Eligibility is granted by invitation only to Moomoo AU event organizers and is applicable only to Moomoo AU customers who meet the following criteria:
• Are Australian residents over the age of 18; and
• Held a trading account with Moomoo AU.
Users are deemed successfully registered upon entering the activity page and selecting a task mode
Task 1: Net Deposit Task
Net deposit task mode:
Task requirement: within 15 days from successful registration users must accumulate a net deposit that reaches a specified net deposit amount threshold
Definition of net deposit: calculation starts from the date of successful registration, with net deposit the total deposits minus the total withdrawals during the following 15 days (including the amount deducted by any stock cash coupons or cash coupons)
Task 2: Fund Lock-in Task
• Upon achieving the net deposit target threshold, the system will automatically lock the corresponding net deposit threshold amount for 15 days (the "Fund Lock-in Period").
• During this 15-day Fund Lock-in Period, the net deposit amount must not fall below the net deposit amount target threshold, otherwise you will fail the fund lock-in task.
• If the fund lock-in task fails, the entire task for the current period is considered failed, and users will not be able to re-attempt the net deposit task or choose another task.
After successfully completing the fund lock-in task, users must return to the activity page to choose one of two rewards (the reward is distributed to the account immediately, and the chosen reward cannot be changed).
• Stock Cash Coupons: A transaction must be completed and the coupon needs to be mannually selected before use. The applicable transaction threshold must be met for successful use. See "5.1 Stock Cash Coupon Rules" for more details and for other specific rules.
• Cash Plus Booster Coupon: The Cash Plus Booster Coupon must be manually activated and the Cash Plus shall also be activated for successful use. If Cash Plus is not activated, users can activate it themselves following the instructions. See "5.2 Cash Plus Booster Coupon rules" for more details and for other specific rules.
*Please note that Cash Plus Booster Coupon obtained in this Campaign is different from the regular Cash Plus Booster Coupon received according to Cash Plus Terms and Conditions. It requires manual activation, cannot be used in combination with other Coupons, has an expiry date, and only applies to a cap amount of uninvested cash balances in Australian dollars. Please read the relevant rules carefully.
• Higher membership tiers offer rewards of greater value, but correspond to higher net deposit thresholds (refer to the table in this Section 4).
• A user can only choose rewards corresponding to their current membership tier at the time of registration. Users cannot choose rewards across membership tiers. (e.g., a V1 user can only choose a net deposit threshold of AUD 2,000 or AUD 5,000. Even if such user's net deposit during this period reaches AUD 6,000, he/she will not receive V2 user rewards.)
• Once the net deposit task and the relevant threshold are selected, they cannot be modified. (e.g., if a V1 user selects a net deposit task of AUD 2,000, even if the net deposit reaches AUD 5,000, he/she will not receive the corresponding reward for AUD 5,000.)

(1) Stock cash coupons are applicable to stock orders on moomoo trading account and subject to the minimum usage threshold listed in the table above. After use, a cashback amount equal to the face value of the coupon will be credited to your account.
(2) Stock cash coupons will automatically take effect on orders that meet the coupon usage conditions within the validity period(Only applicable to buy-to-open orders). The coupon usage conditions include the threshold order amount, trade product type, applicable market, and other conditions. When the order that meets the coupon conditions is completed within the validity period of the coupon, a cashback amount will be credited to your account.
(3) The cashback amount upon a successful stock cash coupon usage will be credited to the corresponding brokerage account three trading days after the order is settled.
(4) The Stock Cash Coupon issued under this Campaign is valid for [90] days from the date of issuance. Please activate and use it in a timely manner.
(5) Only one stock cash coupon can be used for an order, and commission rebate cards or coupons can be used at the same time.
(6) If there are multiple coupons to be used, the one that first expires will be used by default; if the coupons are of the same validity, the coupon with a greater denomination will be used by default.
(7) To ensure a smooth usage experience, please make sure that you are using an up-to-date version of the mobile App.
(8) Stock cash coupons are not registered, irrecoverable once lost, and cannot be gifted, or used repetitively.
(9) Stock cash coupons are event rewards and moomoo reserves the right to reclaim stock cash coupons acquired via inappropriate means such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false trading.
(10) Moomoo AU reserves the discretion to interpret usage rules regarding stock cash coupon within the scope of the law.
(1) The Cash Plus Bootser Coupon is a promotional offer issued by Moomoo, once activated, the Cash Plus Booster Holder may be entitled to cash rewards, calculated based on the specified bonus interest rate as dsiplayed on the Cash Plus Booster and the applicable uninvested cash balance in corresponding Moomoo trading account . This cash reward is calculated in addition to the standard Cash Plus interest ("Basic Income") paid on uninvested cash balances as per the terms and conditions of the Cash Plus Program.
(2) The Cash Plus Booster Coupon issued under this Campaign is only applicable to AUD uninvested cash balances (not USD univested cash balances), and is subject to the cap of eligible uninvested cash balances as set forth in the above table. In short, uninvested cash balances exceeding AUD 80,000 are not eligible for the Cash Plus Booster Coupon.
(3) Manual activation is required, and:
a. The Cash Plus Booster Coupon takes effect immediately after activation. The cash income in connection with the Cash Plus Booster Coupon is calculated on daily basis commencing from the date of activation, and returned with the Basic Income (if the daily income is less than 0.01, it will not be returned), until the end of specified interest booster period.
b. One Moomoo account holder can only activate one Cash Plus Booster Coupon at one time. When a new Cash Plus Booster Coupon is activated while another Booster is in effect, the existing one shall be replaced and become invalid. The annualized interest rate on the day of replacement shall be based on the new Cash Plus Booster Coupon.
(4) The Cash Plus Booster issued under this Campain is valid for [90] days from the date of issuance. Please activate and use it in a timely manner.
(5) To ensure effective activation of the Cash Plus Booster Coupon, please ensure your Moomoo App has been updated to the latest version.
(6) The Cash Plus Booster Coupon cannot be varied, re-issued, transferred to another person, or exchanged for cash or other benefits.
(7) Different from the standard interest paid on clients' uninvested cash balance under the Cash Plus program, the cash rewards available through the Cash Plus Booster Coupon is a promotional reward paid directly by Moomoo in each region, and is not an interest or distribution payment connected to a financial service or financial product. Moomoo reserves the right to revoke Cash Plus Booster Coupns or related cash rewards obtained due to exploitation of system vulnerabilities, malicious actions, and other abnormal activities.
(8) Where Cash Plus Booster Coupons are issued to clients as a result of other ongoing promotional offers, the redemption of any rewards or benefits from the Cash Plus Booster Coupons shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the promotional offer itself. In the event where there are discrepancies or conflicts between other promotion's Terms and Consitions (including but not limited to the terms and conditions of the Cash Plus Program) and these Terms and Conditions of the Cash Plus Booster Coupons, the Terms and Conditions of other ongoing promotions shall prevail.
(9) Moomoo AU reserves the right to final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions related to Cash Plus Boosters to the fullest extent permitted by the law, and reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
(10) In case of any dispute, the decision of Moomoo shall be the final.
(1) This Promotion is provided by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd. ("Moomoo AU"). In Australia, investment products available on moomoo are offered by Moomoo AU which is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The moomoo app is a trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc.
(2) This Promotion is available to eligible clients who hold an account with Moomoo AU (collectively as "Clients") pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. It is not available, and not advertised to the general public.

(5) Moomoo AU strictly prohibits any existing customer from sharing, selling or otherwise promoting their referral link(s) on public domains, including social media platforms that are open for public viewing. Existing customers are reminded that such actions are likely a violation of relevant Australian financial services laws and regulations, which may attract legal consequences. Moomoo AU reserves the rights to take further actions against the relevant Clients should any such activities are identified, including but not limited to:
• Termination or suspension of the Moomoo AU Accounts held by relevant clients invited by such existing customers ;
• Removal of any allocated or unallocated promotion rewards from the Moomoo AU Accounts held by clients, at the expense of the account holder(s);
• Disqualify relevant clients from participation in any future promotions or events;
• Make corresponding reports of misconducts or violation of relevant laws or regulations to regulators, including ASIC.
(6) A text message or e-mail containing relevant information about the Promotion will be sent to participants. If you want to turn off notifications, you can go to "Settings - New Message Notifications - Cancel Notifications" on the Moomoo App.
(7) At its sole discretion, Moomoo AU reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and invalidate any affected participants, or suspend, reclaim or vary a reward, without any further notice or assuming any liability to any person(s).
(8) You can only open one trading account with us and are required to agree to all existing terms and conditions in the Client Services Agreement , as well as all the terms and conditions of this Promotion, or any other promotions or events. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g. including but not limited to registering multiple accounts using the same device, Moomoo AU may, at its sole discretion, cancel your rewards and limit your eligibility to participate in future promotions.
(9) Each device, mobile or desktop, is only entitled to one set of account-opening rewards, deposit rewards, and referral rewards. A user can only be referred once. Using the same Moomoo ID, phone number, or device will all be regarded as a single user.
(10) This Promotion is not available for users on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates Moomoo AU's safety rules, the user will be put on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List". (11) This Promotion is not an offer, recommendation or solicitation for the purchase or sale of any securities. It is not intended to be, nor does it constitute any form of financial advice.
(12) Moomoo AU shall not assume any liability to any financial or non financial losses incurred to any person in connection with the Promotion, however arising, including but not limited to losses incurred from trading.
(13) Moomoo AU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits if it believes that the client is ineligible to participate in the Promotion, or that the client is engaging in, has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Moomoo AU's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
(14) Moomoo AU has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo AU's back-end data. In case of any disputes, Moomoo AU reserves the right to make the final decision without any further notice.
(15) The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
