-free Card valued at USD 2,000.
2.New users who correctly answer all four (4) questions in a single attempt of the US Stock Trivia Challenge and make an initial deposit of at least AUD 100 into their Moomoo AU trading account will receive a USD 5 Stock Cash Coupon.

The Stock Cash Coupon will be automatically allocated to your account but will initially be in a “frozen” state.

To unfreeze the coupons, you must maintain a daily average asset value of at least AUD 100 over a 30-day asset maintenance period.

A tolerance of up to 20% below the AUD 100 threshold is permitted to account for market volatility.

The frozen status will be lifted within five (5) business days after the 30-day asset maintenance period, provided all conditions are met.

If any of the conditions are not met, the Stock Cash Coupon will be removed from your account within seven (7) calendar days after the end of the asset maintenance period.
3.New users who correctly answer all four (4) questions in a single attempt of the US Stock Trivia Challenge and make a deposit of at least AUD 500 will receive an additional USD 5 Stock Cash Coupon, bringing the total to USD 10.

The Stock Cash Coupon will be automatically allocated to your account but will initially be in a “frozen” state.

To unfreeze the coupons, you must maintain a daily average asset value of at least AUD 500 over a 30-day asset maintenance period.

A tolerance of up to 20% below the AUD 500 threshold is permitted.

The frozen status will be lifted within five (5) business days after the 30-day maintenance period if all requirements are fulfilled.

Otherwise, the coupons will be removed from your account within seven (7) calendar days after the end of the maintenance period.
4.New users who correctly answer all four (4) questions in a single attempt of the US Stock Trivia Challenge and make a deposit of at least AUD 2,000 will receive an additional USD 10 Stock Cash Coupon, bringing the total to USD 20.

The Stock Cash Coupon will be automatically allocated to your account but will initially be in a “frozen” state.

To unfreeze the coupons, you must maintain a daily average asset value of at least AUD 2000 over a 30-day asset maintenance period.

A tolerance of up to 20% below the AUD 2000 threshold is permitted.

The frozen status will be lifted within five (5) business days after the 30-day maintenance period if all requirements are fulfilled.

Otherwise, the coupons will be removed from your account within seven (7) calendar days after the end of the maintenance period.
5.New users who correctly answer all four (4) questions in a single attempt of the US Stock Trivia Challenge and deposit at least AUD 8,000 will receive an additional USD 30 Stock Cash Coupon, bringing the total to USD 50.

To unfreeze the coupons, you must maintain a daily average asset value of at least AUD 8000 over a 30-day asset maintenance period.

A tolerance of up to 20% below the AUD 8000 threshold is permitted.

The frozen status will be lifted within five (5) business days after the 30-day maintenance period if all requirements are fulfilled.

Otherwise, the coupons will be removed from your account within seven (7) calendar days after the end of the maintenance period.
3.3 Task Rules
3.3.1 Task Definition
Participants may complete designated tasks to earn additional trivia attempts for the US Stock Trivia Challenge.
3.3.2 Existing Users

During the promotion period, for each successful referral where the invited friend completes Moomoo AU account registration, you will receive one (1) additional trivia attempt, up to a maximum of 20 times.

During the promotion period, for each successful referral where the invited friend completes Moomoo AU account registration and makes their first deposit, you will receive three (3) additional trivia attempts. This bonus is capped at 10 referred friends who deposit.

During the promotion period, for each completed U.S. stock buy trade, you will receive one (1) additional trivia attempt, up to a maximum of three (3) times.
3.3.3 New Users

When a new user makes their first deposit of any amount into their Moomoo AU trading account, they will receive three (3) additional trivia attempts. This reward can only be claimed once during the promotion period.

During the promotion period, for each successful referral where the invited friend completes Moomoo AU account registration, the new user will receive one (1) additional trivia attempt, up to a maximum of 20 times.

During the promotion period, when a new user adds any U.S. stock to their watchlist in the Moomoo AU account for the first time, they will receive one (1) additional trivia attempt. This reward can only be claimed once.

During the promotion period, when a new user completes watching one full U.S. stock educational video, they will receive one (1) additional trivia attempt. This reward can only be claimed once.
3.4 Reward Details
3.4.1 Stock Cash Coupon Usage Instructions for Both New and Existing Users

Cash rewards will be issued in the form of Stock Cash Coupons. You may use your Stock Cash Coupons by redeeming them for cash rewards.

Stock cash coupon definition: Stock cash coupons are applicable to stock orders on Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd account(“Moomoo AU account”). After use, a cashback amount equal to the face value of the coupon will be credited to your account.

Rules of usage:

Stock cash coupons will automatically take effect on first orders that meet the coupon usage conditions within the validity period (Only applicable to buy-to-open orders). The coupon usage conditions include the threshold order amount, trade product type, applicable market, and other conditions. When the order that meets the coupon conditions is completed within the validity period of the coupon, a cashback amount will be credited to your account.

Only one stock cash coupon can be used for an order, but commission cards or coupons can be used at the same time.

Cashback amount credit time and viewing path: The cashback amount upon a successful stock cash coupon usage will be credited to the corresponding brokerage account three trading days after the order is settled. You can check the details via "Accounts - More - Funds Details".

Other terms and conditions:

Stock cash coupon discount does not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, opinion or any guarantee from Moomoo AU for any securities, financial products or tools. Investment is risky and you must be cautious when entering the market;

The amount of stock cash coupon after verification is provided by Moomoo AU and has no relationship with the corresponding company of the stock exchange;

In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the right of final interpretation.
3.4.2 Brokerage-free Card

Eligibility:Clients who have never registered with Moomoo AU or opened a trading account before 31 July 2025 at 21:00 AEDT

Issuance of Rewards: If the above-mentioned eligible new clients successfully completes the registration with Moomoo AU and opens a Moomoo AU trading account on and after 31 July 2025 at 21:00 AEDT and during the Promotion Period, the reward will be automatically issued to the client's trading account. You can view it in "APP-Me-My Rewards".

Definition of Brokerage-free Card
-
The Brokerage-free cards automatically reduce the amount of brokerage charged by moomoo AU on ASX and US shares transactions to zero when activated. However, such reduction is not applicable to pass-through fees (including but not limited to SEC/FINRA fees, settlement fees and ADR fees) and FX conversion costs related to US transactions.

Two types of Brokerage-free cards are offered in this Promotion, including one for
ASX shares and one for US shares. Each Brokerage-free card is effective for 30 calendar days from the time when it is activated. Each Brokerage-free Card will be de-activated at the end of the 30-day period.

The Brokerage-free Cards are applicable to all order types while activated, which includes fractional US shares orders and overnight sessions trading orders. There is no maximum number of orders or minimum transaction value restrictions.

Activating a Brokerage-free Card

The Brokerage-free Cards will be issued automatically after successful registration. Clients need to manually activate the cards under "Me tab - My Rewards".

Each Brokerage-free Card is valid for 30 days from the date of manual activation. For example, activation on 1 August 2025 at 10am AEST results in expiry on 31 August 2025 at 10am AEST.

The Brokerage-free Card must be activated within 60 calendar days from the date of issuance. An unactivated card expires and cannot be activated after this period.

Brokerage-free Cards for the same market cannot be "banked" or "stacked". Only one Card of the same type can be activated in the same market at a time. A new card cannot be activated while another Brokerage-free Card for the same market is active. If you have multiple valid Cards for the same market, a new Card can only be activated after the effective period of the currently active card has lapsed.
4.Other Terms and Conditions
1.This Promotion is provided by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd. ("Moomoo AU"). In Australia, investment products available on moomoo are offered by Moomoo AU which is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The moomoo app is a trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc.
2.This Promotion is available to eligible clients who hold an account with Moomoo AU (collectively as "Clients") pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. It is not available, and not advertised to the general public.
3.Investing and/or trading in securities markets carries risks and may not be suitable for all investors. Clients willing to participate in this Promotion must read and understand the Financial Services Guide, Risk Disclosure Statements and other disclosure documents which are available on the website
(www.moomoo.com/au) before making any investment decisions.
4.Clients should seek advice from a tax professional. There may be other applicable taxes to consider. Clients are responsible for any tax consequences, if any, that may result from their participant of this Promotion.
5.Moomoo AU strictly prohibits any existing customer from sharing, selling or otherwise promoting their referral link(s) on public domains, including social media platforms that are open for public viewing. Existing customers are reminded that such actions are likely a violation of relevant Australian financial services laws and regulations, which may attract legal consequences. Moomoo AU reserves the rights to take further actions against the relevant Clients should any such activities are identified, including but not limited to:
• Termination or suspension of the Moomoo AU Accounts held by relevant clients invited by such existing customers ;
• Removal of any allocated or unallocated promotion rewards from the Moomoo AU Accounts held by clients, at the expense of the account holder(s);
• Disqualify relevant clients from participation in any future promotions or events;
• Make corresponding reports of misconducts or violation of relevant laws or regulations to regulators, including ASIC.
6.A text message or e-mail containing relevant information about the Promotion will be sent to participants. If you want to turn off notifications, you can go to "Settings - New Message Notifications - Cancel Notifications" on the Moomoo App.
7.At its sole discretion, Moomoo AU reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and invalidate any affected participants, or suspend, reclaim or vary a reward, without any further notice or assuming any liability to any person(s).
8.You can only open one trading account with us and are required to agree to all existing terms and conditions in the Client Services Agreement , as well as all the terms and conditions of this Promotion, or any other promotions or events. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g. including but not limited to registering multiple accounts using the same device, Moomoo AU may, at its sole discretion, cancel your rewards and limit your eligibility to participate in future promotions.
9.Each device, mobile or desktop, is only entitled to one set of account-opening rewards, deposit rewards, and
referral rewards. A user can only be referred once. Using the same Moomoo ID, phone number, or device will all be regarded as a single user.
10.This Promotion is not available for users on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates Moomoo AU's safety rules, the user will be put on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List". 11.This Promotion is not an offer, recommendation or solicitation for the purchase or sale of any securities. It is not intended to be, nor does it constitute any form of financial advice.
12.Moomoo AU shall not assume any liability to any financial or non financial losses incurred to any person in connection with the Promotion, however arising, including but not limited to losses incurred from trading.
13.Moomoo AU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits if it believes that the client is ineligible to participate in the Promotion, or that the client is engaging in, has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Moomoo AU's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
14.Moomoo AU has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo AU's back-end data. In case of any disputes, Moomoo AU reserves the right to make the final decision without any further notice.
15.The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
